I have completed my CSM course from Knowledge hut and it was a wonderful knowledge sharing from the trainer that helped me to be a Certified CSM. The teaching was insightful and a huge support from the management.

I enrolled in KnowledgeHut’s PMP program with high expectations. I paid a total of ₹55,800 (approx. $670) — including $190 extra because their team generated my exam key for the wrong region (India) even though I live in the US.

From the start, things were chaotic:

They promised me refresher training + a new exam key with 1-year validity if I paid extra. I agreed.

Once the payment was done, their tone changed. They refused to provide the exam key and offered only batch access — which I already had in recorded format.

Earlier, when I asked for training support, they ignored my emails and gave no help.

They are now hiding behind fine print that was never disclosed during enrollment.


The training was inconsistent, communication was poor, and their so-called "100% Pass Guarantee" comes with conditions they only reveal when it’s too late.

I feel completely misled, financially exploited, and mentally stressed due to this experience. If you're considering KnowledgeHut, please be cautious — not everything they promise is delivered.

I recently completed the SAFe® 6.0 POPM training with KnowledgeHut, and I am thoroughly satisfied. The training was well-structured, and the instructor excelled at explaining the concepts with clarity. They were always approachable, offering support and addressing our questions patiently. If you're considering POPM training, I highly recommend choosing KnowledgeHut for an excellent learning experience.

I recently attended the Certified Scrum Master Certification program at KnowledgeHut. It was an amazing experience! The coach was fantastic and highly skilled and helped us to understand complex concepts. The program was well structured and organized. I'm sure we can apply them in our professional life.

I recently attended the **ICP-ACC certification course**, and it was an incredible experience. The trainer, **Vani**, was outstanding—her depth of knowledge, engaging teaching style, and ability to simplify complex concepts made the learning process both enriching and enjoyable. I completed PSPO 2 training from KnowledgeHut UpGrad. The instructor was very well informed. Prepared us very well for the exam. He also gave very good tips that would help my in my career as PO. The course content was very relevant and comprehensive.

The course and certification I attended was PSPO. It was a very fruitful session with the trainer. Very engaging and full of practice questions. Learning was tremendous. Enjoyed the session thoroughly. And I also ended up scoring very well in the exam. 
Would like to enroll for another certification.
