BrainStation’s knowledgable instructors did a great job at teaching all the necessary tools (especially Figma) to become a successful UX Designer. Besides that they were always open for questions and remained a great source of support even after the Boot Camp ended.
After graduation I worked for several months as a freelancer (which was challenging) before a former BrainStation classmate sent me my dream job description. Instructors, teaching assistants, and other staff are pretty responsive and willing to help.
Even though the Bootcamp is intended for people with no coding experience, I would highly suggest anyone who is considering signing up do some self-study first to make the process in the Bootcamp easier.
As the Bootcamp covers both front-end and back-end in only 12 weeks, the back-end parts are only at the surface, just enough for students to make a full-stack application. Much more diving deep is needed compared with the front-end sections.
