IK offers a great program helping candidates prepare for the toughest interviews. I've participated in the LevelUp program, which offers data structure, system design, and machine learning. the data structure courses offered by Omkar are the best. he explains complex materials very clearly so that they can be understandable by general audience as well. You can check IK youtube for some examples of Omkar's videos. The problems that they provide after each course are also top notch, helping candidates prepare for the most common questions for the interviews. Mock interviews are another valuable part of the program that allow you to get 1:1 feedback with real FANG employees and hiring managers. They also offer resume reviews, weekly practice sessions, and a very active Discord group for connecting with other fellows. I also want to warn people that this program is intensive for the first couple of months. You need to spend 5-6 hrs every week on the course materials, classes are on Sundays which requure you to prepare on Saturdays too. but totally worth it.  Read less

The IK course has amazing instructors who are amazing at what they do. The concepts taught and the practice problems to reinforce them have helped me develop the skills needed for the toughest tech interviews. The mock interviews are extremely helpful for preparing for both the technical and behavioral interviews for the top tech companies out there. I've tried few other interview prep courses in the past, but failed to crack the tech interviews at FAANG+ companies, before deciding to enroll at IK. So I enrolled in Engg. manager fast track program, as it is a self paced program that aligns with my work schedule, and I must say that although the entire course work is not cheap, it's quality is top notch, along with exceptional support from the operations team who have gone above and beyond for me many times. At first when I started the program, I was very unimpressed because, as some one coming from a CS background, most of the courses are already within my knowledge which, aren’t very good use of my time. However, what’s really valuable about this course is the support team. The mock interviews, and coaches providing tips to secure recruiters attention are something I could not have learned from academic experience only. IK is a no nonsense course for the serious student who needs help with interview prep. The model is to get professionals to teach IK curriculum. 

Upside is that you get practitioners teaching it and that comes with a downside of them not being great teachers but very good at their subject nonetheless  

The curriculum is thorough and focused. You will find that not many offer such pointed curriculum technically. 

The best part is mocks and mentoring support that you can book and speak with other professionals and get confident. It solves those aspects where you do not know who to ask those specific things that are unique to your context and understanding. I wish IK advertised and promoted this more. 

IK ops is another delightful experience where these folks go above and beyond to make your learning journey fruitful. 

There is no one however who takes end to end control over your journey and it’s a self serve buffet. Trainers change every topic so you don’t form any relationship with them. It makes you feel a bit lost at times. This manifests as dissatisfaction in many. 

Overall if you are serious, sincere, consistent and clear of what you want, Ik can do wonders for you. If you need someone to speak with you regularly to motivate you and keep reaffirming that you are on the right track, I suggest you find that elsewhere. IK means business. :) 

I wish IK took a human centered design approach and added human element to address phycological needs of the learner and address his insecurities to calm their nerves. I also wish they make it simpler to get career support. This wud make an otherwise very sharp program very human friendly.  Read less
