 I joined Dibimbing.id because I wanted to change my career to Human Resources. At first, I didn't know much about HR, so I wanted to learn from the basics and understand how HR works in a company.  After joining for about 7 months I learned a lot. The mentors explained the materials clearly and also shared their real work experience so the classes were not only about theory. We also worked on many case studies, assignments, mini projects, and a final project. These activities helped me understand the job better. The Class Managers were also very helpful. Whenever I had questions they replied quickly and always tried to help. Even when the class schedule changed, they informed us clearly, so it wasn't a big problem. I also liked the career support especially the CV and LinkedIn review. The feedback was useful, and I could improve my profile before applying for jobs. Now I have finished the bootcamp and joined the job placement program. I hope I can get my first HR job soon😊 If I can give one suggestion, maybe the LMS can show our grades more clearly and it would be great to have more HR practice or interview simulations. Overall, I'm happy with this bootcamp. It gave me new knowledge, more confidence, and made me feel more ready to start my career in HR. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn HR from the beginning.  Read less

Selama 6 bulan Bootcamp Data Engineering, baik pihak dibimbing maupun mentor cukup suportif dalam membimbing dan memfasilitasi student untuk mendapatkan materi dan melatih skill yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Jadwal pembelajarannya cukup intens sehingga memang perlu kesediaan khusus untuk bisa menyelesaikan bootcamp hingga akhir. Diberikan juga sesi persiapan karir selama bootcamp berlangsung sehingga student bisa mempersiapkan diri dengan baik sebelum melamar pekerjaan. Namun untuk fasilitas job connect belum dapat direview karena masih di awal proses. Joining Dibimbing's Digital Marketing Bootcamp was one of the best decisions for my career switch from Hotel Management to digital marketing. The curriculum was comprehensive  covering organic content, performance marketing, SEO, and CRM and what I appreciated most was the oral placement exam at the end, which pushed me to actually understand the concepts instead of just memorizing theory.  The most valuable part was getting hands-on with a real campaign for a brand, through that, i can get a real work experience so it felt genuinely applicable to real work, not just a class assignment. The mentors were supportive too  always gave practical, easy to understand the insights. Coming from a hospitality background made me a bit insecure at first, but this program helped me translate that client-facing skill set into a strength for marketing work. I decided to join the Dibimbing bootcamp because I was genuinely interested in learning UI/UX. Even though my background was completely unrelated to UI/UX, this bootcamp gave me a clear and structured learning journey that enabled me to create my own independent projects. Selama mengikuti bootcamp ini, saya mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang sangat memuaskan. Kurikulumnya tersusun dengan baik, mudah dipahami, dan sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Materi yang diberikan juga bertahap sehingga membantu saya berkembang dari dasar hingga mampu mengerjakan project dengan lebih percaya diri.Hal yang paling berkesan adalah para mentornya. Mereka benar-benar peduli dengan perkembangan setiap peserta. Tidak hanya saat jam kelas, mereka juga sering membantu di luar jam pembelajaran ketika kami mengalami kendala. Bahkan beberapa kali saat saya mengalami kesulitan, mentor masih bersedia membalas chat dan membantu hingga larut malam jika sedang tidak sibuk. Tentu saya juga berusaha menghargai waktu mereka dan tidak menghubungi di jam yang tidak wajar kecuali memang benar-benar mendesak. Mentor-mentornya juga asik, komunikatif, dan kadang cukup "bawel", tapi justru itu yang membuat kami lebih disiplin dan terus berkembang.Berkat proses belajar dan bimbingan yang saya dapatkan selama bootcamp, saya juga berhasil menjadi 1st Runner Up di CS5, yang menurut saya menjadi salah satu pencapaian yang membuktikan kualitas pembelajaran dan dukungan dari mentor. Ikut Bootcamp ESG & Sustainability Management di dibimbing jadi pengalaman belajar yang benar-benar berkesan buat saya. Selama bootcamp, saya nggak cuma belajar tentang konsep ESG, tapi juga praktik langsung mengerjakan carbon accounting, menghitung emisi, sampai membuat sustainability report lewat studi kasus yang relevan. Cara belajarnya seru dan mudah diikuti, jadi saya jadi lebih paham bagaimana penerapan ESG di dunia kerja. Materi tersusun secara bertahap, dan porsi teori dengan praktik cukup seimbang.Untuk kualitas mentor juga memuaskan.
