I recently enrolled in the data analyst bootcamp at Bitlabs Academy, and I must say it was the best decision I made this year. At first I didn't know what data analytics was like until I could work on a case, which was an extraordinary achievement for me, who had no basic knowledge of IT. For the past 4 months, I have had the experience of learning data analytics for business through the MSIB program with Bitlabs Academy. Here I was introduced to how to operate SQL, Python, Data Visualization, and Business Problem Analysis. While studying with Bitlabs Academy, I felt very happy and comfortable because the material provided was quite easy to follow even though my major background in college was not from IT or business. In addition, the mentors who teach are also very friendly and experienced in their respective fields. It is an honour for me to be the students of the MSIB program from Bitlabs Academy called "Data Analytics for Business". The curriculum was easy to understand for students with non-IT background, relevant with nowadays company case. I gained a lot of materials about Data Analytics world, such as Google sheets, Bigquery SQL, Pyhton Programming, and Data Visualization with Google Looker Studio. I learned about the different types of data, how to collect and clean data, how to analyze data, and how to visualize data. I also learned about the different tools and techniques that data analysts use. 
I've also learned how to use a variety of data analysis tools, including Python, SQL, and Looker Studio. These tools have helped me to become a more efficient and effective data analyst.
One of the most valuable things I've learned is how to use data to solve problems. I've worked on projects that have helped businesses improve their marketing campaigns, increase customer retention, analysis of how impactful discounts are on sales, and make better strategic decisions.
For example, I worked on a project to analyze how impactful discounts were on sales. I found that discounts could be a very effective way to increase sales, but that the size, type, and timing of the discount all mattered. I was able to use this information to help the business develop a more effective discount strategy.
I also worked on a project to improve the customer retention rate for a home and living online shopping service. I used data to identify the factors that were most likely to lead to customer churn. I then made recommendations to the business on how to improve the customer experience and reduce churn.
One of the most important things I learned in this course is that data analytics is not just about numbers. It's also about telling stories with data. I learned how to use data to communicate insights and make recommendations that can help businesses make better decisions.
I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have taken this course. It's been a challenging but rewarding experience. I'm now looking forward to using my new skills to start my career as a data analyst.

Moreover, the material and skills taught are really relevant and needed in the real life, especially in the Data Analyst field.
