I really enjoyed doing this SheCodes basics course. It was broken down into simple lessons and tasks and was super user friendly! I had absolutely no experience in any sort of tech but the course still managed to break down the content into manageable, understandable chunks and I had a great sense of accomplishment after finishing it! “This was a bit challenging as someone who has zero tech experience but I pushed through and I’m happy with the knowledge and skills I’ve gained thus far.” I loved the fact that the learning videos from Matt weren’t ridiculously long and so that helped ease the anxiety over the information that was received. I loved the course. Despite being online, I found it very practical, easy to learn and very appealing and motivating. The videos are concise and convey the necessary information clearly. I recently completed SheCodes Basics, which covered HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The classes were exceptionally well laid out and easy to follow. I was really impressed with the tutorials and the way Matt breaks down each lesson. For a good introduction to coding, SheCodes Basic is the perfect way to start as the content is easy to understand and the lessons are easy to follow, it's very beginner friendly. The instructor Matt explains key concepts in a way that is easily understood. I enjoyed the weekly challenges and the homework, which helped greatly when is was time to create the final project. Everything you learn weekly gears you up for the final project, nothing is irrelavant. -

After spending two years on a gap year and struggling to get into university, I had almost lost hope in my future.
