Interview Kickstart
Interview Kickstart is a part-time, 12-15 week online interview training platform that helps software engineers nail technical interviews at FAANG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google) and Tier-1 companies. Interview Kickstart helps students strengthen their programming fundamentals and become better engineers in the process, thereby equipping them with the right set of skills required to crack tough technical interviews at top companies.
Based on a student’s career path, they can choose from 18 different domain-specific courses. The course curriculum covers Data Structures and Algorithms, Distributed Systems, Design, Domain-Specific Concepts, and Behavioral Interviews. Students will receive support with optimizing their LinkedIn profile and leveraging LinkedIn to land FAANG interviews.
Interview Kickstart gives students expert support with salary negotiation to land bigger and more lucrative offers, mock interviews with industry experts and FAANG hiring managers, one-on-one mentor sessions with technical leads and hiring managers from FAANG companies, and 18 domain courses that specialize in the highest-paying domains.
The highlight of Interview Kickstart’s program is the technical interview prep. Interview Kickstart’s team of 500+ instructors are hiring managers, technical leads, and hiring committee members at FAANG and Tier-1 companies. Being closely acquainted with the hiring process at top tech companies, these instructors know precisely what recruiters are looking for while hiring candidates. After course completion, Interview Kickstart students receive an extended 6-month support period. IK is a fantastic foundation for not just people who are looking for jobs, but also for people who would like to perform well in their current job. They sharpen your technical , Non technical, functional and all skills required to get into FAANG companies. I have not seen a structure so meticulous and concise. The curriculum is spot on and it caters to all areas of IT. IK will definitely make a master out of you and makes you very confident. Interview Kickstart helped relieve me from all those issues and helped me finally snag a top offer for my level. I am really thankful to the Interview Kickstart team.
At first I was skeptical about IK because I thought that they would take my money and leave me in the dust, but I was wrong. Ever since signing up, I have felt like a valuable customer and that the team is out there cheering me on to succeed.
The staff includes various veterans from FAANG companies as coaches and instructors and some regular staff and interns who run the operation side of things.
The staff at IK make me feel very comfortable. They are very accommodating to my needs and gave great feedback both technical and non-technical. The staff is absolutely wonderful.
This camp will teach us 3 different skills: algorithms, system design, and behavioral/soft skills.
Algorithms: very typical Leetcode stuff. I think the benefits of this is to go through each topic and to understand deeply on how it works. They have a portal to do some handpicked hackerrank questions. After each class, with a bit of work, it is easy to start completing the medium Leetcode questions. After a bit more work, hard questions will be easy to come buy. They will assign homework problems that are pretty much leetcode questions.
System design: teaches you how to perform a system design interview. This is mainly for individuals with a bit of system design experience at least. I didn't have any experience designing systems so I fell a bit behind. I highly suggest looking at Grokking the Coding interview to supplement your studies along with the system design if you haven't done system design before.

100 percentage Uplevel
I am a veteran Hands On Engineer with more than a decade of experience. Hands down Interview Kickstart program is the real Uplevel curated for all experiences to "actually" take a Software Engineer(or wanna be) and put him/her through a program to Uplevel the practical Software Engineering skills.
The skills no University/School teaches and most Software Engg. job experience does not necessarily builds those.

I would like to call out the video, especially by Omkar Deshpande that was very helpful in understanding the logic and laying the foundations. I would also like to call out the mock interviews that were very helpful and the technical coaching sessions which helped us clear our doubts. The course is well curated and is intense so personally I’ll recommend this course only and only if you are willing to put a considerable amount of efforts. Really worth joining
I recently joined IK program and it really boosted my confidence level. The course curricula looks like a lot but as long as we can stick to the program that is laid out it should be do-able. After every module we can feel the difference in our-self and it really adds good motivation.
