When I made the decision to do a career change, I compared about 10 different bootcamps based on factors such as: duration, guarantees, pricing, reviews, resources available like tutors, and the curriculum. This course is it! Rewarding, Challenging, Flexible, Affordable, & Thorough. After years of wanting to break into the field of computer software, & months of research TripleTen checked all my needed requirements. I needed an affordable option that prepared me for a future career as a Software Engineer & open the doors into the industry. Between juggling work & family needs time is valuable, the course allows you to work around & with these schedules. I dedicate at the minimum of 15 hours a week, & usually try for 20 - 25 hours to complete the theory & projects. The course is very thorough, I am almost half way through as I write this & HTML, CSS, JavaScript & many other development tools are taught & used with even more as I will progress. There is a community of students, alumni, tutors, & career coaches that work together, encourage, & support students with the course & for future success. The tutors are extremely versed with the course & provide the needed education beyond what the theory already covers & have been available as I have needed at different times through out the day & night. This program comes with career support assistance & begins quite early on in the course preparing you for interviews & networking to add to the knowledge you receive for the job you will actually want. This is a challenging course that helps actually learn & not just provide the answers. After completing each project the knowledge gained is rewarding knowing how far you are from the beginning. I chose the QA Engineering track as a way to bolster my current experience within QA work, and to get more relevant knowledge and experience with coding/software QA work. After reviewing a few different options, that were extremely code-heavy and costly, I found tripleten. The initial conversation I had with the guidance team was very promising and reassuring, so I took the leap and started the QA track. After finishing the course the assistance through the career acceleration program has been extremely helpful. Hello there I hope this blesses whoever reads it!

I decided to learn business analytics more than a year ago, and this is where my search began.  I've always loved business and rapport-building customer service but didn't see how that could be applied to a technical field, well I am glad I found TripleTen. It has helped me understand how businesses use analytics to make decisions and how producing these results is a form of serving customers - I enjoy talking to people very much but also LOVE a challenge. My biggest fear was Excel (even got laid off from a job for not understanding it) and TripleTen helped break down these harder concepts into step-by-step walkthroughs while also still challenging you. Their program is also for the busy bees - whether you have kids, work full time, and or go to school, I found the curriculum manageable and the team super helpful whenever you needed assistance. I put in 20 hours of work every week, sometimes a bit less (depending on my week's schedule) but it's all about applying yourself to the process and trusting it. There are sometimes when things are going to get hard but if you reach out for help, they'll be able to assist you, especially during co-working hours. Unlike other boot camps I researched before joining TripleTen, the program is fully remote and super affordable and the value you get in return makes the investment worth it. My favorite part of the BootCamp was the end projects of each sprint. Although dreadful at first, once I reached out to the community and saw the previous interactions with tutors from other student discussions I was able to piece together each project, which ultimately led to a great portfolio. The program has much more to offer but these are the highlights that I found worth mentioning. I am currently completing my final project and I look forward to adding this to my portfolio as well.  

Lastly, I've learned that coding is not only for those with the technical expertise or background. I come from a retail background with a degree in psychology, I am planning to use what I learned in TripleTen to join a team that cares about what I am passionate about. If you love business and you're curious, I'll recommend giving TripleTen a shot, and if you're stuck on the fence about whether to dive into data analytics regardless - please do it. Why did I choose TripleTen for my coding journey? I did some research and wanted a platform that stood out in the coding education crowd. As a graduate of another coding BootCamp, I can personally appreciateTripleTen's commitment to their curriculum and students, which exceeded my previous experience. TripleTen's program was thorough, affordable and flexible.  In contrast to my previous BootCamp experience, TripleTen's curriculum and career program was all about making sure I'm set for success. The promise of landing a job within six months of graduation or your money back is a huge plus, and not something a lot of boot camps offer.When it comes to education, TripleTen doesn't just stand out in terms of flexibility and support; it's a game-changer in affordability and content quality. Now, some detailed information about my journey at TripleTen. I started with the Front-End program earlier this year, I believe it was around April. Like I mentioned, I've graduated from another BootCamp last year, and that one was also Front-End. TripleTen compared to the other BootCamp (which shall not be named haha) was amazing. I have some knowledge about programming, so when I started TripleTen's program I was impressed by the quality and detailed information, some of which was new, even in the first project. It was a challenging curriculum, but of very high quality. I decided a few weeks into that program that I wanted to make the switch into tech asap (I hated my customer service job and wanted out), so I switched to QA - which is basically testing the software instead of being the one writing it.
TripleTen accommodated me seamlessly. There was no big deal; I didn't have to pay even more money to switch, and it didn't take a lot of time either. Coming from the Front-End program, I knew that QA would be a shorter program; however, TripleTen clearly put the same amount of detail and dedication into the curriculum to ensure I was set up for success, no matter which program I chose.


TripleTen's features are pretty straightforward, which made it easy to just focus on learning. It's like a user-friendly tour guide for coding. The interactive learning platform doesn't just throw theory at you; it lets you play with it. This is important because coding isn't some kind of theory; you need to be actually coding to learn how to code.
With that in mind, learning with TripleTen isn't your typical classroom scene. Don't expect someone standing at the front of the class and a room full of people taking notes. It's more like a straightforward dive into the curriculum, interactive platform, hands-on exercises, and projects – less like a lecture, more like a coding adventure. And that's the best way to learn to code. Not watching tutorials, but actually working in an IDE (like VSCode) to start coding yourself. For many of the lessons, TripleTen had a built-in IDE, so I didn't need to leave the platform, which was easy and convenient. Also, the built-in IDE was pretty good, so that's a plus. And it's all online, so you can complete the theory and projects without leaving home.  



TripleTen also has a discord community. The Front-End program and the QA program each have their own, and I'm sure it's like that for each program. To be honest, the Front-End discord had way more going on, and the QA chat was quiet in comparison. But I wouldn't blame TripleTen for that; I think it's just a reflection of where the students are going, to Front-End instead of QA, so keep that in mind if you desire a large, active community discord. However, there are videos where the reviewers explain how to do some parts of the project, which was great because sometimes going from theory to the project can feel daunting. But, with the video reviews and the tutors who are available pretty much all day every day (they have a calendar you can check), you don't have to worry about the project being too difficult, although, expect it to make you think!


Thankfully, balancing a full-time job alongside the boot camp journey with TripleTen turned out to be surprisingly manageable, thanks to the flexibility of the program. The coursework, designed to fit into the nooks and crannies of a busy schedule, allowed me to seamlessly integrate learning into my daily routine. What made the journey even smoother was the constant encouragement and support from my success manager. Their motivation and regular check-ins became a driving force, turning potential challenges into achievable milestones. The combination of a flexible program and a supportive mentor made the balancing act not just doable but a genuinely enriching experience. As I navigated the intricacies of coding and the demands of a full-time job, the journey felt less like a tightrope walk and more like a guided marathon toward success.

Everyone I came into contact with at TripleTen was on my side and knowledgeable. If I could go back and choose TripleTen instead of wasting my time and money at the other BootCamp, I would. I joined TripleTen to make the jump into tech.  I have a degree in marketing and have worked in multiple industries: retail, nightlife, education, and marketing.  Since the pandemic, I've wanted to upskill to learn more hard skills to complement the soft skillset, but never found a way to gain these skills that felt right.  As I'm sure you have, I was targeted for lots of Instagram Ads for Coding Bootcamps promising a life changing experience leading to a six figure career with no tech work experience. Not to mention my FYP was full of Bootcamp Ads. It always seemed like an option that wasn't truly obtainable. At least not obtainable for me. I always interacted with the ads, read their website, watched their videos, and even met with their recruiters. 

However, TripleTen was different -- in a good way -- from the beginning. The payment plan, the different course options, the money back guarantee, the career services, and holistic approach to upskilling was the perfect mix for me.  For the first time, it felt like the bootcamp was after more than just my tuition payment.  It's been clear that TripleTen is truly here for me as a person, professional, and student.  They are clearly building a community.

I chose the Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) course because I'm not a huge fan of actual coding, but still wanted into the tech industry. With my background in marketing and work experience, BIA seemed like the perfect program for me to not only jump to tech but also best utilize the transferrable skills I've accumulated. Plus it's only 4 months! It only got better once I joined.  The more I interacted with the curriculum and the TripleTen community on Discord (current students, former students, tutors, career coaches, community managers, and more), the more I knew I made the right decision. 

The curriculum is easy to follow along with.  The modules have a great mix of instruction and hands on examples to follow along with that wrap up with a robust project.  The project not only reinforces the skills I'd just learned, but also gave me something great to add to my portfolio.  Any time I needed help it was very simple to ask for it.  I just asked the question in the appropriate channel on Discord and I got an answer or support in just a few hours. 

The chapters and lessons are organized into two-week sprints with each of them focusing on a different aspect of BI.  I've learned how to analyze and build data visualizations using Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. 

Weaved into the program were lessons on resume building, LinkedIn optimization, portfolio building, and other relevant soft skills necessary to not just start a new career but flourish in it.

I started out at  zero when it came to computer programming knowledge. And when I took the practice course it was fun. So I was excited to get accepted to the course here at TripleTen. At first it was easy. I was learning HTML and CSS and I was just coming to me and I was thinking this was going to be the easiest 9 month course. Boy was I wrong. Lol. JavaScript hit me like a brick wall. And that’s when the real studying started. It was tough but I had the help of tutors and community managers to keep me going. They were there every step of the way to insure my success. I have since learned so much more. I am now halfway through the final project working with a study buddy. Something that wasn’t available when I first started but is another great resource here at TripleTen that got added along the way. It’s great. While working through lessons, and projects you can bounce your thoughts off of each other. And if y’all can not figure it out together you just lost a message for the tutors. Everyone at TripleTen is always so helpful and committed to your success. I would recommend the software engineer course to anyone looking to learn something knew or advance your career.  And I almost forgot the career acceleration program. I completed this TripleTen's Data Analytic Bootcamp Program in June 2023. I chose this bootcamp because I was looking for a bootcamp that has multiple projects and also this bootcamp was affordable. I completed multiple data analysis projects. In this process, my codes were reviewed by code reviewers. My experience with code reviewers was always good. Their suggestions and hints helped me to analyze the problems and solve them with confidence. They were able to review my code on time. Besides learning from the program’s learning materials, I cleared my doubts with TripleTen tutors. It was simple and easy to schedule a one-on-one meeting with tutors.  During this program, I got all the required support from the TripleTen support team. When I had technical questions or doubts, I asked for help and got enough support from the technical team. In addition, I was happy to get support from academic advisors, career support, and resume reviewers. After graduating from this program, I was happy to use the resources provided in the TripleTen Career Page.  All of these people from whom I got support were experts in their fields. They were above and beyond supporting me to learn. Whenever I had a question, I asked them, and I got my questions answered on time. I had to keep a gap while completing this bootcamp. I was able to come back and complete my program because TripleTen was flexible in making such arrangements. Most learning materials are Python-based. If you are interested in learning data analysis in Python, this bootcamp is suitable for you. It would be better if more topics were covered in SQL.

Choosing a Bootcamp was not easy, I'm not going to lie, but I was comparing several bootcamps to find out which one was best for me. I decided on the QA Engineer program because it seemed interesting and a way to get started in the world of technology. The program provides an essential education.
Triplete convinced me not only because of how flexible they are with schedules, but also because of how fast they are. They are attentive, they clarified my doubts, the payments are very flexible, and they also have a high rate of graduates who have found work after finishing. the program and if they don't, you will get your money back guaranteed. Another thing that caught my attention is that they have externships for work experience.
To study I try to do it after work, at least 3 hours a day or if I have free days I dedicate a little more time, I can say about 15 hours a week.

Hi, my friends! How are you doing? One of our tutors likes to greet students in this way before his tutor hours on Discord.      Recently, some people around me asked me about how is my boot camp study so far. Actually, I was trying to give a specific talk about my journey, but I always stuck by the heavy and complicated projects on my hands. However, I am a person who likes to share good and positive things with people so that I want to tell my story here with you people.        It's time to give a review for TripleTen now. Truly, it’s definitely worths to choose for the people who want to start a career in the tech field today. Frankly, I think it's way better than my journey of CS in UTD.       It's been 7 months of studying at this bootcamp for its SE(software engineering) program, and I want to tell some real points that I have experienced from my Journey in Tripleten. First of all, we have a globe tutor team, which they could be in Russia, Germany, the U.S., or other countries while tutoring you. Because of this, you will be able to know different people and cultures behind them. Second, it has a very mature community system in Discord, there, students are divided by their study pace. For instance, I am currently studying on Sprint 8, so that I can only have access from the very beginning Demo project to Sprint 8. if you want to access the higher level Sprint, then you need to finish your current project successfully first, which means your project must be 100% qualified and then will be able to get approved by the reviewer team. Speaking of our reviewer team, I really want to send a big heart to them in person, because the strict process of review they had given me for each project shaped me to be a pro of SE gradually. Especially, the red comments and green comments guide me to realize my errors and how to improve my codes in a better way. In my impression, I still remember one of my projects which relates to the Responsive page of web development, the review stage took me 13 times to get approved at the end. 13 times, isn't it crazy? In the first 5 times, I was a little bit upset with the picky reviewers, but after reading on each of the comments they left below the errors, I started to sigh out in front of the computer, I definitely need these comments in my project, it helps me to identify that why my code is wrong and how I can improve it. Over time, I can see a big improvement in my code work, and it brings more confidence into my mind as well.  Third, it's the on-demand questions answered in Discord. Once you post your question in the corresponding channel, you will get an answer from one tutor or two tutors quickly. and this amazing part always makes me feel like we are in a real tutor room of a college where it has a bunch of tutors sitting there and eyes searching those confused students. Additionally, we also have a bunch of pretty and passionate female community managers who always plan some amazing events in the virtual community. like the co-work session time, it gathers those boring and lonely souls together from the end of the internet and hangs out in the virtual world where the study vibe is so joyful and contagious. Fourth, the professional lecture we are using covers the full-stack knowledge and tasks throughout Project 1 to the last Project 16. In the lecture, you will see the author explains those boring and cold knowledge points in a lighthearted and humorous way. And it also has lots of amazing illustrations within each of the chapters. Fifth, the career channel that in Discord is the place to teach those ongoing students and graduates how to work on their resumes and interviews, and make sure they are get ready to be hired after graduating. Finally, except above 5 points, I personally want to thank our community manager Olya, who always pays attention to each small step I have achieved. Toast me when I get approved of the project, and encourage me when I doubt myself on coding. Truly, she is so responsible and sweet in my heart.                  Lastly,  I want to tell you that I once an interior designer for over 10 years in the design field. After studying abroad in the U.S., I started to have a strong mind which told me to be an IT worker for the rest of my life here. Fortunately, I love everything about Coding and have so much passion for it every day. Indeed, not everyone likes to work with a computer every day.  Meanwhile, you may have some different voices around you to tell you that coding is too hard and boring, plus, it will be easily replaced by the AI and Chatgpt shortly. Actually, these are the same things I had worried about before. However, I still think the tech field will have a high demand in the future since everything in our surrounding are fully high-tech, which requires tech people more than any era in the past. By the way, there is a dram I want to share with you. It happened two months before I settled down with Tripleten. Back then, I chose a three -months boot camp, which was named Great Learning. The reason I chose it is because it has a partnership with UT at Austin, and also the program is cloud computing. However, the sense of experience is bad and makes me really upset with it. Finally, I quit the boot camp after the first month of study. The reason I quit has three fatal reasons. First, it’s an Indian-based boot camp, so that it has to take Zoom meetings in the morning every day to balance the time zone between U.S. and Indian; Second, the students and teachers have a heavy accent in which is extremely hard to understand completely. As we know the program itself is hard enough, and now their accent makes it harder than ever; Third,  the communication platform is WhatsApp, which is much unprofessional when compared to the Discord. Fourth, it lecture was full of pre-filmed videos, and it was hard to make me understand its concept as a complete beginner. Typically, it’s a self-taught lecture like others, all you can see from all of the videos is one Indian professor who works in UT at Austin McComb school as the lecture said. Overall, it’s really not for me. Based on my two times of boot camp experiences above, it should be a good reference to let people who are currently struggling with transitioning careers and choosing bootcamp.      In conclusion, if you want to make a good income, and remote work at home, without age anxiety, and socialize issues, then the tech field might be a good decision to make. All in all, the threshold of the Tech field is quite higher than other fields, and you need to keep learning new things in this field later on. Based on all of these above, if you are ready, then take action to do it. The biggest thing that brought me to TripleTen is that the only restriction is a due date. I don't have to attend classes or wake up at a given time to reach the bare minimum. I have work and other responsibilities in my life, so I didn't find it possible to dedicate a specific time to my education. I personally don't like physical or digital classes and lectures as most of the information goes over my head and I end up having to search up the material anyway, so TripleTen mastering the hands-off approach has made me a big fan.I've been wanting to become a Software Engineer for a good portion of my life, but the biggest setback was how costly education is. I didn't like the idea of paying all of this money for courses that I don't need and for textbooks that will be hardly used. TripleTen provides everything you need and if at any point the material becomes confusing or you don't understand the next step in the project, many instructors have office hours and even a calendar of their next meeting just to answer your questions. My favorite feature of TripleTen's Bootcamp is the Theory. Rather than throwing a bunch of lingo and words at you and then dumping a project on your lap, you instead get detailed explanations, videos, and an on-site program tool to practice the material. Whenever I get stuck on something, I refer back to the theory and everything I need is right there. TripleTen is certainly a difficult bootcamp, but they're very aware of this fact. They offer deadline extensions and even up to 3 months of a break, no questions asked. Once again, giving you that freedom of time if anything at all happens in your life that may get in the way of reaching your deadlines.If there was only one problem I had with TripleTen, it’s that they’re always upgrading. While this in of itself isn’t a bad thing and by far has brought new features I’m glad to be a part of, it just means that their old material becomes outdated and their new material is too clean, too untested. Fortunately for us we still have access to the old material and TripleTen will let you know when something noteworthy has changed and what we as the students should do about it. I love TripleTen and I would gladly recommend it to anyone interested in any of the courses they provide.  Read less

I first heard about the TripleTen coding bootcamp through a friend and on Instagram, and it quickly piqued my interest as a potential pathway to a future career in coding. Currently, I'm on Sprint 9 out of 16 of the program, and I must say it has been quite a journey, one that's been both tough and incredibly fulfilling.

As you progress, the bootcamp dives into more advanced topics, with my current focus being JavaScript. Alongside the technical skills, they provide valuable insights into what to expect in the coding field. They emphasize the importance of perseverance and remind us that even seasoned professionals faced challenges in the beginning. The key is to keep at it and not give up.



Teaching Methods:
TripleTen employs a well-rounded approach to teaching, combining reading materials, videos, and interactive lessons to enhance retention. The tutors are not only knowledgeable but also approachable and willing to guide you in finding answers, provided you're putting in your own effort and actively seeking solutions.



Pacing:
The pace of the bootcamp is undeniably rigorous, reflecting the demands of the coding industry. I am currently on Sprint 8 of TripleTen's Software Engineering Bootcamp, and I'm just starting to scratch the surface of the more advanced programming concepts. I'd describe myself as tech savvy as I've had some experience working with websites, basic code, and editing software but I did not expect this bootcamp to be this rigorous. The term "difficult" doesn't even begin to describe the intensity of this bootcamp. This bootcamp is hard work, and it requires someone willing to learn beyond TripleTen's curriculum. TripleTen does a great job laying the foundation of programming concepts and theory, and although their projects give you an opportunity to understand what you've learned, you'll also need to build side projects on your own to truly grasp these ideas. This isn't to TripleTen's shortcomings but rather something you'll have to learn to do as an aspiring developer. You never stop learning, and you never stop building.

TripleTen's curriculum is impressive. It dives deep into theory, and the content behind their interactive platform is in depth. Naturally I wonder about how much extensive programming went into building such a platform. Although TripleTen's curriculum is impressive, during the more difficult sprints their lessons start to become convoluted. There are so many points to follow, and connecting the dots gets very difficult. I found myself re-reading the same lesson 4-5 times before having a slight understanding to what they were trying to teach. Some of these sections could use more video explanations to help students comprehend better. This is probably the only minor downside to the program that I've experienced so far. Although the more difficult sprints get confusing, TripleTen's curriculum still covers all of the relevant topics.

The instructors are a huge help. They do a great job pointing you in the right direction without giving you the answers. In the long run this is beneficial to people who truly want to become software engineers that problem solve on their own. Instructors will respond with great detail and sometimes even send video recordings of themselves helping you with your bugs. Community managers are also very helpful. They're there to support you whenever you need an extension or a break.

So far I'm enjoying the content they create for job assistance. The advice they give on creating an online presence, networking and all of the tools you need to enter the job market is valuable. But since I haven't started the career coaching program (available after graduation), I've put "Job Assistance" as N/A.

My overall experience with TripleTen is a positive one. The instructors, tutors and community managers offer exceptional guidance throughout the program, and the curriculum is interesting and thorough. If you're thinking about pursuing a career in software engineering with TripleTen, be prepared to work harder than you can imagine. There's a reason software engineers are well compensated. It's a very complex and valuable skill to attain. If it were easy everybody would do it. Starting my journey as a QA Engineer was a mix of tough challenges and enjoyable moments. I chose to learn QA Engineering because of my passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of software in our tech-driven world. I've always had a passion for technology and a keen interest in making sure digital products meet high-quality standards. This drove me to start learning QA Engineering. I picked TripleTen, which used to be Practicum because they're known for excellent tech education. What really got my attention were their practical projects that feel like real work and their easy-to-use platform. Those projects taught me a lot, and the platform made learning a breeze. As I delved deeper into the tech realm, I realized the crucial role that quality assurance plays in delivering reliable software. Software applications are becoming increasingly complex, and the margin for error is minimal. A single glitch or bug can have significant consequences, ranging from inconveniences for users to critical security breaches. It became evident that the pursuit of excellence in software quality was essential. This realization led me to the path of QA Engineering. I wanted to be part of the solution, to contribute to the development of technology that not only meets but exceeds user expectations. QA Engineering, with its focus on identifying and rectifying software defects, resonated with me. I became interested in shifting to a career in technology after I was introduced to some rudimentary coding techniques related to a hobby.  After some online research, I selected the Business Intelligence Analyst program at TripleTen for their flexible schedule, support staff, and career assistance programs.  Some of the sprints were more difficult than others, but I was always able to receive any necessary help from the program's tutors.  I enjoyed learning about the various techniques and formulas needed to manipulate the data to find desired answers.  When we used programs that I was at least somewhat familiar with, such as Excel, the lessons were still informative and useful.  When we moved on to programs that I had not heard of, such as Tableau, the lessons were detailed enough that I was able to follow along without issue.

Besides resolving my difficulties completing the coursework, the TripleTen tutors were also always available to answer my questions concerning strategies and what it was like to actually work in the profession.  I sent messages that were always promptly answered (except one time when the person i had messaged got the flu), and the video conference I arranged was very informative, supportive, and arranged around my schedule.

The projects at the end of each sprint were good summations of the material, which both assisted me through a real-world problem and forced me to think critically about how to solve one.  When my projects were reviewed, the feedback was returned quickly, and it was generally helpful and specific.  Their comments gave me useful insights into not only how to improve the general quality of my work but how to maximize the professionalism of what I was presenting and adhere to subtle industry expectations.

Since I have only recently graduated from the main BIA program, I have not yet had the opportunity to participate in one of their externships.  But I look forward to receiving a task from an actual company and completing it under guidance of the TripleTen tutors.  I sometimes lack confidence, and I believe this program will help me to have more faith that my newly acquired skills can successfully be translated into a career. I decided to start learning Data Science because solving problems interest me.  I'd like to have a work from home position where what I do uniquely helps the company.  I have an analytical personality and I am good at analyzing details.
The training platform is helpful because there is theoretical learning.  Like it explains the new topics and then backs it up with code for you to do the work of what you just learned.  The projects give you a chance to work on real world business topics that you might actually do in the field.  The tutors are helpful when you can get one.  I don't like that its challenging to casually get explaination for things you may not understand.   Code reviewers are tough, sometimes they give a hard time.  Community managers are as helpful as can be.  The other classmates are golden, and a great support system.

I am learning new skills and concepts I never even thought of, and I think I will be able actually do the skills needed. I just am really hopeful I will be able to get a great job in this field.  I chose TripleTen because of the gaurnatee  for the job.  The program is really challenging and it takes a lot of dedication.  Just have to trust that the team here is training us well and we will acquire good paying work in our field.  Read less

I chose TripleTen (formerly Practicum) because of the opportunities for a flexible schedule, code review, the money-back job guarantee, and live tutors and community. I've been studying for the last six months and have learned a ton. I have been immersed in JavaScript and am starting to learn React at the moment. I'm hoping to broaden my career prospects and do a job that is more challenging daily.

What has been great:
The format -- the program is broken down into 2-3 week sprints that are modeled after the profession. This is my favorite part of the program. You can work independently on these projects after doing some lesson on the platform. 

The tutoring -- If you do get "stuck" or need some advice or guidance, there is live tutoring available through the platform every day. If you can't make it to a session, you can post your issue or question online, and many tutors will respond with a quick video or screenshots. The tutors are great and share their own professional experiences as software developers. They're such an asset to TripleTen truly.

The code review -- In the projects, we push our projects to Github and receive feedback on our projects. The Code Reviewers are top notch and give excellent suggestions and point out when things are working.

The flexibility -- Sometimes, you might need an extension or may get sick or need to take a week off. The program has breaks that you can take along the way. There are 8 week-long breaks and a month-long break if needed.

There are other things that I can't comment on like the career program at the end--but they do integrate career lessons into the coding lessons along the way. At the beginning, they also said that there would be opportunities to do an "apiary" or a cooperative work experience project with a company. I haven't known many students to do these just yet, only one who finished as I was starting six months ago. I think there are limited opportunities, so it may be something to inquire about. I also thought there would be more opportunities through the program to do Code Jams or weekend coding competitions within the bootcamp, but there hasn't been any during my time there.

I think for myself as a learner, I learn the most through doing the projects in the sprint. I don't really like going through the lessons on the platform. Each sprint, I probably do 3-4 days of working through the lessons before getting the project. I'm not sure if it's because I have former development experience that I get bored, but I think they could be more precise and less dry. I do know it's necessary to convey new content in some sort of way though.

Overall, I feel closer to being ready to apply to jobs that require HTML/CSS and JavaScript. I had been learning Python in the past. I'm hoping that this will give me the push to get a better job so that I can do more for my family. This program provides a strong structure along with support in order to grow as a developer.
