SheCodes

SheCodes is one of my favourite course that I had attended so far. It is amazing. It is good for beginners like me who has zero background knowledge of codes; HTML/ JS/ CSS. 

Matt did an excellent job in delivering the online class to us. I’m able to rewatch as many times as I can to get myself clear on the content of the particular curriculum. 

Backend staff serves me well too when I encountered issues on admin. Replies were fast and concise. 

Kudos to the team behind SheCodes! Stay safe and take care!

I can’t remember the last time I was so engaged in learning. Being able to work at my own pace and schedule made the experience so much easier. I really do feel more confident in myself now that I’ve learned the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Can’t wait to explore more with my next workshop! Read less

Are you hesitating? Definitely go for it! I was a coding newbie and wanted to discover what coding is all about. Other introduction courses I have followed turned out to be very abstract and complicated. But the SheCodes Basics course was super practical, easy to follow and a great introduction into coding and that was exactly what I was looking for! Read less

 I’ve always wondered how coding works…I guess I’ve never had the chance to have a look into it. Generally, when you talk to IT guys, it is all about “yes, we can do this or that” but of course you don’t really talk about how, cause probably it is more complicated to tell than to do. Therefore, the “coding world” keeps hiding into this mystery bubble. Thank you to Matt and the SheCodes Team! The mystery is finally being revealed to me Great experience! I'm a SheCodes Basic graduate, but am currently still a student because I bought SheCodes Pro for sale. I'm using SheCodes as a stepping stone in switching majors and transferring colleges, and it's serving it's purpose very well: To give me a taste of what my future job as a web developer is all about, and prepare me for the concepts I will learn in college. So far, I am greatly pleased with the layout of the course! While you can (and should) find a lot of the information Matt teaches on coding wikis and websites, in my opinion, all that coding bootcamps should do is give you some structure and feedback along with your learning experience, which a lot of students find they need to adequately learn, myself included. Matt explains things well and even sprinkles a little humor in his videos. With that said, I think this is a great starter course, <strong> BUT</strong> I doubt that it can be the only tool under your belt if you want to break into the tech industry. If you're unsure about the course and know nothing about HTML, CSS or JavaScript, I recommend trying the three-week basics course, and if you like that then you can upgrade. The layout for all the courses after that is just like the basics course, so you'll know what to expect. Overall I can't complain. I love how you can kinda go at your own pace, but you also have deadlines to meet. I do wish there was a little more feedback on the homework- all I really get is whether or not my submission was valid. I want to learn how to make my code cleaner and I wish I could receive an annotated version of my solutions and homework, to see how professionals would code it. Other than that I'm mainly here for the structure and challenges which are amazing. Read less

I enrolled in this course as I have always been interested in coding. I can't believe how much I've learned so far with only 3 weeks of training! I enjoyed learning about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and feel thoroughly confident in my ability to work on related projects. I find the challenges and projects very useful. I can see my coding skills quickly improving. I'm excited to learn more about coding thanks to SheCodes!

I took the SheCodes Basics course and it was a lot of fun! I have always loved the precise, abstract thinking required for programming, but had never used HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
