Udacity said they could not issue a refund because it was more than 48 hour and it was 7 days since I apparently bought it. They did not issue a refund on unconsumed INTANGIBLE product??! I learned my lesson and will not be giving my money to udacity any time soon. Good thing I have not encountered a company using udacity as someone else paying me to take udacity courses is the only way I will be spending time on their platform.
