The course at Careerist was excellent--where have you been all my life? The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. I am not easily impressed, reserved with my praise, and do not usually complete surveys. But for the first time, I have achieved my salary goes and all that is thanks to the knowledge I have after attending Careerist!

Great course! If you're looking for a career change and interested in going into the Tech field without a technical degree or prior tech experience then this opportunity is for you. If you are looking for a quick fix, walk away now. This is a great opportunity if you are willing to put in the work, the courses are well done, and the instructors a great and willing to help! I learned all I needed to get into this field, and their mentors know what they are walking about, so just do as they say. The job search to enter the QA field is not for the faint of heart, it's hard, and job searching is hard in general, BUT entering a new career field is not any easier. So with that said, If you are willing to put the work in, and not give up this course/ opportunity could be life-changing. It was for me.  Read less

This program definitely changed my life...I started out with the manual course which gave me foundational hands on experience. While working with my mentor Anastasia I was able to land my first QA job. Then I did the python course for 1 month and went ahead to complete the automation course with Lana. The automation course was super intense! but with a lot of practice and the help of Jefferson -great guy! I now have a lot of Confidence in this QA field getting paid way more than I ever imagined. My advice to any one about to take the course is that you also have to prepare your mind to rise up to the challenge, dedicate time to study more because you will get all the information, tools, tricks and methodologies you need to land that job. I started the carrerist program late September of 2022 and they promised a mentor and to help you find a job after. They also state they will teach you how to become a sales engineer within the program. Everything they teach can be googled. The mentors are not mentors at all like never been in tech never been sales engineers and barely speak English. The falsely advertise they DO NOT DO NOT help you find jobs at all they used a system called “Jaz” that is inconvenient does not help you and also you have to do all the work for it and even then they tried to not give us Jaz by the end of the course until we as a group had to all state that we paid for it and then JAZ ended up being trash and useless anyway. The instructors Charles (Ami and Nigel who have since left) are amazing instructors but the program itself it’s scammy. I got involved with the careerist course in 2022 after some major personal struggles and I was so excited at the idea of changing my career. I was so excited that this course was going to help me not just get the knowledge but get the job too. I was so sure that they were going to help me turn my life around with the job search assistance program and I was so sorely disappointed. The reality I found was that 1) Careerist charged me 4000 dollars for stuff I later found online is the same at allifoundation.com & Udemy.com for way cheaper 2) The job assistance program will help you put in 5 applications a day when they tell you that you should really apply for 20 a day so who are they helping & 3) my mentor was rude disconnected and rarely kept our appointments, and when I complained he said he'd have another mentor appointed to me which never happened. I just got lost in support emails and phone calls on hold. I would say not all that glitters is gold guys. They put up a good front but you'd be much better off studying the info on your own online. I thought I could never get the right knowledge just searching it up on my own. Paying that much sure made me feel worthy like I had the right stuff when I'd apply, but you don't get it yet. They give out interviews because they need the people not because of the class you took. I had an interview once where my interviewer told me he had never heard of my bootcamp but it didn't matter cause I knew my stuff. I learned of the bootcamp on Instagram from Cyrus Harbin. The actual bootcamp did not meet any of my expectations. The course is fast-paced with no structure. The instructors read from slides every night and they don’t prepare you for the demo and job interview that you must pass to graduate. Nigel (one of the better instructors) left. The company seems to be focusing on money more than helping students land SE jobs because the Job Application Tracking system barely works and is not free. I only know one person from our class of about 70 people that has gotten a job. There’s a huge language barrier with the mentors that they sat you up with and they have never done the job or worked in tech. I wish I had taken the $400 course that Cyrus mentioned because I’ve seen SO MUCH more success from that program.  Read less

I signed ISA with  Careerist former Job Easy, hoping they would teach well and provide support in job search. On their web site it was saying they provide 1:1 support, which is not true. They have mentors, who tells you how to apply. But the actual questions that are asked during the interviews are not answered 1:1. I got a job but not because of them , because I had sessions with a private tutor not from Careerist. They have a chat and if you have questions you have to post it in the chat so that everybody can see and enjoy questions you had during the interview. Max G. keeps providing information about how easy it is to get a job if you follow his instructions)) Bullshit!! It’s not easy. They just send you as a mass onto the market and tell you keep applying. The same knowledge you can get from Udemy. They also change information on the website and are less promising in their description than before. They don’t do anything for you to get a job, whatever you need, you have to search for it and Google)). I have to pay percentage from my income for 24 months. The reality is 2-3 out of 10 will find a job! These are the real figures. Don’t be full, but a course on Udemy, find a great private tutor who will be ready to answer your questions. They will not provide you support , they will only collect money. And search for reviews in forums, where real students leave their reviews.  Read less
