My decision to enroll in the machine learning program was motivated by an insatiable curiosity for Artificial Intelligence (AI), coupled with the stellar reputation of Zaka's company. Favorite Topics - NLP and Deep Learning:
Among the myriad of captivating topics, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning emerged as my undeniable favorites. The allure of understanding how machines could comprehend and process human language was mesmerizing. NLP's applications, from sentiment analysis to language translation, opened a world of possibilities. Meanwhile, the exploration of deep learning's neural networks, particularly their ability to mimic the human brain, fascinated me. I found solace in the convergence of linguistic nuances and algorithmic prowess, envisioning the potential impact on communication and problem-solving.

Totally New Topic - Reinforcement Learning:
Embarking on uncharted territory, I encountered reinforcement learning—a realm previously unfamiliar to me. The concept of agents learning through trial and error was not only intriguing but also transformative. Witnessing algorithms improve decision-making through experience was a revelation.  This newfound knowledge broadened my understanding of machine learning applications, leaving me with a fresh perspective on problem-solving.

Project - AI Shopping Assistant using RAG:
In the culmination of the program, I undertook a project that combined my passion for NLP and deep learning—an AI shopping assistant using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This innovative approach aimed to revolutionize the shopping experience by providing personalized recommendations through natural language understanding. The project not only allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge but also honed my practical skills in implementing advanced AI techniques. The fusion of NLP and RAG showcased the transformative potential of AI in everyday tasks.
Benefits and Skill Enhancement:
The program has significantly enhanced my skills in NLP and deep learning, laying a robust foundation for future endeavors. Embarking on the journey of joining a machine learning program was a deliberate decision fueled by a keen interest in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. My primary goal at the beginning was to gain a comprehensive understanding of machine learning principles, techniques, and applications, with the intention of applying this knowledge to real-world problems. The allure of delving into the realm of algorithms, data, and predictive modeling was too intriguing to resist.
2-Favorite Topic:
Among the myriad of topics covered in the program, one that stood out to me was "Deep Learning and Neural Networks." The depth of understanding and the intricacies involved in mimicking the human brain's functioning through artificial neural networks fascinated me. I appreciated how this topic seamlessly combined theory with practical applications, providing insights into image recognition, natural language processing, and other cutting-edge advancements. I believe mastering this area will open doors to solving complex problems and contribute significantly to the advancement of AI.3-New and Surprising Topic:
The topic that was entirely new to me was "Reinforcement Learning." Exploring the concept of an agent learning from its environment through trial and error was both challenging and eye-opening. The most surprising aspect was witnessing how algorithms could develop strategies and make decisions to maximize rewards, leading to autonomous decision-making. This exposure broadened my perspective on the versatility of machine learning and its potential applications in areas like robotics and game playing.
4-Project and Career Fair Experience:
My project involved building an outfit recommendation system for shopping , integrating concepts from The LLM and training it on my own data using the concept of Retrieval Augmented Generation. The hands-on experience gained during the project was invaluable, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge to a real-world scenario. The career fair experience further enriched my understanding by providing exposure to industry leaders, allowing me to network and explore potential opportunities.5-Program Benefits and Future Prospects:
The machine learning program has significantly enhanced my analytical, problem-solving, and programming skills. I recently completed a 16-week Machine Learning Specialization training program, and I am thrilled to share my experience. This comprehensive program provided me with an in-depth understanding of various machine-learning techniques and their real-world applications. I dived into fundamental Data Science principles, explored Machine Learning algorithms, delved into Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing, and gained insights into ML in Production and Research.


The highlight of this specialization was the capstone project, where I took on the challenging task of intracranial hemorrhage segmentation. Utilizing the U-Net architecture, I developed a cutting-edge machine-learning model that showcased impressive performance. the model demonstrated strong overall performance. While there were some challenges in accurately segmenting the object of interest, I thoroughly evaluated the model's performance using various metrics such as the IoU score, confusion matrix, and classification report, identifying areas for improvement and learning valuable insights.


In addition, I also developed another model with a unique architecture. This model achieved even better performance, boasting higher AUC and IoU scores. The precision, recall, and F1 scores were exceptional, highlighting the model's capabilities.


The completion of this Machine Learning Specialization and the successful execution of these projects have significantly enhanced my expertise in machine learning and deepened my understanding of its practical applications. I decided to join the ZAKA program after applying for many online AI platforms and found myself only watching videos without real interaction with the instructors. my Goal was to follow a clear curriculum from A to Z with details and follow-up.

the most Topic I liked most in this Bootcamp was the live session and the dissertation of the assignment which make a deep understanding of the why and what of each nuts and bolts of DL. 

The new topics that were very special in this program were the presentation on new topics like the latest cutting edge on many AI topics (GPT, Transformers..etc) with many experts worldwide and the real experience with the tech people.

Moreover, the capstone project (Roofinder) was an opportunity to apply my expertise in a real case project using ML in production.
 
A career fair was also beneficial as it gave us the chance to meet new companies working in this domain.
ZAKA program will help me in my career as it can broaden my expertise to build new solutions that will be an added value to my daily tasks at work.

As for the future, I am looking forward to making a merger between AI and my career to provide a smarter output that can smooth some of my daily tasks.

I actually had alot in my mind about ML, but this program helped me organizing them and learning some ML stuffs from scratch. Since the program was interesting and organized for me, I was looking forward to learn more from it. Thanks to the program, I was able to work on the first project of mine and my teammates in ML which answers the question: "Does a sentiment analysis done on an ML generated summary reflects the real sentiment of the original text?" which is a combination of NLP (my favorite domain) and a classification task. The career fair was also a great experience communicating with different companies from different regions that work in ML and DS domains. I decided to join this program, as it would be a great opportunity to go deeper in the world of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Statistics, I would understand the basics of it, and how they do work. The topics that I like the most, were the new topics to me, some deep diving into the world of deep learning. As a data science graduate, I got to go over the basics just working on ANN model, and some theory about the other Neural Networks. With Zaka, I was able to learn a lot more and practice these models. 
The project was kind of a challenge, due to time restrictions and working hours difference between my teammate and I, but we were able to get to a solution and do a good project overall. 
This program helped me with task prioritization, time management and most of all knowledge. Due to being a master student and working a part-time job as a tutor, I had a tight schedule, but I was able to achieve the program in a very good way and with a lot of knowledge. Everyone was awesome, understanding and very helpful from Zaka's team to the mates in the certification program. 
If only I had more time, I would have enjoyed interacting more with the amazing, funny people in the chat group.
For the future, I hope that I will be able to go into research in the field of AI, especially computer vision in the medical field. Read less

A well prepared and organised boot camp. Instructors are knowledgeable and more than great, always there to assist and help. The material  was up to date and was well prepared. The environment was very motivational and supportive. I'm impressed by the well-structured path followed to gradually build our skills required to design, develop, and deploy ML models through weekly projects supported by direct guidance from expert instructors in a friendly and exciting environment. 

Zaka also focused on building our non-technical skills and organized a career fair to meet other AI enthusiasts and recruiters.

My graduation project combined segmentation and classification models with image processing to detect and qualify rooftops. It was a great project that showcased my skills and helped me kick off my journey and start applying AI to various fields.
