Over all is good, but we dont learn about EDABU and SIPP system yet.  Throughout the bootcamp, all the material was presented clearly, from start to finish—from the syllabus to the actual content. The mentors were also seasoned professionals with significant real-world experience. During the HR bootcamp, I gained valuable insights, especially as a career switcher. As of this writing, I’m currently on an internship through the Job Connect program. I hope to qualify for the Talent Showcase and secure a meaningful career in the future with this program, i hope. Joining this digital marketing bootcamp was a really eye-opening experience for me. The materials were quite comprehensive, covering everything from the fundamentals to hands-on practice like creating campaigns and analyzing their performance. What I appreciated the most was the practical approach, so it wasn’t just theory.That said, the learning pace was quite fast at times, so I had to review some parts on my own to fully understand them. With more than 15 years of professional experience in administrative leadership, social welfare programs, and human resource–related roles, I have always believed that HR professionals must continuously adapt to the evolving needs of modern organizations. This motivation led me to enroll in the HR Bootcamp at dibimbing.id.
What impressed me most about the program was its ability to translate HR concepts into practical, real-world applications. The curriculum covers essential HR areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and strategic HR thinking, delivered through case studies, simulations, and hands-on projects that reflect real organizational challenges.
