The teachers provided a warm and welcoming environment and I was very lucky to take this class. I tend to ask a lot of questions but I never felt stupid or silly asking them here. The material is intense and quick-paced. However, the teachers are always there to offer support. Plus the sessions are recorded for viewing again at your own pace. Sometimes the classes don't have a set framework each time which can sometimes be difficult to follow, but with the staff there to help with any questions or concerns that really isn't a problem. Coming in I wanted to learn data so I joined the full-stack and data science course. The course was structured the following way: learn HTML/CSS, Python, SQL, Back-End, JavaScript, Front-End, and Data. Although I wanted to learn data, I learned a lot of different skills that helped me grow as a coder. Some of those skills from the full-stack portion I use in data. This specific class is geared to teach you different technologies and for you to choose what best fits you. It is not to be focused in either data or full stack. The class is taught to make you think and be resourceful once you join the job market. After the curriculum ended and we created our own big (Capstone) projects with no help, a few different classes were offered as well post graduation. Coming in you have to understand that the class is hard work and that the hard work has to keep going after the class ends. You need to keep working on your coding and creating new projects to harness experience. I had a great experience at coding temple but what really took the cake was Marlene, the head of career services and career coach. She was available throughout the whole process almost any time of day. She guided me though the job search and explained to me how to navigate everything from interviews, to LinkedIn (networking), to how to communicate with different future employers. She truly made the difference and now I can say I have my dream job, data scientist.   Read less

I took the Coding Temple bootcamp this year and it was great. I came into the course knowing very little and learned so much. The instructor was amazing and seemed like he knew everything about coding. Everyone I dealt with there from the owner on down has been extremely helpful and supportive from Day 1. There was a ton of stuff to learn as is typical of a boot camp but they made it fun and engaging all the way through. Now that I've finished, I am looking for a job where I can apply my new skills and they have already begun to help with that process. I cant say enough about my experience at Coding Temple. I had invested a few months of independent study before enrolling in their full time online course. During the 10 week course our instructor, Derek, showed endless patience and a wealth knowledge about all of the different tools and methodologies used in front and backend web development. Even if there is another school whose curriculum is as good as Coding Temple's I'm not sure that school could beat the 10 week timetable or the reasonable course price, making this school the best bang for your buck. 

They also have a great support staff who are always there to answer questions about class material or other student related concerns. Lastly, they have a career development program to help develop your resume and networking skills. So in addition to your education they work with you to find a job even after your classes have ended. I recently completed the Full-Stack Python + Data Science program at Coding Temple. Starting off with almost no coding experience, I am now a confident full-stack developer after their 10-week program. 

Coding Temple's small class-size allowed for plenty of individual attention, which was the biggest factor leading me to choose the school. Since it is project-based, I now have over 7 projects using several different programming languages and frameworks to showcase to potential employers.

After Coding Temple, I'm now confident using Git, Github, Python, Flask, JavaScript, Angular, Google Cloud, HTML/CSS, SQL and many more web development tools.

The course was very challenging, and did take up a full-time schedule over the course of 10 weeks. If you are determined to learn, and put in the time required, Coding Temple will give you the resources to become a confident developer! Read less

Supportive atmosphere and culture.  Highly intelligent instructors, with a lot of mentorship and pair-programming.  Coding Temple was able to provide me with real world skills and projects that allowed for an easy transition to a full-time job. Nothing but POSITIVE experience at Coding Temple. I did my research and found that Coding Temples full stack cohort seemed to best prepare me to become a well rounded programmer.If you're not serious about being in the tech industry for your career do not bother with a bootcamp. It is extremely challenging, but you get out what you put in. Ultimately I wanted to go with a bootcamp with amazing job support and I found that to be just as well rounded as the curriculum. not just an afterthought. The instructors are HIGHLY knowledgeable, they are able to answer questions, and break everything down to your level of learning!

Attended Coding Temple a few years ago and it was an amazing experience. The curriculum was challenging, fast-paced, and relevant to the job market. The teaching staff was amazing and made sure we learned the fundamentals before diving into more challenging projects. I took Coding Temple 10 week course and landed a job as a python developer. Coding temple is an amazing school because it is a one stop shop to all your career needs. The attention they give to you is great and they are willing to schedule one on one time for you outside of class hours when you need additional help. When you are done with the course, they will provide you connect you with companies that want to hire you so that you can land a job right after course completion. Their financing options are amazing! You don't have to pay that much upfront to start because they realize that not many people will have the funds to do so. This shows that they care a lot of your career and not just your money.
