I signed up for this course about 2 years ago. The intro and curriculum seemed so exciting and promising.  Because I was very green at most things tech; I asked the admissions person if I'd be given 1 on 1 help on topics I didn't understand at any given time. I was told that I definitely would be given this help. This is NOT the case at all. Nobody will call me back, they run me around in several circles via email only.  They are so unorganized. They started the course on one platform and then changed the platform right before we graduated; making it impossible for me to finish the final assignments. Not only did they change up their platform and layout for providing necessar info and teams, they had instructors with Very Heavy accents that were extremely hard to understand.  So you're learning a new tech language with people who don't communicate in your language clearly. It's a total scam and they are being fraudulent when they say you'll get your money back if you don't finish the course and get a job after. And they promise an internship,  that is also a farce. I'm currently still working on getting what they promised initially. If I am given a fair shot at this course I'll change this review. 2 years later and it still hadn't happened.... Read less

Don't waste your money. They will tell you that you will know everything and be job ready Which is completely untrue. They decided to change the schedule before the course even started after excepting my payment. If you read carefully they bribe you by offering free tutor sessions if you give them five star reviews or you have to pay more. This is actually put into your lesson, so they waste your time to try and make more from you. The added day makes it extremely difficult to try and memorize everything you are supposed to be learning. They could care less about whether you learn or not. And I can promise you that even come internship time you won't know enough to keep up or be job ready. The five star reviews they have were probably created by employees of test pro. You can take free courses or even hire a tutor from wyzant that already works in the QA industry. Test pro will not be worth it. Please take my advice. Read less

I Was Persuaded To Take The Testing Course At A Discount,
and that I can make a deposit of $250 which they will keep, but in the event of a Cancellation, I will be refunded the entire amount minus the deposit. -
I believed them.
  TEST PRO company - They provided a link where I entered my credit card details supposedly to pay a deposit - $ 250. After I received the Charge, I saw the amount from me 2205.60. without my consent.
 
2022,# The beginning of My Lessons was supposed to start after payment - but they took
once and did not activate the account, as a result, I missed 4 lessons and when they fixed it
technical errors - I could no longer receive lessons - without the first 4 lessons. I have everything
records of technical issues on my Test Pro portal. I only finished 4-5-6 classes and couldn't
1-2-3 pass - Due to Test Pro - I asked for a refund as per their policy.
