It takes a lot to impress me...and I'm impressed

I did plenty of research on different programs (I heavily considered Cybersecurity and AI before landing on QA Engineering) and different bootcamps (17 total!). I ended up choosing QA Engineering because it seemed to jive well with how my brain operates (I'm a problem solver with a keen eye for detail) and it seemed to offer one of the quickest and more affordable paths into tech.

I've been in the restaurant industry for the majority of my adult life and have no formal tech background. I don't have any experience with any other tech bootcamps so technically don't know how this compares to others.

Alas, I ended up choosing TripleTen for a number of reasons (and so far am glad I did):

They combine Manual and Automation in one program (other bootcamps offer the two separately) and to be completed in a 5-month timeframe, part-time. There was only one other bootcamp that made my list that offered a combined program, but their timeline was 10 months (and it was more expensive).

TripleTen offers multiple payment plans (I ended up paying everything up front to also take advantage of one of their promotional discounts they offered at the time). They also offer a trial period (I forget - 7 days? 14 days?) in which if you aren't satisfied they'll give you a refund. And if you stick with the program, they have a "get a job or get a refund" policy as well. Those 2 refund policies alone should provide the peace of mind that they know what they're doing and believe in their programs that they can offer such policies.

I also appreciate that they don't simply get you through the program, put a certificate in your hand, and say bye. They have a complete career-coaching program, offer externships to provide real-world experience with real companies, and their support extends beyond graduation and finding a job - they'll stay in touch during the first two months after employment! Now, I'm not quite there yet but based on my experience in the program and with everyone thus far, I have no doubt they will. That was ultimately the final selling point for me. Upon reaching out to a handful of my "finalist" bootcamps, TripleTen was the only one that actually responded in a timely manner and furthermore, without sounding like a sales pitch.

My QA Course is broken up into 9 Sprints; I'm currently finishing Spring 7. My Cohort started January 18, so I'm well ahead of schedule (another thing I like about this program - there are deadlines with a calendar guide to follow, but you can work ahead on your own pace).

Communication remains phenomenal. My success manager and career coach check in on me and offer encouragement and support without being overbearing. It really feels like they care about me and my success. Sure, this translates into their success as well but there are so many businesses out there that only care until the customer is through the door or the sale is closed. As a small business owner myself, I can tell, and it really makes a difference, when they make you feel like a person, not just another number or statistic.

Amazing guidance troughout the whole program at Triple Ten

I was looking online for schools that offer QA bootcamps and Triple Ten stood out among the rest because of its accessibility. Meaning it was very easy to sign up and start the program. They also offer financing with made it even more attractive. I did not know what to expect since I have no QA or any IT background, but after the first 2,3 pages I read I was confident I would succeed. The program is entirely online, perfect for people with full time  jobs. I was studying only on my days off and was still able to progress with great speed. Triple Ten success managers are so professional and offer a great support throughout the course. The Tutors have office hours in which every student can get answers and explanation to whatever questions they might have. Big shout out to Elina, a success manager and Ulyana a tutor. They really
made my studying so much easier. I definitely recommend Triple Ten to people who are tired of their current jobs and are looking for something new and excited.

The boot camp is a wonderful way to learn the beginning steps to progress my career and help my family be more financially stable in our lives. The QA program really was the way to go for me because it was something that I could follow while working and taking care of my family.

    TripleTen does it RIGHT

To put it bluntly, this team does things RIGHT.

TripleTen knows how to narrow down all the subjects that could be relevant in the field of QA, and focus on the ones that will get you the hands on experience necessary to land a job and keep it. They break the curriculum down in the nine sprints, which are each broken down into chapters and lessons.  The lessons are all full of useful knowledge, and a lot of them give you instructions on how to do things so it feels very hands on (you actually get to DO the things that you're learning to do).  I would say that my FAVORITE part about the theory sections is when I get to download a new software or save a new website and USE THEM MYSELF!  But don't worry, for those of you who aren't as focused on hands on learning, there's also many lessons that focus on theory and learning new terms and definitions!  I've learned so much in so little time and feel comfortable because the way the course material has been presented is retainable.

The Discord platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. They break it down into multiple sections including each sprint and their individual chapters and lessons, as well as community spaces for getting to know other students in the program. It's also really helpful because you can direct your questions towards the Tutors and Senior Students in the program.  You can always get an answer to your question in a reasonable amount of time.

I am about a month away from finishing the program and can't wait to see what my future holds!

    Triple Ten Software Engineering bootcamp

    Hello!
I was attracted to software development because of its creative and problem solving aspects, as well as the opportunity to work remotely and people in this profession are in great demand on the labor market with good salaries. I spent several weeks researching bootcamps that teach Software Engineering and most of them require basic knowledge. I didn't have any. Ultimately, I found Triple Ten Software Engineering bootcamp where no experience or knowledge in Software Engineering was required. Moreover, I was given the opportunity to complete the first sprint for free, so that I could understand whether I would like it or not. This is the only bootcamp with its own interactive platform, which allows me to study at anytime convenient for me. Usually, I spend about 25-30 hours a week studying. All educational information is presented very clearly and accessible. Gives you the opportunity to practice and solve interesting tasks while studying. At the end of each sprint we complete interesting projects. It is very exciting. During the learning process, tutors help us, answer questions quickly and clearly, and give recommendations in the chat at any time of the day. I’m glad that students has an opportunity to call a tutor 1:1 and ask questions. I would like to
express my gratitude to my Success Manager Daria for her help in organizational matters and support throughout my studies. Triple Ten provides career services such as resume reviews, interview preparation, and networking opportunities to help students secure job opportunities after completing the program. High recommend this Software Engineering  bootcamp!

    TripleTen - an Amazing find!

At 35 years old, I decided to change my path in life and pursue software engineering, as I've always loved computers and I wanted to have a career in tech.

I began searching around trying to decide between a traditional university route or try out one of the online bootcamps I saw for programming. I saw an ad for TripleTen and decided to look into it. After reading a ton of positive reviews I decided to take the first step and reach out to an advisor. I thought I was going to get some sort of automated system or something else, but I got a call from an actual real human being, Oscar, who was super nice, helpful, and not pushy at all. After the call I decided to give TripleTen a go.

I chose the software engineering program because I felt that gave me a good chance at a great career with a good work / life balance, and I wanted to learn how to build websites.

I can't say enough how much the tutors and community managers absolutely make the program amazing. I don't feel at all like a customer, I feel like a student, and whenever I need help I can get it. The discord is also very active and gives you the opportunity to talk to other students as well as tutors.

The program is split between theory and projects. The theory contains tasks and problems to work through as well as quizzes to help you learn the material. The projects are real life websites that you get to build and keep in your portfolio and are an amazing way to actually apply what you're learning, and they get more advanced as you go!

You also get access to career coaches that answer your questions, and can be a great resource for chatting with someone in the industry. Most of the tutors are actual software engineers with real jobs so you have the chance to gain insight from them as well.

Along with that, they have all sorts of resources to take advantage of like seminars about the industry, important changes and information and really a lot more. You can study with other students or take part in challenges, watch videos on tech, and they even have an off topic section on discord where people just post thoughts and funny stuff which really makes it feel like an actual community.

One of the best parts is there is technically no set schedule, the office hours (time with tutors) are scheduled, but they have them spread throughout the day so chances are you will be able to attend at least some of them, and they give you enough time to complete your projects. You can also schedule a 1 on 1 time with a tutor if needed.

The program is not a free certificate either, you really learn and you learn a lot. It's very in depth and I would say be ready to devote real effort to complete it, because they're really trying to prepare you for a real world job where you need technical programming skills. I typically put in 20-30 hours a week into the program, but it doesn't feel overwhelming.

Overall, I would 10 out of 10 recommend TripleTen to someone looking to get into programming and the tech industry, I feel lucky that this is the program I went with. Looking forward to graduate this year!

    Positive, Rewarding, Motivational

I started this program because I have a great passion for technology and storytelling. Being in data-driven environments has become quite a normalcy in my day-to-day work in the automotive industry. So I wanted a change; I wanted to work towards becoming an influencer, an advisor, and a storyteller to help leadership make data-driven decisions that mattered. So here I am, in this amazing bootcamp. Currently, I'm halfway through my business intelligence analytics program, and honestly, it's a great feeling. The program has been very interactive, filled with great theory and hands-on exercises that ultimately lead to projects. I highly recommend this program if you're looking for a chance to gain a new skillset and if you're looking for an opportunity to transition careers into the technology industry. My advice is to show up for yourself and take it one day at a time. Be patient with yourself, ask for help, and don't get discouraged

    Effective Program and Supportive Community

I don't think I could have found a more effective and affordable program than TripleTen. I left the education field for software engineering and needed a program that would be fairly fast, thorough and affordable. I found all of those things in their SE program. Not including the time I took off, it took me about a year to finish. Just a bit over their projected 10 month timeline. It’s a really supportive community. Having access to zoom office hours and being able to ask tutors questions on discord is super helpful. Even my partner who is a ML/AI engineer of 5 years is impressed with the program and what they teach us. Don’t get me wrong, it is not easy. I hit several walls and felt discouraged at multiple points. That’s where the community comes in. I have connected with fellow students, my success manager is always kind and supportive. The tutors are always understanding and always encourage asking questions. I couldn’t have finished without their help.Even before you graduate you have access to 1-1 meetings with career advisors. They have many seminars and discussions around career advancement as well. Once you graduate then you officially enter their career acceleration program. I feel confident that they will help me be prepared to land a job. While I doubt it will come to this, I still feel reassured that I can get my money back if I haven’t landed something after 6 months in their career program. Overall it's been really empowering to go from knowing nothing of coding to now being eligible for full-stack software engineering roles. It’s clear that there will always be more learning in this field. Technologies, coding languages, and systems are always changing and improving. But I’m excited to keep learning. I have a great foundation and I’m ready to keep going.Through the program, I have learned to enjoy coding. The attention to detail and ability to be creative is super stimulating to me. The ability to build a website or app from scratch, has opened so many doors for me and I really appreciate TripleTen for upholding a quality that I think is hard to find in bootcamps.

    An amazing learning experience

I wanted to pursue QA engineering due to a passion for software cultivated from my previous job as a quality operations consultant for software in automated vehicles. With such, I gained interest in ensuring that software can deliver expectations and beyond to its users. However, my previous job experience, while dipping into the domain of quality assurance, used specialized techniques and processes. I wanted to gain proper guidance and mentorship in learning quality assurance, especially learning industry standards and best practices.

I chose TripleTen due to outstanding reviews from various sites. I also perused the offers of career support, access to a community of aspiring learners, and externships. These offerings made TripleTen stand out for me, and ultimately, I chose TripleTen as my boot camp. Nearing the end of my learning journey, it is sufficient to say I do not regret choosing TripleTen one bit. I love the interactive learning platform with the various articles and activities to learn from. The projects were stellar, and I learned so much from the application. It was easy to get help from the staff, whether it be technical support or help in theory or projects. It was also fun to connect and learn with the other students in the Discord community. TripleTen offered an amazing educational experience, and I feel better equipped for the job search and career journey as a QA engineer.

I would like to thank TripleTen and its staff for being amazing at what they do, and I am excited to continue my learning journey with them.

    My experience at TripleTen

I became interested in coding and software engineering about a year ago, shortly after I found TripleTen. I booked a call and got to learn a lot about it, and I knew I had made the right choice. I started in TripleTen in mid October of last year and in the short time I've been a student I learned so much. I didn't just learn how to code but I learned time management, life balance, how to prioritize what's most important, and most importantly how to take care of myself and what matters to me. During my time at TripleTen I've unfortunately been sick a couple times in which the TripleTen team was extremely understanding and organized extensions and encouraged me to take time off if I ever needed it. The community is amazing, caring, and understanding. Success Managers, Tutors and other students are always ready to lend a hand whenever you need it. TripleTen is the right choice if you're looking for a place to embrace learning and learn from the very best. You get advice from real software engineers who will give you tips to pass your code reviews, while teaching you the best practices and making sure that you understand where the information comes from.

    Building confidence!

I’m very satisfied with my Tripleten experience! Not only am I learning about a field I have no experience in, I am gaining confidence in the field and readying myself for the next chapter in my career.

I decided to study with Tripleten because it was the first bootcamp I felt excited about. The counselors took time to explain the programs and consult on the best program for me so I am very confident in my decision!

I am an older student (almost 50) but the coursework is explained in a way that is perfect for those without much coding experience. I was apprehensive at first but am now confident in my ability to learn coding and analytics.

TripleTen has given me the knowledge and confidence to work in the exciting field of data!

It keeps you engaged and educated!

I researched a variety of bootcamps looking for one that would give me the better bang for my buck. Let's be real, it's hard out there. It is definitely worth it. At first, it was rough, especially since I had no background on coding. My success manager made sure to reassure me that there are tools out there for help and pointed me in the right direction. There are tutors to help, fellow students, AI help, all you need is to bring your best intentions to succeed. I use the knowledge base section on the platform a lot to practice my skills. The recommended time per week to invest on your education is at least 10 hours. You can put in more work, if you have the time. I put in about 10-12 and still manage to maintain myself ahead. My only negative comment is that I am a visual learner, and a few of the chapters were harder on me, because I could not visualize the information provided. I do rely more on the workshops and AI to visualize the topics covered, as well as practice AD nauseum. I have learned vital information to my future career as a Business Intelligence Analyst, I have no doubt I made the right choice.

    Re-imagined Career with TripleTen

Nearing the end of 2023, I found myself growing increasingly disheartened by the trajectory of my career as a Social Worker. While I love Social Work and have a lot of respect for the field, I came to accept I didn't see myself being fulfilled in a long-term career as a Social Worker. In my dismay, I brainstormed what else I might do, as I had already made a major career switch from the Fashion Industry to Social Work, and now... I wasn't sure! What I did know, is that I want a career in which I can channel my wide array of skills, that translates across industries, and makes a tangible impact. Weirdly enough, I also have a side gig doing data entry, and as cheesy as it sounds, I have developed a serious appreciation for a well-kept database. I started searching ways to combine my desire to solve gaps with my enthusiasm for data so that I could find a way to once again feel energized by my work, and like I was making a difference. A simple web search led me to TripleTen's website, where I discovered an array of data-focused paths. The BI Analyst program immediately resonated with me, especially given the glowing reviews and the program's commitment to helping you find a job in your chosen program. That gave me all the confidence I needed to enroll.
I can confidently say that my learning journey has exceeded my initial expectations. As someone balancing two jobs with a career transition, the self-paced format of the course has been incredibly convenient. Additionally, the suggested timeline in the learning platform for completing lessons has been crucial in holding me accountable to stay on track. While the projects have been challenging, especially for a beginner like myself, I appreciate the opportunity they afford me to gain the critical skills I need for my career goals. And, I've been fully supported in the process. When I'm working at 11pm and run into an obstacle, the readily available assistance on Discord and recorded workshops have been instrumental in helping me move through the program. The lesson activities reflect real-life business problems, so I feel like I am gaining the insight needed to not only perform the technical tasks but demonstrate to a recruiter I know how to anticipate and solve business problems. Additionally, the applications used in the BI Analyst program match up with the experience requirements for all the jobs I see. The code reviewer's feedback on my projects has also given me confidence that I am becoming competent in these skills.

Moreover, my success manager has been proactive in making sure I receive the full value of the program by regularly checking in, addressing questions/concerns, connecting me to the right resources, and discussing my career goals. I truly feel that the TripleTen team cares about my success. Even in an online environment, there is sense of camaraderie among the network of professionals and students associated with TripleTen. I can clearly see their collective passion for the data field and eagerness to support aspiring data professionals.

To anyone considering in TripleTen, I'd say run, don't walk! I wholeheartedly recommend taking the leap. Just be aware, it's essential to approach this journey with a growth-mindset, as the work is no cake walk. Embracing challenges is the mechanism to personal and professional growth in any field. I found that to be true in Fashion, Social Work, and now the vast world of Data!

Fun and challenging but not impossible. Very rewarding.

I ran into an Add on IG about 6 - 7 months ago right when I was thinking on doing a career change. What I saw immediately called my attention and I knew it would be a perfect match for me. Its hard to explain but it was what I was looking for. I booked a call and obtain more information about the program and what called my attention the most was how well it seem to be structured and the confidence when I was told after graduating if I didn't get a Job I'd get my money back. It almost sounded too good to be true. At the time it was exactly the best time for me to get going with the program so the recruiter offered to follow up 2 months after to see if the time was right. I pretty much went full research mode those 2 months and couldn't find one single reason not to join Tripleten. Everything just seem so much better than any other online school out there and yet very affordable.
Once I started I quickly realized I picked the right one.
The learning process is very entertaining and even feels playful and fun while keeping the professionalism you would expect. My initial plan was to dedicate between 10 and 15 hours a week and I will admit at times it was tough because you know, work, family (I have 2 kids), life in general... but even then I still found ways to stay on track and not fall behind. I owe that to the instructors, tutors and well the whole Tripleten community. It is a very supportive community I have to say, probably one of the thing I loved the most once I got going.
The Projects are fully relatable to the material you learn. They are challenging enough to push you but not to break you, and if for whatever reason you cant seem to figure it out, there's always someone available to help. Your success manager will reach out here and there to check on you and your progress. Overall to make sure you are still on track to succeed and if you are not, to get you back on track.
I am a Chemical formulations group leader for a Biotech company, so manufacturing and even though I'm a little tech-savvy, not in a million years I thought i would be able to learn coding with such ease. It makes you look at everything in such a different perspective and honestly it boosted my confidence even more. Since day 1 I knew I wanted this but then I told myself, "Ok, now I know I can absolutely do this". It doesn't matter how things turn out, at the end I will walk out of this with so many more options to succeed and provide everything a father wants to provide to his family. I swear i look at everything different now and often find myself breaking things down in an analytical way, for no reason, its almost a little mental game at this point.
The one advise I can give people is to not overthink things to much. Sometimes we are our worst enemies and our biggest obstacles. Many times I found myself lost on a project and it was because I was not looking at what was presented to me, I was too worried about the more complex equations or codes and would end up mixing things up in my head. Once I got over that things got so much easier to process. I guess what we need to understand is that just because we don't know something or are not experts on something doesn't mean that something will be harder to learn and master than any other stuff we have conquered in the past. First we crawl, then we walk, then we run, then we jump and then we can do all 4 plus more.
Another little advise is that you should do all the research you need to do prior to joining Tripleten so you fully understand who they are, how they work and how they will help you get to where you want to get. Once you decide to join, step on the gas and don't let go. The worst thin you can do is to start and take long breaks in between. Remember this is a new journey, everything you will encounter is expected to be new to you and the only way you will get better is with constant practice. Have a plan and stick to that plan. It will be over sooner than what you think. 4 - 5 months will go by and you wont even notice. And don't be afraid to reach out to tutors or even your success manager, they are there to support you!
Good luck on your new journey!

    Challenging yet Rewarding

TripleTen has been a rewarding experience for me. When I was first looking for something different to do in a career, I researched a lot of different bootcamps. I honestly didn't know what I wanted to do. I had been wanting something that would give me access to work remote and have flexible hours, I have a daughter that I love to spend time with. I came across TripleTen by an Ad on IG. I decided to look more into it. Originally, I was going to take the Business Analytics course as I have been a Finance Manager before and it was only 4 months. After taking the quiz I realized Data Science was the way to go. Over the past few months, it has been challenging but very rewarding. I love the interactive platforms; the projects are hard BUT the access to previous questions asked by other graduates and tutors makes completing the task doable. I am a few projects from finishing, and I cannot wait to see what I can get next. I recommend this to my friends any chance I get. If I could give advice to anyone, I would say don’t give up and if you don’t know, ASK. Someone is always willing to provide help when needed.

    Enjoyed the program

I just graduated from the program and I am fully satisfied with everything I learned. I came to the QA program not knowing much, and I definitely gained valuable skills for the job. I appreciated that there were 9 different projects to work on, I was able to practice everything (from testing fundamentals to test automation). The fact that I couldn't get away with doing just bare minimum was great, project reviewers didn't just look at my project, but paid attention to every detail and send my projects back to improve, so I have a full confidence that people who graduate from TripleTen know how to do things, they didn't just click through the slides. When I had questions, I was able to ask tutors for help - that was nice. The course materials could be confusing sometimes, sometimes I felt lost, but when I got to the projects- I actually was able to figure things out. It was definitely helpful that I studied JavaScript before. I am not sure if the course materials were enough to understand what's going on with JavaScript if you are a beginner. But I am sure that even beginners could get enough help from tutors. If you feel stuck- you can always talk to your success manager - they will help you out. I can't imagine a situation when a student is told "well, figure it out on your own".
What's was also important for me is the ability to participate in some kind of real world projects and I was at first skeptical that TripleTen would offer one - I thought it was just marketing. But no... I put my name in the waitlist and I have an externship scheduled for April!!! So that's cool. Because we know it's hard to get experience when you have no experience.
Career support and coaching is great. I haven't fully finished the career portion of the program, but they give you so much support since day one, so I have zero doubts that I will be helped.

So, overall, I am very happy with my decision to join the program. Definitely was worth the money. I plan on developing more skills and learning more stuff for sure, otherwise it's really hard to compete with others. But TripleTen is a great start.

    My codding journey with TripleTen

I possess two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in both restaurants and hotels. However, in 2023, I felt the need for a change and began exploring alternative career paths. After careful consideration, I realized that coding could be an excellent choice for my future.

Despite being 42 years old, I decided to embrace this new challenge. My search for the best coding school led me to TripleTen, an online bootcamp. Since joining in March 2023, my journey has been nothing short of remarkable. The support I receive from the TripleTen team has been invaluable.

Coding can be daunting, but the TripleTen team makes it significantly more manageable. Their round-the-clock availability of tutors aligns perfectly with my schedule, and their responsiveness is commendable. Whenever I need assistance, they promptly address my queries.

I wholeheartedly recommend TripleTen to anyone interested in learning coding. This experience has enriched my knowledge base significantly, and I am proud of the substantial progress I’ve made in understanding this intricate field.

Thank you, TripleTen, for this incredible journey!

    Experience at TripleTen

Embarking on the path of data science was a decision spurred by my fascination with uncovering insights from data and making informed decisions. As the digital landscape evolves, the demand for data-driven solutions grows exponentially, and I saw learning data science as not just a skill but a necessity for navigating this data-rich world.

Upon researching various bootcamps, TripleTen stood out for its comprehensive curriculum, dedicated learning platform, and robust community support. What drew me to TripleTen was its commitment to providing a hands-on learning experience, which I believed would be instrumental in mastering complex concepts.
In terms of studying, I’ve adopted a structured approach, dedicating several hours each day to coursework, practice exercises, and project work. I find that consistency is key, and breaking down the material into manageable chunks helps in retention and understanding. Additionally, participating in group discussions and attending workshops offered by TripleTen enriches my learning experience and exposes me to diverse perspectives.
TripleTen’s interactive platform is undoubtedly one of its standout features. The ability to engage with real-world datasets and simulate data analysis scenarios enhances the learning process, making abstract concepts tangible. Moreover, the emphasis on collaborative projects fosters teamwork skills, mirroring real-world data science environments.
The support network at TripleTen is unparalleled. From mentors providing guidance to fellow learners sharing resources and insights, the community aspect greatly enriches the learning journey. Whether it’s troubleshooting code or seeking career advice, knowing that there’s a community to lean on is immensely reassuring.

TripleTen has been instrumental in accelerating my coding journey and inching closer to my goal of becoming a data specialist. The structured curriculum combined with practical projects has equipped me with the skills and confidence to tackle real-world data challenges. The hands-on experience gained through TripleTen’s projects has been invaluable in building a robust portfolio, which is crucial for career advancement in the data science field.
