Student of masters program in full stack.
First of all they sold this course with lot of false promises:
1. There will be only 20 students in a batch.
2. This programme is not for beginners. Intermediate Java knowledge is required.
3. Technical support will help you within 24 hrs for any problem
4. Live classes by industry experts
5. Self learning material
Reality:
1. Almost 50 students in 1 batch
2. Most of the students are beginners or who never worked in Java and with 50 students in live class, the class is a total chaos and they teach very basic stuff which we can learn from anywhere.
3. Technical support does not reply even after 4 days.
4. Live classes are one of the worst thing. Instructor is worst . First of all he is not industry expert and he gets stuck even with simple problems. Whenever we ask any doubt either he will not answer or if he answers then answers are vague and ambiguous. We have asked so many times Simplilearn to change him but the company is not ready to provide us a good instructor
5. Self learning material is 3-4 years old. Few of the things are deprecated. Self learning videos are very bad . Right now I am learning everything either from Udemy or Youtube or any other site
Don’t waste you hard earned money. I have wasted 70KINR on this course but everything I am learning from outside. After talking with 10-15 friends, everyone told that they had been given false promises. I think associates are trained in this way. If you call associate couple of times then they will block your number.
My only advise is pls don’t waste your money it is one of the worst platform.
Better spend just 500INR bucks and learn from Udemy.Imran of Simplilearn

Instructor Mr. Prashant (the instructor) is very kind and patient personality. He is experienced in the Azure and has very impressive teaching techniques. I have recommended this site to all my friends and family members so that take can take a subscription from Simplilearn as well. A holistic learning experience

I am studying Master Program - Data Analytics. I am from Commerce background. Thus, I am new to any programming. But initially, I had apprehensions about the pedagogy. However, course structure is designed in such a way that a layman like me could understand everything clearly. They have brilliant self-learning videos, mock tests, mock projects and virtual classes; and everything is in sync. I am surprised that I have scored good results in whatever exams I have attended. The trainers in virtual classes are very thorough in their knowledge and make sure all the participants understand the subject pretty well before moving ahead with the next topic. Self-learning videos are very explanatory. They have practice labs where a student can practice their codes without having to download software required like I needed Anaconda and R Studio but I am able to use the practice labs pretty well. Overall, I would say that it is a great learning experience. I have reached a stage of getting any job support because I am still a student. However, judging from the experience, I think job support would be great too. -

1/5 : Extremely Disappointing Experience | Poor Customer Support and Lack of Accountability My experience with Simplilearn has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to customer support, issue resolution, and basic learner assistance. For an organization that positions itself as a leading professional learning platform, the inability to handle something as fundamental as re-triggering or rescheduling a missed class is astonishing. What makes the experience even worse is the quality of the help desk and support system. Instead of providing meaningful assistance and practical solutions, the support experience has been frustrating, inefficient, and lacking in accountability.
My key concerns: * Inadequate Customer Support: The help desk appears ill-equipped to resolve even straightforward learner issues. * Poor Operational Flexibility: The inability to re-trigger a missed class raises serious questions about the platform’s learner-centric approach. * Lack of Effective Resolution: Having a support system means very little when it cannot deliver practical solutions. * Questionable Customer Experience: The overall experience falls significantly short of what one would reasonably expect from a professional education provider. The irony is difficult to ignore: An organization that sells professional development and operational excellence struggles to demonstrate those very principles in its own customer service. Professional learners invest not only money but also valuable time and trust in these programs. When something goes wrong, they deserve competent support, clear communication, and a genuine effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, my experience with Simplilearn has demonstrated a significant gap between the expectations created by its professional positioning and the actual learner support delivered. A polished marketing campaign cannot compensate for a poorly executed customer experience. Until Simplilearn addresses these fundamental shortcomings, I would strongly encourage prospective learners to carefully evaluate its support policies, missed-class arrangements, and issue-resolution processes before committing their time and money. Try another platform please guys, if you really care about your time and money. -
