I had a great experience with elevate. Everyone is uplifting and did the best they could to help me achieve the goals I wanted to achieve. Unfortunately the program didn't work for my schedule anymore due to some huge life changes. I would recommend the course to anyone looking to be an SDR. Hopefully in the future I could retry doing the program. The classes were informative and show you how to do everything you would need to know to be a successful sales person. Elevate presented a great opportunity when I was looking to change career paths, the whole interview process was very direct and the courses I was able to attend provided a lot of knowledge for the period of time that I was able to experience. There are some students coming out of this bootcamp bringing in 6 figures right away. 
I've taken over 5 bootcamps, who have really bad first weeks, and they try and get you to commit to something every single day. 
This bootcamp treats us as adults , and gives you a few hours a week in class time, where the merits are foundational.
The work isn't busy work, but work that actually helps you to practice your skillset and grow.
SDR training opens the doors to other fields, and the techniques they show you at Elevate on how to connect with other businesses will follow you through your career. 
Alot of people just hit apply and cross their fingers, when you start thinking as an SDR, your patience will be rewarded and you will see the world as a network that you can interact with, not just something to spam out resumes and hope for the best.

Overall great experience! You know you'll be guided throughout the whole process and get you the tech career that's waiting for you. From the most basic lessons such as creating a LinkedIn account to immersing yourself in various CRM's, creating a resume and making sure it actually gets read by a real person, getting interviews with various tech companies, cold calling, emailing, and prospecting techniques, getting yourself hired by another company you'd potentially be interested in, and so on. I could go on and on and make a lengthy list but long story short, Elevate's got it all for you! I remember reading something online about Elevate before saying "why bother joining and paying when you could look everything they teach up on YouTube" - sure there are plenty of very helpful videos online, and just like a typical school or university, what they teach you can also pretty much be looked up online at this point, and yet most people still enroll because of what they get out of the program. The support and what you get out of Elevate is definitely much more than what you can Google and what can be looked up online. By joining Elevate, you become a lifetime member so the support is there for as long as you live, help is there anytime it's needed, and you're always projected to succeed 24/7!

Let us take a realistic delve from the beginning.
Personally, I never thought that I would launch my career and change my life with any Industry with the word "Sales" was in. First looking at Elevate the one word that popped into my head was "Scam". What's sad to realize is that I almost let my prejudices get in the way of one of the best opportunities that ever came to me in my life.

Not only did Elevates team take me from scratch and transform me and my life for what it is today, but they gave me a permanent community to be a part of and proud of.

A little bit of background on what I mean by scratch:

• Never worked in a corporate nor remote setting. (I didn't even have a LinkedIn)
• Typically avoided anything to do with tech.
• Before Elevate I worked in Maintenance.

Though I fell in love with what I do today because Elevate nurtured me, guided me, and provided me with everything I need to succeed and have fun in this Industry. The teachers and community are amazing, even after gaining my career and advancing they are still by my side.

I discovered Elevate via LinkedIn, and after my first conversation with Robert, I knew I had made the right choice. He was open and honest in answering all of my questions about the program, was open about the process, and assured me that he would be there to guide me. When I was introduced to Norman, the CEO, he was down to earth, relatable, and made me feel welcome. Mentors are available whenever you need them, which is convenient if you have questions. So, I discovered tech sales and SaaS B2B in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic because college wasn’t working. I took some years to get three associate’s degrees, but then I looked elsewhere and found tech. 

I originally enrolled in July 2021 back when they had a $25,000 predatory toxic ISA. I was misled and lied to by the CEO. He told me I would make $80,000 at Microsoft or Google in four weeks or less. There was also an abusive mentor who had been fired from another ISA boot camp that is now bankrupt. This mentor had only 6 months of SDR sales experience and was awful. He would threaten to kick me out of the boot camp, told me I couldn’t post on LinkedIn or network with sales leaders or join other communities, told me to focus on landing any job instead of the perfect one, cancelled meetings with me, and pressured me to take a 1099 commission-only, no-contract SDR sales job. 

When I refused, he told me to beg for my job back on Slack and sent me a scathing voicemail with profanity. Whenever I told the CEO all of this, he completely ignored me. Things got so bad that Elevate and the CEO were sued. In my final week in 2022 at this boot camp, I was ambushed by a lawyer and asked to testify in a lawsuit. I know it’s insane. 

To finish my story, I did end up getting a really good SDR job with a $80,000 OTE and $50,000 base, with a contract. However, after my experience trying to break in, I was let go in a couple of months due to bad performance and was laid off cause of my mental health. The same abusive mentor that I had in elevate even messaged me and told me to go work at McDonald’s when I lost my SDR job. 

After that, I decided to quit sales, left tech, took a year off from everything until I got back to living life, and am now currently almost 3 years later still suffering from a lot of depression and anxiety and sadness and PTSD because of what Elevate and this company and it’s employees and so called “mentors” and CEO did to me. 

I wouldn’t recommend this bootcamp even if you paid me to reenroll again biggest mistake and regret of my life.

This is my honest review of this school.

So to start I wish I didn't waste my money,energy,attention,and time with this scam school and based on the constructive criticisms of the school on here,the CEO responses are condescending.

This is a ISA loan so if you don't get a job and pay down the loan,you get a additional $12,500 in interest. So you will be $24,500 in debt and without a job because they don't help you get a job and those hiring partners they have waste students time because most times the students don't even get hired. 

The instructor I had at the time in 2022 was rude to me and said that the reason I wasn't good at the interviews was because of a recent personal tragedy that happend is getting in the way of being successful which wasn't the case.  Later on to find out that I joined the school during a recession when employers were laying off and wanting to hire unicorn employees that don't exist. If you are poor and struggling I would avoid loans and go to a temp agency and learn sales on your own using youtube. You don't need a tech school to get hired. So it wasn't me that was the issue.

After submitting 10,000 applications on Indeed and linkedin,I finally got a job but it was way under the industry standard and the benefits sucked. I learned to avoid these job boards as employers are known to post ghost jobs on these. Go directly to employers website and use google jobs to find active new jobs hiring. I still job searched and attracted nothing but outside sales jobs and insurance sales which require you to put money out upfront. Don't recommend.

I reached out to the CEO this year to transition out of the job I had at the time. I saw a email of a hiring partner hiring for a SDR remotely. I applied and I got a call from the CEO and told him I applied. He wanted mentioned that T-mobile in Las Vegas was hiring. I didn't have the money to move and he wanted me to move the next month I contacted him. I told him my situation and it seemed like he didn't care to find whats best for me. It seemed like he didn't care and pushed this T-mobile job on me and I told him I'd think about it. 

So that week I find out that he signed me up anyways without my permission to meet with the hiring manager over the phone. I told the hiring manager my situation and she understood.I get a email that same day from the HR department at Elevate saying that I'm no longer eligible for current and future hiring opportunities even though it was the CEO's fault.

This was not professional behavior at all. Read less

Joined 2 years ago around March 2022, my instructor left after 5 weeks. Along with the head of member success, I later found out that my instructor dumped Elevate for a competitor bootcamp called Trainyo. I think Trainyo attacked Elevate for their unethical business practices, being too expensive, and being a scam on LinkedIn. Elevate's former use of the ISA- Income Share Agreement business model, which costed $25,000-$30,000, was actually illegal and unenforceable in certain states like California and Washington. I also discovered online that Elevate was involved in a class action lawsuit that they ended up losing, and the CEO settled. Employees were asked to write an affidavit as well, which is why I believe everyone left all of a sudden. Additionally, I barely received any training and was given false promises and hopes and dreams and was stuck in a $12,500 RIC (retail installment contract) that messed up my credit. Currently, I owe Elevate over $18,000, even though I never found a job or had an income. I am constantly being harassed via email by them and threatened to be sent to collections for payment when I don't have any money. Since Elevate didn't secure the job I was promised with an $80k OTE (on-target earnings) as stated on their website, I strongly advise staying far away from this bootcamp. Please note that there are many cheaper options out there, ranging from $100 to $500, with a 14-day refund policy if you're not satisfied. Additionally, there are YouTube channels, legitimate influencers to follow, and free sales communities to join. Trust me when I say this, and make sure to read everything before you sign any contract. If anyone pressures you into signing the contract or any contract, hang up the phone immediately and don't think twice. Read less

most of the employees are all outsourced to Latin America and don't have barely any of them have real tech sales experience. they basically charge a stupid $18k loan for something you can learn by googling, searching on YouTube for guys like Troy Barter, Trent Dressel, among others. Hop on the r/sales subreddit to learn more. if you need a resume, look up tech sales influencers that provide that resume templates, cover letter templates, and invest in those resources that cost $50-$100 MAX before paying scam/conman level tuitions for teachers that have 0 experience in modern-day tech sales. if you want an online course, there are cheaper ones for $400-$500 MAX. never have I ever seen such a lack of professionalism from the customer success manager to the CEO. The process has been tremendous so far. Everyone has been more than helpful, accommodating, and informative. Everyone at elevate has been welcoming and I cannot be more grateful. They've made a serious decision feel comfortable and easy. I would recommend anyone looking to use elevate to start right away! JR and Valerie have been great. I was very nervous to start because I have been burned in the past before. There are many online courses out there that promise a lot but JR was real with me in terms of the expectations and results. Even in regards to the cost of the course, it's extremely fair and reasonable. Obviously it is an investment so it isn't cheap, but the quality and service from the program is exceptional. They have been walking me through each step and making sure things are clear and there is no confusion. I have seen how this has worked with others and i believe once I put in all the work, the results will speak for itself. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their future career path.
