The course was really easy to follow and learn. It was fun, I learned a lot in three weeks and enjoyed it. You can do the work/classes whenever you can, I loved it. I definitely had more than my money's worth. -

Coming to this course knowing absolutely nothing about coding, I can't believe how much I've learned so far having only taken this class for the past 3 weeks! For the first time, I'm actually enjoying what I'm learning and feel thoroughly confident in my ability to do the task at hand! I find the challenges very useful because they forced me to practice coding instead of just taking notes (a bad habit of mine). All of the practice through the challenges really helped get the lesson ideas stuck in my head and I really feel like I know the content. I can see my coding skills quickly improving! I can't wait to learn more about coding and am really looking forward to starting SheCodes Plus! :) -

This is a great course for beginners. Videos are easy to follow and engaging, and the exercises are interesting and fun. The content is divided into small sections, so it can be done in small bits. The weekly homeworks helped me to stay on track and to use (and experiment with) the skills I have learned.
If you get stuck, you will find help easily. -

I would definitely recommend SheCodes. I didn't have any experience in coding, but yet with the instructional videos and information it was quite easy (and fun!) to complete the challenges. Matt is a good teacher, he has a good pace and his enthusiasm is pleasant to listen to and learn from. The first workshop has definitely sparked my interest in coding. -

Trained as a neuroscientist and a biology teacher, I wasn't especially expecting to do code but it is so cool to get a sneak peak at all the possibilities of coding. SheCodes is really amazing, well-explained, nice-looking and interesting. Challenges and homeworks are well thought for a constant involvement throughout the program. The only downside of the SheCodes workshop is that you are so excited that you want to be an expert from the very start! ;D I would definitively recommend SheCodes to other girls. #girlpower in tech -

I really enjoyed this workshop. The videos were very well done - explained everything and showed how it's done. As someone who needs to know WHY something is done the way it is then these videos made everything 'make sense' for me. I also really enjoyed the challenges after every subject. It's a great way to try out what you've just learned and put yourself up to the test - 'did I really get this?'. Would 100% recommend this to everyone. Now - onwards to SheCodes Plus! :) -

If you want to actually get into Coding, this is the way to go

I've been trying to learn coding since I was 11, when I was copy pasting basic html snippets to change my Neopets shop background 😂
I've never really been successful, until now.
Every time I have tried to take a web development course the instructions have always seemed abstract and disjointed. This course has by far had the simplest break down of how each language actually works and how they all are used together.
I've learned more HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in 2 weeks than I have in 18 years. Now onto the second workshop! Thanks Matt Delac and SheCodes. -

“I loved the course! I want to take another! I was very impressed with this course because I don't like to take courses on the internet, and I saw the ad, it caught my attention and I signed up, but I didn't know what to expect. I started the three week course, and I was always very attentive with the videos and exercises and Matt explains them very well step by step so you don't get lost and he can take the course with ease. The platform that handles "slack" helped me a lot when I didn't understand something, I put it there and they solved it for me. The course is highly recommended.”
