Adalab’s mission is to empower talented women through innovative and quality training to enhance their employability, leadership and importance in the technology sector.
To apply to Adalab, students must be female-identifying and have completed ESO (Compulsory Secondary Studies or equivalent studies in the applicant’s country of origin). Students must have a stable internet connection. Due to the schedule and dedication necessary to complete the bootcamp, Adalab does not admit candidates who are working.
Adalab aims to help every student come out of the program with a job in programming. During the course, mentorship, networking, an employment exchange, and online training are provided to help support post-program employment. Adalab collaborates with companies and has created a corporate volunteer program that allows students to meet with employees from the partnered companies.
