The SheCodes Basics Workshop was an incredibly exciting and rewarding experience! The program is thoughtfully designed, making coding approachable, dynamic and fun for beginners. I have never had a lot of frustrating and at the same time exciting moments as I have had this past few weeks. Overall it has been an amazing experience. I never thought I could learn coding but if anything, SheCodes has taught me that I can do it. The courses are structured in such a way that makes it easy for anyone to grasp. Thank you Matt Delac,you are doing a great Job. I can't wait to start on the SheCode Plus. Am sure it's going to get more exciting and frustrating in a good way because I love my EUREKA!!! moments when that piece of code finally clicks,the Big Smiles never stops throughout the day. -

I'm a beginner but my experience with SheCodes is amazing. Lessons aren't too hard but challenging enough ,not to mention fun.Assistance is often available when I need it or I'm not sure about something. It's easy to navigate the workshop and I definitely appreciate SheCodes. -

I started with another institution with the hope that i would learn a bit more about coding but i had to drop them because their beginner programme was very hard, it was not meant for beginners at all. When i joined SheCodes, i thought it might be the same but Matt has been brilliant. I have learned so much from him and the lessons he has provided, he is very thorough and explains well. I did SheCodes Basics and I absolutely enjoyed completing the homework and the project. It is not hard at all and very easy to learn. I would 100% recommend this to everyone. Also if you're stuck with a problem, you can ask on "Slack", and you can get replies very quickly. I'm now looking into completing all the other courses including python and hopefully get into a tech related career as I've realised this is now my passion and something I genuinely enjoy. -

SheCodes is a platform that has enabled me to pursue my passion for coding by providing the necessary resources and information I need to succeed in my front-end web development journey, which I aspire to excel in. Amazing course - highly recommend!
Really great course for beginners - everything is explained clearly and the content is fun and engaging. The instructor has a really clear way to explain how the code works, it's not as scary as you would think. The course was also flexible around my full time job, I was able to extend my deadlines when needed without being penalised. Highly recommend! -

I'm so happy with my choice! I've been researching coding bootcamps for the past 6 years. I attended the free introductory session for SheCodes a couple years ago, but wasn't sure the workshops on offer would be in depth enough for what I was looking for. When I got the alert for the new SheCodes Bootcamp, I was excited to try it. I've just completed the SheCodes Basics workshop portion and... wow! My background is in education and Matt's lessons are on point! I found the videos clear and easy to understand. I enjoyed the challenges and felt they were pertinent and the right difficulty to encourage learning. If you get stuck or are just looking to clarify anything, asking a question in Slack is easy and the responses are timely. I felt that the pricing was fair, and the financial aid process is simple, rendering the course accessible to anyone. As a stay-at-home mom of two pre-school aged kids, the flexible timing of the courses is very convenient. I'm looking forward to learning more and connecting with their career advisers. -

This experience was so much fun from me. I’m just a week I can say I know HTML and CSS. Matt the instructor is very clear and his instructions are easy to follow. There’s exercises after every lessons which is really fun and good so that you do not forget what you just learned. The challenges are fun yet a bit challenging it requires you to think and apply all that you have been taught. Overall I can say my experience was a 10/10 -

As a Computer Science student, I've never been one to fancy the idea of sitting behind a laptop, working on code that isn't working, only to find out that I missed a semicolon. Imagine the frustration! I told myself that I would avoid coding and pursue non-technical jobs after graduation. However, as I researched potential career paths, I realized that nearly all the jobs that interested me required some coding experience. It dawned on me that I couldn't escape coding in the Computer Science field, so I started searching for boot camps to learn how to code. That's when I discovered the SheCodes Foundation website and decided to apply. Thankfully, I was accepted and began my coding journey. Initially, I only intended to learn coding because I couldn't seem to avoid it, but I ended up falling in love with it. I am deeply grateful to the SheCodes Foundation and thankful to Matt Delac, the founder, for helping me to realize that coding is not bad after all. -
