Aside from Great Learning, I also took other courses of the same field from another two at-least-equally well-known institutions. I would say Great Learning is way much better than the other two, especially when it comes to learning experience, quality of study material, and their backend support. I have been involved in Software for close to 16 years at various levels. And never have taken any Couse as most of my knowledge were either gained by on Job or Peer Mentor thought. I wanted a structured course on Data Science since I was looking for learning new skills that would compliment my career and Job. I have learnt many skills using online Tutorials and Training but this time I wanted something that is more structured and will push me step by step. Learning sometime is easy if you know why you are doing certain things certain way. That is when my friend suggested to look at Great Learning. Now I am mid of the courses and I can confidently say I found what I was looking for. This course has mix of all, giving you Math behind each of topic, then coding and mentor session and a final challenge to apply what you learnt. Stephen Etarigbenu is a seasoned chartered Accountants with interest in Business.I have always wanted to do something new in a new environment and the desire to bring insights to my reports to management necessitated my search for a program in the Data Science and Businesses Analytics.

Somehow, I came across Great Learning Advert on Facebook. From the moment I made enquiries to when I registered, the follow-up was just topnotch. The Great Learning Representative was able to assured me and take my fears away.

Then came the Payment. Again, this was well structured to accommodate my worries.

One of my  major fears was the lack of programming background, these fears were taken a way by my mentors.

So far, the program has open my eyes and come to help me to reach a conclusion that, the days of  conventional Universities are gradually fading out as Great Learning has  a wonderful delivery of courses, follow-ups and platforms.

The part I enjoyed most, was the fact that at the end of every module, a project is given to test my understanding of the topics.

The program was great since it caters to working professionals and even to people who do not have programming background like myself. The mentored learning sessions were effective in clarifying the topics in the video lectures and giving practical applications that we can relate with. One area of improvement would be the turn around time of response in queries especially when it comes to project queries, it would be better if there’s an option to schedule sessions outside of the mentored learning session to address student issues/queries better and faster. But, I’d like to commend our program manager, she was very approachable and encouraging in making sure that we complete our requirements. Overall, I would recommend this program for those who want to have a hands on experience on data science and business analytics. Read less

Dear GL and AIFL team and the Faculty,
I am enrolled in the AI for Leaders program and am happy to convey that I enjoyed a lot learning again in mid-career. Now in the last leg of the capstone project, I almost feel a bit sad that the excitement of learning and achieving something new each week is coming to an end. I wish that there would be more and new cutting-edge topics in future to enrol into.
I found this course to be far ahead of the several other online programs in several respects -
The key differentiator is the concept of Program Manager. Very early in the program I realised and came to appreciate the tremendous support provided by Amit. I think his constant engagement, going beyond the normal call of duty and availability (even on Diwali festival) is the main reason that I will hopefully be successfully crossing the finish line and earning a certificate in a few weeks. The humane-touch provided by the Program and the Program manager is unprecedented - I was allowed extended deadline to finish Projects and Quizzes when I wasn’t able to meet deadlines due to illness.
Another important factor, as important as the support of Program manager, was the very enjoyable and insightful Live sessions by Param, another unique feature of the Program. Unfortunately, but understandably, he could not conduct the last couple of sessions due to personal reasons. For once, I found myself looking forward to 'attending classes' on Saturdays.
The several other features of the program, like the Industry sessions, weekly quiz, excellent recorded videos, the well thought-through flow of the topic - slicing and sequencing of topics - in easy consumable portions, all contribute to a winning combination at the end. 
I wish that GL would offer more courses in my area of interest, Cybersecurity, Quantum computing and Blockchain.

The Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence (PGP-AIML) is a comprehensive program by the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and Great Learning. Like many others, I have the luxury of working alongside brilliantly technical machine learning professionals. The information is taught at digestible pace for experienced professionals as well as for individuals who are new to the field of Machine Learning. 

I am not new to the field, but I have been removed from coding for quite some time now. I cannot speak for any other cohort but my own, and I  can honestly say I am impressed with how engaging the program manager and mentored session teacher are. Pankaj T. and Shaheen are absolutely phenomenal (I don't know if I'm allowed to state their names but they deserve the shoutout). They both are attentive, knowledgeable, articulate, and personable. They make new and experienced professionals feel comfortable engaging in group discussions and asking questions that may be deemed as "pointless." I would encourage anyone interested in AIML to join the UT/Great Learning program for the experience and technical skills you'll walk away with. If you're as lucky as I am to have a great program manager and mentor session teacher like Pankaj and Shaheen, then its just a HUGE bonus!!! Read less

When I first signed up for this program, I was initially intimidated by the subject matter.  However, with my numerous interaction with the program managers who were always accessible and available to discuss my questions, to the instructors who promptly responded to my academic inquiries, I have come to truly appreciate the program and enjoy the learning experience.  I have referred this program to all who have given me an audience and look forward to applying what I am learning. As someone who took a hiatus from my software development career. This course has rekindled my passion with technology and broadened my vision of what AI can do to improve our lives and overcome the challenges we will face together. I have learned how AIML can be used to predict cancer. Coalesce sort and classify data from social media so businesses can derive meaningful insights to provide better customer service. Image recognition and classification of different plant species and possibly using AI embedded drone technologies to discover new plants and their evolution. I was exposed to not just the technical and theoretical part but also the business side whereby customizing different models to adapt to business decisions can lead to a more accurate prediction and better results. I can surely say that this course has expanded my knowledge and widened my perspective to limitless possibilities. Perhaps the most valuable part of taking this course with GreatLearning is the weekly mentor sessions whereby you gain feedback on your projects and reinforce what you have learned throughout the week. The program management office really keeps you on track with your assignments and offers helpful guidance and encouragement to keep you motivated throughout the course. I made the best decision of joining the PG program with Great Learning, in my favorite area of Data Science. I did try learning Python and Machine Learning earlier thru some online courses, but couldn't gain proper hands-on. This program really gave me so much confidence in the subject area; the weekly mentoring sessions, assessments, and hands-on projects were really helpful and kept me on track. I should mention my Mentor Disha Dubey; who has been tremendous support from the start. She has very good knowledge of the concepts and relevant experience in Data Science; her guidance and support are making me feel more comfortable with the learning. Disha always guides us with real-time examples, which is helpful in understanding the concepts and applications easily. Also, Seema Garg, my Program Manager, is doing such a fabulous job in keeping me posted with all updates, motivating and encouraging me to complete all video lectures and assessments on time. This covers all major topics within six months and in a well concise manner. The mentors, academic team, and support staff were very helpful throughout the course. It would be difficult for people with a non-technical background to grasp the concept of machine learning. However, the course structure makes it easier for students to learn it step by step. The main course materials are explained in a plain manner and not overwhelmed by technical theory. For those who want to go deeper, the additional learning material provides a more in-depth explanation of the theory behind it. 
Other than teaching material, Great Learning has great learning support. Students are provided with a great learning management platform. One of the very useful resources is the program support. There are times that students need help in clarifying certain concepts or cannot resolve a coding problem. Students can raise a ticket for assistance.
