I'm enrolled in the Simplilearn boot camp post-grad for ML/AI. For one thing it has been going on for months and we are still doing things like manipulating lists in Python. Python should be treated as a prerequisite for a course on ML that calls itself "post-graduate"!
It is much much too basic for Machine Learning and there are lots of cheap/free resources that get you the same or better.
Second the customer service is terrible, I tried to withdraw after attending two classes and was informed they would give me a $0 refund. I asked for at least a 50% refund which seemed more than fair given I had only attended a small percent of the classes.
After many messages sent to them and posting a negative review on another website I received finally only a $600 refund.Arjun of Simplilearn

Stay away from this company as much as possible; DO NOT go for it; just go for another company with a better reputation. I can say they are even a SCAM company. I never started my course; my personal situation changed, and I requested a refund. They refused to give me it, stating that the refund policy didn't apply after 7 days. What serious company would set a refund policy of 7 days, and if you pass that period, you will lose your money? There are many other serious, cheaper, and better learning centres out there; don't fall for SimpliLearn you will regret it, STAY AWAY!!Arjun of Simplilearn

I enrolled in the SimpliLearn program with high hopes, but my experience has been far from positive. I found it to be a complete scam, especially when it came to getting a refund within the 7-day grace period. The counselors were persistent and almost nightmarish in their efforts to make me stay, bombarding me with sales pitches whenever I tried to cancel. I urge others to be cautious and reconsider recommendations for this program. My overall impression was disappointing, and I believe it's essential to shed light on this issue.
In addition to the challenges I faced in obtaining a refund, I want to emphasize that SimpliLearn seemingly used loopholes to avoid giving me my money back. The counselor appeared to be well-versed in their policy and persuaded me to attend two classes, which later disqualified me from eligibility for a refund. When I attempted to follow up and seek resolution, my emails were blatantly ignored. It was only after sending a grievance email that I finally received a response, which took almost a week. Very bad experience ..
I had 10+ experience and still was nudged to a basic course .. the instructor's teaching standards were sub par so after first class I wanted to switch to cloud. But they are not refunding the difference amount between the courses am almost loosing 60k, which is very bad.Arjun of Simplilearn

When I was looking to enroll into the program I had no issues, however, due to a conflict, I needed to cancel and request a refund. I still have not heard back from anyone. The worst course I've ever done, it's a total waste of money. They have a machine-reading and they only share images. The courses are not practical, you can find the little they teach you for free on YouTube. I was charged $700 for a low-quality course where you don't really learn anything. If this is your last option, better search YouTube or free courses, I assure you that they are better than all that Simplilearn offers.

Hello Simplilearn,
I have registered for different programs courses and assigned me the wrong courses. I have requested to change my course or provide my fee back to me but no one responding since now I have paid my fee. before giving the fee consulate was calling me again and again and promises we will provide all resolutions we are the best in the market... Totally fed up with the Simplilearn.
I have raised request 3 times in the Simplilearn portal but no response since I have paid my fee??
I don't know what kind of irresponsibility is this. It is completely camouflaged.
Please refund my money back or change course.
