I signed up but got 3 different emails with different times so I followed up with them to find out correct times. They closed my ticket. I re opened. They closed again. On the third attempt they answered my question. 

Then 2 days before my class was about to start they informed me they canceled my class. After I pushed back they upgraded me from back end class to front end class starting same day mine was. They send a discord link that was invalid and ignored any attempt to reach by email or tickets to get a better one.

Day 1 was "This is how web browsers work" and other stuff we learn in middle school. Its an intermediate level class tailored to tech and they are teaching fundamentals of web browsers. They said anyone in tech should come back the next day. 

Day 2 the teacher no showed. Its 17 minutes in and I'm still waiting. Asking for a full refund. This is bullshit. Read less

Perfect for Learning. The whole experience is was smooth and we were guided for the exams in the most professional manner. All the classes were provided with materials that can be reffered later on. I recently participated in the SAFe Agile POPM (Product Owner/Product Manager) Certification 6.0 training program through KnowledgeHut’s Upgrade portal, and it was a highly enriching and insightful experience.The training was well-structured, covering both foundational and advanced concepts of the SAFe framework with a strong focus on practical application. The sessions provided a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a Product Owner and Product Manager within a scaled Agile environment. I’ve been enrolling in courses with KnowledgeHut since 2021, and my experience had always been positive—until recently. About four months ago, I reached out to my agent to enroll in the Cybersecurity program. He set up a payment plan, and I paid for the first month. The program was originally scheduled to start at the end of June, but then I was informed that the start date had changed and was uncertain.By the end of July, I followed up again, only to be told that the batch was canceled due to insufficient enrollment. I requested a refund that same month, and my agent assured me it would be processed within 7–8 business days. Unfortunately, no refund ever came.Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to contact them—through emails, calls, and even by submitting two tickets on their portal—but I haven’t received any response. It’s now October, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone.I used to really like KnowledgeHut and have had great experiences in the past, but this situation has completely changed my view of the company. I’m still waiting for my refund, and I’m posting this review in hopes that someone from their team finally sees it and resolves the issue. Read less
