Don't ever go to great learning any course never invest single rupee, I have pay them for aiml course huge amount of money 2 lakh 10 thousand for getting job, they don't have good faculty also after taking admission I was having Medical problem so I asked them to refund my money but they said you can do course afterwards and when I asked them that I want to do course again they refused .never ever go to this institute placement to bahut dur ki baat hai apana paise bhi waste karoge Read less

I am a current student of this program and I joined another similar  program  in coursera prior to joining this program. I could not continue my earlier program as it was very hard and no help from the program available for me to succeed the hard syllabus and the program was demanding more than 20 hours weekly. My current job didn’t allow me to contribute that much time, but still I wanted to  learn AL/ML, so I joined this program. I am still not able to find as much time but I am comfortable with this program, I am able to finish the videos, weekly quizzes, mentor sessions and the project. The team at Great Learning delivers a wonderfully interactive and exhaustive Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics. My program manager, Anchal, was especially personable, resourceful and just fully vested in my journey throughout. Balancing full-time work and studying can be daunting but the way Anchal and the team partnered with us during the course made the entire learning process far more fulfilling and enjoyable. I signed up for this course to learn data science. The advertising states it is a program where you do not need coding experience (you do).  It was supposed to be, "post grad" meaning a master's level (test at PhD level with year's experience).  I paid a lot of hard earned cash for this program and I do not feel it is worth it.  Of the instructors, only one is from the United States, and only one class.  The others have thick accents, and the head of all of it speaks very fast, does not use complete sentences, and often does not finish the thought. For example, he might say, "The two main things are first sequential, but with sequential....." and never get around to the second main thing.  But you will be tested as though you have been told.  All session are pre-recorded.    My other issues are: the program manager (your contact person) has changed 3 times in just 4 months; the mentor (you see once a week for two hours and have no option to ask questions about the videos (because they don't watch them) have changed, I am on my second mentor in 4 months,  there is no where to go for help, you are completely on your own to learn all topics (what am I paying for?), the tests do not match the material (teach very basic, but test like you have done it years with no previous examples in the materials), language barrier if you are from the USA, very SLOW to grade projects that take weeks to do, but don't provide the time, and very little feedback, so you don't know if you learned it right or not. For the price, it is not worth it, and it does not live up to the University of Texas brand or name.  Shame on this program for taking people's money and not delivering a quality product.  Very disappointed and now, broke.   Read less

I loved the program, its interesting and teaches you so many things!! It is a power pack course aiming to make you a data scientist within 6 months. This course does require some discipline, but in the end it is all worth it !!

I started this course with great learning to build data science capabilities in my organisation, this course has been so helpful to create and cater and explore various different business fronts! I just cant thank enough this organization, I enrolled in UT Austin DSBA program with great learning!  I was from a nonprogramming background, No job, and the main reason I enrolled was so I could land inot some good job!  The experience has been so great! It was rigorous but they shaped and skilled me, all the effort, support from GL and learning received was awesome! Today I stand with a job as a junior data scientist in one of the tech companies in the BFSI sector! Couldn't have hoped for more!! They literally exposed me to the world of opportunities!! And also, the personalized support is so great here!!! They just won't let you loosen up!! They are there to help you with almost everything!!  If you are here to know if if this progam is worth it! I'm in the current cohort (January 2021). The UT Austin material so far has been well delivered, but Great Learning has been very disappointing with the program management. I haven't attended any of the mentor sessions because I wasn't sent any information on how to, despite requesting multiple times. My program manager has also been ignoring my support requests online. I want to warn all  people who plan to take up a course with Great Learning especially during this Covid time. They are using the situation to dupe money from people.Their representatives fake most of the details of the course.They make some verbal commitment which means nothing to them. If still, someone wants to pursue after this warning, do check their agreement even the slightest detail, in very small fonts as well because what they tell you and what they write are completely different. They will say that their faculty will help even a non technical person to learn and there will be support but after paying a hefty sum of 30k, they will put you on just self paced courses. You are likely to be trapped by words of their counsellors since they wont tell you that they are taking 2.5 L for just 48 hours of instructor led programme. Rest everything is pre recorded. Also, only highlights will be told during those 48 hrs. Here i am telling you about their AI & ML programme.It is only after enrolling that you will come to know the actual reality of their programmes. The Counsellors will hide all the information and you need to a detective to be able to extract out each information. They don’t let the orientation happen beforehand otherwise their reality will be revealed. You will not get alumni status on the foreign universities. Don’t know how valid then the certificate is. They are there just to lure candidates. People who are looking for career transition , it is not the right place. You will end up losing your money. Management-They are highly unprofessional in responding to mails. The management will not respond for weeks. Prior to enrolling, they will call you back & forth and push you by faking urgency.They may try to write concerns on the unpleasant experience but believe me this organisation is indifferent. They are just to fake here and there are no professional ethos. Obviously they will try to give explanations so take your call wisely. Read less

I am currently going to complete my PG Program in Data Science and Engineering from Great Learning. My experience so far has been good in terms of interactions and real-world case studies. I would recommend this program to help others make an informed decision on choosing programs offered by Great Learning.
