In summary, the MIT Applied Data Science Program is an excellent educational journey, providing a solid foundation for effective application of data science skills in real-world scenarios.

Excellent program offered by Great Learning in collaboration with MIT. The course material starting from pre-work to each module is very thorough, in-depth and provides extra materials (as web links) across to give more knowledge.Mentor training was very useful, as it provided smaller group sessions with the industry experienced mentors and gave in-depth intuition behind ML algorithms. Support staff (as in MIT session coordinators, program  advisors, program managers) were very knowledgeable and helpful through out this challenging course. I highly recommend this course offered by Great learning !!   

In retrospect, this program caught me by surprise. Expecting it to be your usual online video recordings turned out to be the contrary.  It turned out to be thoughtfully structured and brutally fair in a way that provides all that is necessary for one to succeed and the rest is up to the individual. This program, from the onset, prepares everyone with Pre-Work courses that allows each individual the time to adapt to the curriculum load.The curriculum is fashioned to keep everyone engaged and challenged with real-world problems.  This intensive and immersive program equips everyone with pre-reads and actual reading materials before each topic. This then is followed with actual live lectures from MIT and Great Learning professors with expertise in the relevant topics.  These lectures are concluded with Q&A sessions where the teachers provide additional time included with other associates to help clear up any confusion! In addition to this, the support also extends to dedicated program managers who are continually available and provide resolutions to each students situation.It doesn't end there.  The courses also have mentored sessions to further ensure that students clearly understand the material with help from mentors !  Lastly, the courses also include practice quizzes and practice/guided projects, and actual quiz assessments and assigned projects and finalized with an insightful Capstone project - all this makes up quite a recipe for satisfying one's data science appetite.The learning journey was engaging and enjoyable and the MIT/Great Learning course's approach clearly demonstrated a priority and commitment to ensure that students were always in a position to succeed.Without a doubt, this program is highly recommended to better advance one's data science skills!

This course has given me the foundation and tools I need to go out on the market again as Data Scientist complementing me 31 years of experience from the information technology world. It will make me hit the ground running. Well worth the the last 15 weeks of hard work.

I would recommend the platform for learning for the following reasons:1. It's incredibly intuitive to use, and I didn't need any support from my end to find all the study tools (videos, live sessions, notes, codes, etc.). 2. The GL team is always willing to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues promptly.3. The professors deliver excellent classes filled with high-quality content and real-life examples that clearly demonstrate the practicality of what they are teaching.4. The course is intense and demanding, requiring a 12-week commitment, but it's absolutely worth it. The program's design pushes you to learn with intensity and enthusiasm. In the end, it propels you to a higher level in your professional career.

I went into this course uncertain whether I'd be able to truly grasp the material, because I had only the most basic knowledge of probability and statistics. Through Great Learning, MIT provided an education that met me exactly where I was, and brought me all the way through to complete all learning objectives, in a way I could confidently apply in my personal and professional life. Shikha Singh, my Program Manager, kept in frequent context with me, helped me overcome obstacles, and provided the kind of support I needed when I was feeling unsure or confused. It's an excellent program. I have learnt what I expected. The courses were taught very clearly and I can get help from instructors pretty quickly. The projects designed is comprehensive and practical. I would strongly recommend this program. 

From start to finish, this program was well organized, supportive, challenging and packed with resources. The modules were broken up in a great way to aid development and progression within the program. The sessions were very informative, with engaging instructors and the assigned mentors were also extremely helpful to explain concepts beyond the classes as well as provide additional resources. The quizzes did well to reinforce the learning material and the projects allowed for application in real world scenarios. The program managers were also very diligent in making sure the program ran smoothly and students were making progress.After completing this program, I am now equipped with new skills, information, better understanding and a plethora of resources for me to apply data science in my organization to inform strategies and drive towards company goals. I also look forward to learning more and building on all the knowledge provided.

Completing the Data Science program has been a career-defining experience for me as a Senior Business Analyst. When I applied to this program, I had zero experience and knowledge in both Python and Data Science. I was skeptical if I could do this, but I really-really wanted to get familiar with this area. Starting from scratch, I am thrilled to share that just three months later, I have gained the ability to proficiently handle all the technical aspects within the notebook, do all the analysis, write reports, and present the results with all the recommendations.  I started with the pre-work materials one month before the program started. It was so thoughtful of the program team to let us get familiar with the subject before the course started. It was very helpful for me, as I did not have any experience in programming. The amount and quality of provided studying materials was well balanced and sufficient (video lectures, recordings, articles, summaries of the lectures, practical examples etc). To get comfortable with new knowledge, I had to review some of the materials repeatedly. I was consistently captivated by the lectures delivered by MIT professors; they were truly awe-inspiring. Missing even a single lecture felt out of the question. Amazing support from mentors to see how all the theory is applied into practice and it was absolute magic for me.  A lot of practical examples. It's a realm where one can truly grasp the inner workings of the world—an immensely inspiring experience. I should also mention the program manager support in all the organizational issues, all the questions, all the support during the course, check-in calls on how I was doing. That made me feel so connected like during offline study.  In summary, this journey has been nothing short of amazing—a personal milestone that I hold dear. Throughout this experience, I was consistently struck by the sheer awesomeness of it all. The incredible people, the fascinating subject matter, the sheer coolness—it all resonated deeply with me. I found myself yearning not just to be part of this world, but to contribute meaningfully to its richness and innovation.

Coming from a non-tech background I wasn’t sure how beneficial this course would be. However, the program manager and program outline was very flexible and helped me ease into the field. They want you to succeed, and learn as much as you possibly can. It is important to note, this course is a lot of work, but ultimately very beneficial in the help. It’s helped me build a strong foundation in data science and I’m excited to build upon what I’ve learned.

I attended Applied Data Science Program through Great Learning, which was 3 month program. The program was very intense packed with knowledge. My Heartfelt thanks for everyone who helped me in this journey - Project Manager, Great Learning Team, Mentors and my peers. The Project Manager was fantastic answering questions. My domain is Operational Technology for Critical Infrastructure focusing on Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity. I was a bit skeptical when I signed up for a Data Analytics Program with coding. However, Great Learning & MIT proved me wrong. The entire 12 weeks was a beautiful learning experience with excellent content and perfect delivery. The program surprised me with ample opportunities to interact, network, and be tested. The pace at which the entire course was orchestrated was the highlight, especially for a senior consultant like me. The best part was the handholding we received throughout the program and specifically during the capstone project. The final presentation was the icing on the cake, really enjoyed it.  
Also, special thanks and gratitude to my program coordinators - their support, help, and assistance were prompt and exemplary. 
Overall a great learning experience and an excellent program for any professional or student who aspires to use Data Analytics skills to their existing domain knowledge and advance in their respective domains.   

Completing the Applied Data Science Program was an invaluable experience. The program's 12-week structure, encompassing foundational courses, rigorous core curriculum with live sessions by MIT experts, and a culminating capstone project, offered a well-rounded exploration of machine learning and deep learning. The lectures were thought-provoking and enriched my understanding of these domains.
The program's emphasis on practical applications and problem solving greatly enhanced my skills in data analysis and interpretation. While the mentoring sessions provided guidance, a more interactive approach in these sessions, especially in the context of machine learning and deep learning concepts, would have been a welcome addition. Nonetheless, the program's overall impact on my proficiency in these areas is undeniable, and I'm grateful for the learning journey it provided.

Great course, this course is highly recommendable, gives you the knowledge you need to powerful your career, provides you with the technical documentation, enable you with practical experience, and leverages your analytics skills, all of this turn this course into the best option when Data Science is the target.

The course covers a comprehensive number of topics which quickly bring you up to speed and teach you the skills to understand and delve deeper into the world of data science. The teaching is delivered in a variety of ways with a mix of videos, live lectures and tutorials. I undertook this course whilst working full-time as manager of a team of analysts in the midst of developing a new automation solution for our company which definitely increased the pressure, however the support from staff such as my program manager monideepa was excellent and helped me juggle and deliver for both priorities.  I personally preferred the recorded learning sessions more than the love lectures as I was able to complete them at my own pace and review the content multiple times for clarity as needed, the live lectures whilst excellently delivered by the MIT teaching staff, reminded me of my time at university in that we would often deviate from the prepared lecture and go down rabbit holes based on questions raised by fellow students which whilst informative for some of the more complicated aspects of some topics I would probably have preferred the majority of the content to be prerecorded with perhaps one live lecture a week. The tutorials were fantastic and really helped flesh out the weeks learning ahead of the courses exam or project due date. The projects were time-consuming but a lot of fun and having the option of either a full code or low code method was massively beneficial for someone like me who, whilst picking up python quickly (and loving it), would have been intimidated and a little out of my depth completing the full code methods. All in all I think the course is excellent and is a fantastic way to get a broad understanding of key data science practises and processes whilst upskilling quickly. Ultimately leaving you at the end in a strong position to delve deeper into any of the subjects as well as go on and integrate the new found knowledge into existing roles &/or the experience to take on new ones. Highly recommended.
