ZAKA's mission is to democratize Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the MENA region and globally through sharing knowledge, building solutions, and connecting people. ZAKA also offers a shorter "AI Bootcamp" program that is designed for beginners.
ZAKA also offers comprehensive career track programs in Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics Specializations. These programs consist of a 12-week training period coupled with an 8-week capstone project with one-on-one mentorship guidance. Students will present their project to a panel including members of recruiting firms.
ZAKA’s program provides access to over 5 hours of dedicated career development resources. These resources include career training workshops, assistance with resume preparation, interview practice sessions, and participation in a dedicated career fair.

This 12-week program was one of the most powerful programs I have ever taken.it starts with basic knowledge about machine learning and then goes step by step into the deep aspects of how a machine acts and performers. through the 12 weeks, we had ongoing support through office hours, mentoring sessions and direct contact with the supervisors through slack.

Among the diverse topics covered, I found particular interest and benefit in the realm of Computer Vision integrated with Deep Learning models. All the subjects presented were entirely novel to me, providing a wealth of valuable information about AI that left me feeling inundated.
For my practical project, I concentrated on the detection of brain tumors from medical images. I developed a binary classification model capable of distinguishing between brain images with and without tumors, utilizing CNN networks and computer vision processes. This bootcamp not only exposed me to a variety of information but also furnished practical assignments that I believe played a crucial role in guiding me toward achieving my goal.

The program was extremely well organized, rich and very beneficial. The videos, slides, office hours, and workshops were a treasure trove of information and knowledge to be gained, and...I have always wanted to dive into the world of AI and data, but I didn't know where to start or which courses to take. I found Zaka, researched it, and found out that several of my university colleagues were part of the Zaka community, and so I decided to enroll in the Data Analytics certification program. The program was extremely well organized, rich and very beneficial. The videos, slides, office hours, and workshops were a treasure trove of information and knowledge to be gained, and the challenges and project were perfect for honing my skills and applying the knowledge acquired. Aside from that, the team was extremely helpful and dedicated. With Zaka, I felt like I was part of a family who really cares. Soft skills and CV workshops and seminars were also provided (not to mention the career fair). Thankfully, I am now a certified Data Analyst, with distinction, thanks to Zaka.
