Happyer.io offers a 15-week, full-time immersive Full Stack Web Development bootcamp and part-time bootcamps in UX Design (6 weeks), Data Science and Machine Learning (6 weeks), and Digital Marketing (10 weeks) in Hong Kong. All Happyer bootcamps are offered both online and in-person at the Sheung Wan Hong Kong campus. Courses are held two evenings per week to accommodate school or work schedules. All students will work on real world projects with companies such as Samsung and Citibank.
The Full Stack Web Development bootcamp was created in collaboration with companies that hire developers, to ensure the course is relevant and helps you to be job ready. The curriculum covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, MVC, SQL, ORM, and more. Students will complete 3 real world projects during the bootcamp.
UX Design bootcamp students will learn experience design (XD), design thinking, Agile, and prototype creation. Students will work on and present projects.
Data Science and Machine Learning bootcamp students will learn how to source, clear, and prep data for analysis, EDA, and methods of regression, classification, and clustering. Students will learn machine learning for games and robotic planning, search algorithms, Monte Carlo simulations, and AlphaGo.
Digital Marketing bootcamp students will learn digital marketing strategy, brand strategy, marketing analytics, and content marketing. Students will learn the strategies of acquiring and engaging customers.
No prior experience or prerequisites are required for Happyer Skills UX Design, Data Science and Machine Learning, or Digital Marketing bootcamps.
Happyer students will receive career coaching, mentoring, and career workshops throughout the bootcamp. Examples of career workshops include: interview skills, CV building, LinkedIn profile improvement, and job search hacks. Happyer Skills partners with over 800 companies and can also assist students in finding career opportunities upon graduation.
Upon bootcamp completion, all Happyer students will receive a certificate that can be shared via LinkedIn or on their CV. Tuition discounts are available for students who register early or who sign up with a friend.

Most Inspiring Learning

I enrolled it as an interest course, didn't have much expectation, just wanted to have an interactive learning on UX design, as i had done a few online ones during covid. Yet, after 6-weeks, it was far beyond what i thought. It was fun, inspiring and very challenging as well. The key takeaway is the design thinking process, which taught me to think in a more 360 approach, to identify properly the problems, etc. I believe these are not only valuable for designs, but for your own self as well. I love the training we did every class, the real-life project with actual companies, all the discussions with different levels of people. These were where I learnt / inspired so much from. Our instructor Michael is very inspiring, always push us to think more, yet provide lots of guidance/ support when we needed.

Rather than solely focusing on Experience Design’s hard skills like Figma, our instructor Michael helped us develop the mindset of design thinking. When I was in doubt and hesitated, the instructor & TAs were very supportive and dive deeper with me.
I also partnered with a group of curious minds and worked with aspiring entrepreneurs. The project was intense yet fruitful, and I had a lot of takeaways from collaborating with different stakeholders. Our final playback was evaluated by a panel of experienced UX Leaders who gave valuable feedback too.
The course coordinator offered various career support from career planning, personal branding, and story-telling that are immensely helpful to land a UX job!

Found out H Academy have a Demo Day for the Experience Design Course. On the demo day, I got a taste of what this course is about then decided to enrol in H Academy's Experience Design Course. Now, I could say it was a great decision I had made.
This Experience Design Course course is not what I was expecting to learn something like UX trick but more like “Design Thinking” course. We have learnt basic UX concepts apply to the daily pain-point, which gives us a taste of how to solve the problem. More than we would be working on a real-time project from a real client. Truly apply the learning by doing it. Now after 6 weeks, I could tell you I learned more than imagined before.
H Academy offers career help, offer 1: 1 meeting give to tips on cv, interviews. Also, a meaningful workshops by Workhap, telling you about tips cv and career planning.

The whole course is well-designed to give us a taste of doing UX in the real world. Michael is not only a wonderful instructor in class, but he also actively gives us his guidance through our class’s channel and encourages us to reflect on our learning...The whole course is well-designed to give us a taste of doing UX in the real world. The course is also designed to let us work on a real-world project with students from different backgrounds, so it also enhances our communication skills in the process. Although it is just a 6-week course, I have gained more than I expected by working on the project.
In addition to the excellent course, H Academy also offers very useful tips for planning our next career, we have gone through amazing workshops by Workhap and even 1:1 meetings from Happyer for preparing the most eye-catching resume.
