SheCodes is a technical skill training provider for women offering online, hands-on coding workshops and a self-paced Professional Developer Bootcamp. The workshops and bootcamp are flexible and designed to fit around a student’s schedule, moving away from traditional, rigid learning methods. The bootcamp curriculum covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, OOP, AI, and more. The workshops cover how to effectively communicate with developers, how to become a front end developer, advanced Python skills, and how to break into tech. Students learn through bite-size lessons followed by practical challenges to reinforce their learning. Each week, professional developers review homework assignments. At the end of each workshop, students will build real-life projects like websites and web applications to add to their professional portfolio and impress future employers.
All of SheCodes workshops are beginner-friendly and self-paced. Women of any age are welcome to enroll. There are various packages that students can purchase depending on their coding needs and existing skill level.
At SheCodes, students have access to an online community of 200,000 women technologists. Students who complete the Professional Developer Bootcamp will receive a Verified Diploma upon graduation.

I have had so much fun learning to code. Although I have definitely found some of the modules hard, I have really enjoyed figuring out how to do it and solving problems. Great way to start coding
I saw an ad for SheCodes via Instagram and was intrigued by the whole concept and initiative to get more females into tech and coding! She Codes was the perfect course for me to learn Web Development in the best possible way. It was intense, dynamic, fun and challenging. I loved every bit of it, and I am looking forward to working on development, for coding is what has made me happy.
I really liked the fact that we had homework and could get feedback on it; for me, it has always been a great way to learn. During lessons, Matt's approach and pedagogy was also perfect: for a certain topic, he would give us a theoretical note on it, followed by an example and then an exercise for us to complete. I also fancied the times when he challenged us by introducing new topics!
If you're in any way interested in how websites and apps are developed, you should definitely join SheCodes! If you did love SheCodes and had fun whilst completing your final project and are looking to improve your coding skills in Web Development, or if you want to change career or even shift fields within your current company, SheCodes Plus is just what you need! Understanding the mechanics of coding
A very intensive weekend, very fast paced and very productive. Matt has an incredible ability to simplify the coding world by introducing us smoothly to it.
