Headquartered in Berlin, Code Labs Academy is an international technology education startup that offers live online bootcamps covering topics like cybersecurity, data science and AI, UX/UI, and web development. I attended this school online a year ago and have only great things to say about my experience.
The teachers are amazing, tolerant, motivated, and cheerful. The learning process is smooth and fun, you have the space to ask your questions and participate as well.
They offer the opportunity to learn online in a professional way in many fields and take care of enhancing your soft skills through various career...I am writing these words proudly to share my review of Code Labs Academy.
I attended this school online a year ago and have only great things to say about my experience.
The teachers are amazing, tolerant, motivated, and cheerful. The learning process is smooth and fun, you have the space to ask your questions and participate as well.
They offer the opportunity to learn online in a professional way in many fields and take care of enhancing your soft skills through various career services. But what is most important is that they prepare you for the practical world by realizing projects and presenting them, which was the best and the most interesting part of the Bootcamp.
I was honored to be with such incredible people like them, and I hope I'll have the chance to work with them soon.

Bei über 10 Stunden interaktivem Live-Unterricht pro Woche werden die Inhalte vermittelt, praktisch geübt und man kann die sehr motivierten Lehrer*innen mit Fragen löchern. Zusätzlich gibt es auch die Möglichkeit 1x1 Session zu buchen und von dem super Karriere Service zu profitieren. Great experience
I had a great experience at Code Labs Academy. The cyber security program's instructor was fully invested in our success, and always available to help (including on weekends and evenings). The red teaming part was a bit challenging for me, as I didn't have any experience in coding, but I was able to make great progress by working more. The blue teaming part was easier to understand, and really interesting to me. Highly Knowledgeable Instructors
As a graduate of the CLA Cybersecurity bootcamp, what I appreciated the most was the quality of the instructors. They were incredibly attentive and highly knowledgeable about the subject. The hands-on practices were not only interesting but also allowed me to learn a lot. The projects on blue teaming and red teaming helped me validate my skills and made me realize how much more I’ve learned compared to when I first started.

Cyber security boot camp
It was a great experience with skillful teacher's and great career service instructor!!! Pretty happy to choose CLA bootcamp for a career change.Althought cyber security was challenging bootcamp tha whole process was pretty organized and manageable for someone with zero knowledge like me, with the proper effort!!! Intense, but good for PhD students
Sharing my experience attending their data science bootcamp a couple of years ago.BG: I am a PhD student in biology, and I wanted to learn ML to use it in my work. I joined their part time data science bootcamp for six months. Pros:- Small class sizes: I attended this bootcamp with two other students. Sharing my experience attending their data science bootcamp a couple of years ago.BG: I am a PhD student in biology, and I wanted to learn ML to use it in my work. I joined their part time data science bootcamp for six months. Pros:- Small class sizes: I attended this bootcamp with two other students. We had one lead instructor, and two TAs, so we got all the attention we needed
- Super affordable: that was the reason I chose them. The tuition was around CAD 3,500. But I also got about CAD 1,000 of discount (taking advantage of their women in tech program, and early bird registration) *and* I chose an installment plan over three years at no extra cost. The security deposits of the other bootcamps I was looking into were higher than my total tuition…
- ML intensive: Another reason why I had chosen this bootcamp over the other ones was their curriculum which goes deep into lots of ML concepts
- Great staff: everyone was very nice and the teachers were excellent
Cons:- Small class sizes: if you are looking for networking opportunities/a large alumni network, this can be a problem. Not sure what their class sizes/alumni network look like nowadays, but that’s something to keep in mind
- No guaranteed job outcome: this was not a problem for me, since I was only looking to learn ML techniques to use for my thesis. When I was researching other bootcamps, I saw that some of them offered to refund your tuition if you didn’t get a job within a few months
- Time zones: their classes/staff are in the German time zone, so six hours ahead of me. This was not an issue for the part time program that I took, but I can imagine it would be very hard to do it full time (their classes were live. Office hours were flexible)
- Very intense program: they told me I would need to spend something like 15 hours a week between the lectures and homework (iirc). I ended up spending more like double that amount of time. At the end of the day, it was worth it because I learned a lot of very valuable concepts, but this is a big time commitment
