I regret my decision to have taken up the BA masters course with simplilearn. Important topics like SQL, PYTHON are made as self learning. CBAP trainer has no real time experience, so he couldn't put forth corporate examples, just reading the slides. A class has more than 100 participants. And one to one interaction is not available. we could only type in chat box. Extremely disappointed and fooled. Sorry wont recommend to anybody whos having their hopes and dreams in this course by simplilearn.Jeffrey Oconnor of Simplilearn

Learning experience was very pleasant in simplilearn. It was very well planned and co-ordinated very well. No technical issues in any classes. All the co-ordinators and helpdesk people were good. Timings were maintained properly for each session.
I believe we were blessed as got one of a good Tutor (Baba Shaheer). Always a picture is more explanative than 1000 words. He explained all the concepts with good pictures / diagrams.. He also explained the concept crisply in a correct flow. Most of the time he used stories or real world use-case to understand the problem and then apply the concept required to mitigate the issue. Surely his experience in domain knowledge and teaching skill show-cased in all classes. He also shared lot of Study materials n websites to perform deep dive in each concept. conducted lot of mock quizzes. While explaining the concept, he use to stress more about important topics with respect to real world scenario and examination perspective.
Overall, it was a nice learning experience. Happy Learning !!! -

Instructor was alienating - spent more time saying "I hope are we clear with this?" and "Guys, am I audible?" than actually teaching. Whenever a question was posted in chat, most often it was either ignored, or instructor told the class that he had already gone over it, or that it was easy. As a result, students stopped asking questions, prompting the instructor to repeatedly ask if we could hear him.
Topics covered were okay, mile wide and an inch deep, but a good introduction.
Support from all points in Simplilearn suck. Their response to any kind of query is to throw a chunk of code back at you. Not helpful in understanding.
Overall, I am disappointed and will not be recommending the course to others.Sonali of Simplilearn

Never ever join their course. They are just after your money and wont even give proper response to the customer ticket. I was not happy with the content and wanted refund but they didnt listen to me and said no. They took 30 days to close the entire ticket. Please dont sign anything with Simplilearn.
Worst Customer service and beware dont dont join Simplilearn! Stay away from Simplilearn as much you can. They will have offshore training from India and wont disclose at the start of the course who the trainer would be. Once you attend the course the quality is so poor and superficial. I took course which had partnership with Purdue but dont fall for such thing. They would call you so many times to enroll but when you need help they wont even reply for days.
Worst Customer Service i have faced in USA. Join any other course from Udemy, coursera etc. They think they operate in india and can cheat customer like they can in India. I wish they there was 0 star or even negative stars. They would be appropriate for Simplilearn.Sonali of Simplilearn

Self learning videos are always available and I find these are more to my taste.

AZ304 is a special course, which is about Designing a Azure Solution. Usually, one has to know the Technologies (services) existing in Azure to do this course, but here it is not mandatory to know, the technologies, as the trainer will walk-through the creation of services and explains purpose of those, as well. It will be best if you do AZ303 first, but I am doing both parallely with Simplilearn. AZ303 started couple of weeks before AZ304 and the simplilearn team has scheduled the courses in such a way that there is no clash of the sessions (Weekends Morning and Evening live sessions).
Regarding the trainer, Parvesh Kumar. He is a Subject Matter Expert, when it comes to Azure Solution Design and has real-world experience. He clarifies the doubts instantly and very supportive for exam preparation.
I am about to write the exams, but I am suggesting that if you want to learn Azure in short-time, simplilearn is the best. Their courses are beyond exam focused and you will learn additional things too. -

Feedback for Learners Regarding Course Content, Instructor Knowlege, Feedback Provided and Refund Policy, and False Assurances made by Account Manager.
Course Content : Course Curriculum is Not Updated with current Industry Requirements or Job Market- Java 8 is not under curriculum neither the Instructor uses Java 8 features while coding during live Sessions.
- The course includes lessons and session on technology and framework which are not in use in Industry apart from being asked in the interviews.
- As they mention it a blended approach with self-learning videos and Live sessions but they are not and self-learning videos don't even touch base the basics. For instance, Version Control (Git) and Sprint Methodology were not explained during live sessions on how to get the practical hands-on for project completion nor for the assignments nowhere. Wherein for a Full Stack Developer, these are essential tools to have knowledge on.
- Live sessions are more of delivering things in a faster phase rather than coaching and mentoring you to excel. And there is no Industry relevance that is showcased in any of the live sessions
- There is no student mentorship as promised during enrollment
Instructor Knowledge.

The Instructor's knowledge on course content , communication skills, and Technical vocabulary is not up to the Industry standards. For instance :
- Was not able to justify his explanation nor a good real-time scenario on OOPS Fundamentals
- Committed many silly spelling mistakes and was able to run the simple servlet-jsp application in one go .
- Java Coding standards and Naming conventions were not followed.
- Examples that were taken up to understand concepts where theoretical not real-time and explanatory.
- RoadMap of the Live session not planned properly.
- During my Live session Instructor wasn't prepared for the sessions, an utter waste of 4 hours for both.
Feedback Provided and Refund Policy, & False Promise By Account Manager : During the enrollment process account manager assures many false promises.
On feedback regarding the Instructor and Course Content to Simplilearn Team did not take the appropriate action , but my account suggested me to change batch and get access to previous live session recording by another instructor and assured me that there are previous live session recording by another instructor [For phase2:BackEnd Developer Expert]. Wherein the true fact is Simplilearn doest have any previous batch recordings by other instructors, till now they only one instructor who is handling the Full Stack Development Course for all phases hence there are recordings only of his classes. Unfortunately even received mail from Simplilearn team that previously recorded sessions are taken up by the same instructor.
With the false promise made, Simplilearn wasted my time from September 5 to till date. Since then I have wasted time giving feedback, raising tickets to change Instructor, batch change[With this approach now I will be completing my course by March -April 2021 instead of December 2020 , Now you can imagine my state of mind and feelings when I learned that I have wasted my hard-earned money , valuable time and good industry-standard learning]. When all the suggestion made were not in a place,I decided to refund my hard-earned money for the courses which I have not taken up[Master Course is made up a set of individual courses] surprising Simplilearn team reverted me back saying I am eligible for a Refund under their refund policy.
Hope my feedback is taken up seriously and positively by the further learners who are willing to taking up this course to shape up their career in the Industry.
