SheCodes Basics Reviews

With its hands-on, friendly, and supportive approach SheCodes changed completely my perception of coding from a scary and unapproachable discipline to a fun and creative one! I have completed the first workshop and I was overexcited to move onto the next one! 💪 Special thanks to the SheCodes community (makers and students)! 💕

I can't believe I had zero knowledge of html, css and java 3 weeks ago. Now I've created a page from scratch and I can't wait to keep learning. I love Matt's way of explaining complex ideas. I also love the fact that we start working on VS Code right away. I absolutely recommend this workshop.

This learning experience helped me a lot in my work. I know now how to create an interactive page. Thank you a lot for this!

“My last 3 weeks were full of excitement. I enjoyed everything about this workshop. I found it very simple to follow Matt's instructions. I can't wait for more!”

SheCodes is doing such a good job when it comes to the coding workshops. They make coding seem easy and enjoyable. When I was starting the classes, I was a bit scared but after a while, I was able to relax because instructor Matt explains the concepts so well. I would gladly recommend SheCodes to any woman who wishes to grow her skills in coding. Thank you SheCodes!

I've always felt the need to learn how to code and being a graphic designer people ask for that skill, but it seems too complicated. This course has helped me go step by step and I'm having a lot of fun. It makes me want to learn more and use it for work :).

“I just completed the SheCodes Basics course. I have always wanted to learn coding but the avenues I have tried before left me more confused. Matt's lessons are easy to follow and broken down into easy to understand sections. It was challenging and you didn't just copy the lesson, you had to apply what you learned. It is a great class. I can't wait to start my next class with SheCodes.”

I enjoy learning the first steps to codding! Matt's didactic is super easy to understand. Every time an error occurred I just wanted to continue digging to find where I did wrong because I was having fun codding. I highly recommend this codding workshop!! ‍

This course has been a great way to try out programming and learn just enough of the basics to be able to understand how well you will enjoy it and whether to pursue the topic further.  You don't necessarily need to be attempting to become a front-end developer to use this information.  This is definitely a course that can span various fields!

I always wanted to learn how to code but I was always giving the excuse that I didn't have the proper time to invest in it. So far, it has been a great journey and I'm happy with the final result, especially finding out that it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, thanks to Matt. I appreciate the challenges and I can't wait to continue to learn more.

I have never thought of learning to code before but I am so glad I joined SheCodes Basic, and I've enjoyed every single moment of it. The best feeling was when I could see the page I built, up and running with valid codes. Pure satisfaction! Thanks to Matt and his team for the guidance throughout the course. Highly recommended to all the women out there.

SheCodes is the perfect place online to learn coding in a very practical and paced manner. I was able to learn coding from zero and managed to apply all the things I've learnt. Matt is an excellent teacher. I do recommend SheCodes!
