Looking at the amazing application on the web I always wanted to create such an application on my own. In 2018 I got an opportunity to learn web development from this Front End Web Developer Nanodegree Udacity as a part of the Google India reskilling program. I got the full scholarship and got enrolled in this nanodegree. From that day the trajectory of my life has changed. I learned web development from the best instructors who are already working in big companies like Google. I also got my personal mentor who helped me along my learning journey and made my experience great. I could take help anytime I wanted and ask any questions for him. Udacity also has its career service where they actually reviewed my LinkedIn and Github profile and helped me showcase my skills better. I interacted with a lot of students on slack and learned how to grow together. I created amazing projects and also work on some open-source projects. My learning experience was so amazing that I was able to get an internship in the 2nd year of my college and now I am working in a Startup (remote role) while still studying in college. In fact, I also got a chance to apply for Udacity mentorship position and guess what, I am just a mentor also. I am a 25 years old Civil Engineering Graduate, I worked for a little more than a year and I did not like my job at the time, and I was applying for a Scholarship launched with a partnership with Udacity and it was the first time I ever heard of the Data Analyst, Data Science or the Data Domain in general, so I looked up the field and I was hooked immediately, I was a bit into programming when I was doing my bachelors in Civil Engineering so I did not find a lot of a hard time learning Python, which is a part of the Data Analyst Nanodegree, although Python was absolutely new to me and I learned it all as a part of the Nanodegree since you don't really need any perquisites!

The program overall was great, the content is amazingly dense and concise, the instructors are really friendly so you do not get bored from hours of lectures and exercises. In addition, needing to complete 4 full projects from A to Z really gives you confidence in your skills and makes you prepare something you can show to your employer!

As for my future plans, I still need to improve my Machine Learning and Deep Learning skills in order to take a full grasp of the Data Science field curriculum wise, so I am currently a part of the Bertelsmann Tech Scholarship Phase 1 in the AI (Deep Learning) Track, as for the Machine Learning part of the endeavor, Udacity has a free course on Spark to actually apply Machine Learning of Big Data!

I really do recommend Udacity if you are planning a career shift or developing your skills in general.

By the way, I have an interview with an employer this Monday for a BI/Data Science Position, which me luck! and good luck to you all in your future endeavors!

I got a fully-funded scholarship at Udacity for the Front End Web Developer Nanodegree program through Google India Scholarships. This program begins with the basics of Web Development to very advanced modern-day applications. Every part of the course is accompanied by projects or at least quizzes, that way we can revise what we had learned and also the videos are not too long which makes it more interesting and less distracting. Each section of the program requires that we submit a project of our own and it is reviewed by moderators. The projects in the nanodegree program are not only engaging but also focusing on even minor things. This way one can be industry-ready. I joined for an internship post this program where my managers where awed by my skills. I'm a freelance front end developer now and I'm grateful that I took up this program at Udacity.

Udacity is known for it's best course curriculum and projects, Deep Learning Nanodegree is so far the best Deep Learning course I did! It was pretty challenging for me and I had a great learning experience.

The mentorship support was super awesome! I had one-on-one mentorship who supported me consistently and also had super awesome community support got huge motivation during the course.

I have tried out several MOOCs for several technology related courses. What makes Udacity stand apart are as follows: 1. Projects and assignments which are relevant to the current industry based trends. In other words, the projects are in line with what you would work on after joining a company. 2. I have competed udacity's Full-Stack Web developer Nanodegree and during my interview to my current company I was asked most of the questions that were thoroughly explained in this course. Needless to say it is mostly because of this course and its content I am currently developing mobile applications for our clients and could launch myself into a IT world. The course was a perfect match for someone with little to no IT skills and it was all around a all-you-need starting pack for entering the programming world.

Android Basics from Udacity is a great course. Concepts included are explained well. It's made in collaboration with Google, and their tutors are charismatic. There is also a vivid community gathered around this course. People there are very helpful. But in my opinion the best part are projects that you are going to make during this course. They are getting progressively more difficult, but also rewarding. Each is reviewed individually, and those reviews are what really pushes you in your path of becoming a great developer. Read less

The program was full of amazing challenges and projects, the content was thorough and the mentors were very cooperative, Despite the projects being quite challenging, with the guidance of mentors they were completed with ease, the course was designed in such a way that one would not only get good at ML ,DS but also become a good software developer too. There are several online learning platforms available for data analytics learning. i have personally been using some of them for a long time now. However, Udacity have been a unique platform among all of those. It's project based learning and career support has made it one of the most valuable learning platforms for different tech skills like UX design, web development, data science, artificial intelligence etc. It's tremendous mentor support is another important thing which not only help students to complete their nanodegree successfully but also become a mentor after successful completion. We all know, teaching is a great way to implement our learnings so in this sense it is a huge advantage for the nanodegree graduates. Besides, Udacity have some learning partners like Amazon, Bertelsmann, Mode, Facebook, Google who sometimes offers scholarships which brings another dimension in online learning. I was a part of such scholarship and can tell how it was so vital in my learning. The vibrant slack groups, facebook groups, video chats made our learnings even more engaging.

I joined Android Developer Nanodegree while in college and it was one of the best decisions since it helped me to gain the real-world exposure of building Android apps that can scale for millions of users. There are many online boot camps but I didn't found anywhere the level of professionalism that Udacity provides. 

Currently, I am working as Software Engineer (Android/iOS) in Aptener Mechatronics (CES 2020 Startup Innovation Award Winner)  and Udacity made it possible for a college student like me who didn't have the idea of "What Android is" to become an expert in Android.

While I was preparing to switch my career path into the software engineering field, I took some JavaScript courses. I easily grasped the JS syntax and constructs, but those courses were not able to teach me how to think like a programmer. However, after I enrolled for the Nanodegree program, I understood the approaches I need to break complex problems down to programmable chunks.

Udacity's deep reinforcement learning course nicely blend intuition, theory and practicals of reinforcement learning.

The intuition that governs reinforcement learning can prove difficult to comprehend, but this course simplifies it and makes learning smooth. 

Also, the course starts from the very beginning methods of solving reinforcement learning problems and gradually advances to the new methods of solution used today.

If you want to reach a place in your life and you are confused about where to go then Udacity provides the path in reaching the destination.

Before I start talking about the experience of graduating from Udacity, I would like to thank the Udacity team for the smooth enrollment process, answering my queries on time, and my mentors and of course the trainer,  thanks a lot.

Compared to other online platforms, I would say, the Udacity is the best in the market right now with all the latest content and technologies with frequent updates to the course content as per the market needs.

The course curriculum is divided into modular sections so that it would be easy for the students to progress the course in a smoother way. If you allocate a particular amount of time for each section and complete the challenges, then you are on track. The best thing about Udacity is it understands its users, everybody might not get time every week to complete the deadlines, so it provides you with grace time where we can extend the deadline and complete the weekly challenges.

Udacity doesn't only provide theoretical experience but also practical experience so that it will help when you work in real-time. Mentors are available all the time and I would say they are the experts in the subject and provide you a week to week feedbacks on your performance, which helps you to improve your coding skills.

They also help you in preparing for the interviews, enhance your Github account, resume. If I continue to write, this space wouldn't be sufficient.

A enrolled in Digital Marketing Nano Degree in the year 2017 when it was quite new in my social circle. I was looking for a focused learning program with the best trainers, where I could ensure that my Digital Marketing goals were met. The primary part that I liked the most is that they assign you a mentor who guides you through the challenging things in that nano degree. To be truthful, this 3 to 4 months course came out to be much more amazing than what I had expected.
