I am someone who decided to take the tech sales course as a tool to progress in my current tech sales role, and I am very glad I did it. The course was a massive game-changer for me and my career. I found my way into tech sales about 6 months ago through networking and my background in sales, however, I was completely unprepared/unaware of how challenging sales in the technical field were going to be. This course was laid out perfectly to see how the sales process in tech should be run to not only be successful but efficient. A lot I have taken related to marketing and sales have had a hefty price tag that can only be justified by the community they bring to the table but value wise, the information is often lacking. On the contrary, CourseCareers over delivers of practical education and on top of that assists you with community, mentoring and job search. Coursecareers has changed my life, yes I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about people breaking into tech in just a couple weeks but I have seen it with my own eyes.  As far as my experience in the course, the instructor is great Trent is clear and concise about what it is that tech companies are looking for when it comes to their recruiting of SDR/BDRs.  One can easily finish the course in just a couple of weeks and confidently search companies with a 70k starting salary which is just absolutely amazing.  My partner is the one who started me on my journey.  She just finished Coursecareers 2 months ago, and she is now in her first month at an amazing company with a base salary of over 65k, she has just destroyed the quota for her first month. The Boot Camp was affordable and I had the opportunity to study at home in a quiet setting. The classes were presented with up-to-date information which was suitable for beginners. Trent was an excellent instructor.  He took the time to explain the concepts in a way that beginners would easily understand. Trent provided everything that was required to break into Tech. I would like to thank Troy Buckholdt and Trent Dressel for including the books: Fanatical Prospecting, SPIN Selling, and How to Win Friends and Influence People in the curriculum. I found out about Course Careers in March of 2023 while already enrolled in college and although I really enjoyed my experience in college, there was something about CC that held my attention. Even though my background is in graphic design and multimedia, I felt that my tech skillset was incomplete. So after graduation in July, I tried my best to land a role in my current skill path(multimedia design). But after 5 & 1/2 months and over 600 resumes and applications sent without many responses, I took the plunge and decided to join Course Career's IT program, plus I wanted to try and learn a new skillset. Josh Madakor is an AWESOME instructor who makes learning the course material easy to digest and stress free to retain. When learning a new skill I had a lot of questions and I'm happy to say that Josh's IT course has put all of mine to rest. I research almost every style of Tech bootcamp and College that is available. But they are super expensive and most don’t give you the knowledge and experience you need to get hired by a great company. Most just touch on certain things but, don’t really breakdown what terms mean and how to work the system. CourseCareers is amazing! I am going through the course, and there is so much valuable information and I like that you can get help from coaches. It is self-paced which is another plus.
