Scaler Data Science course review.
I like the course structure. It was very well organised and also beginner-friendly. The instructors are well-educated and possess thorough knowledge of the subject. The business case study gives a real-world simulation of applying our learning. Placement Assistance is also good. It helped me change my career path. -

Total Waste of Money – A Complete Debt Trap
Good start, weak finish. If you don’t clear mocks, you lose placement access. Company list is tiny and barely hires freshers. Feels more like a marketing trap than a career program.
I fell for it and have been jobless for a year. Total money trap. -

DevOps/Cloud Engineer Course

I went through the DevOps/Cloud Engineer course, and honestly, it delivers exactly what most courses fail at: real industry experience. The instructors aren’t generic trainers—they actually work in the field, so everything they teach is based on how things are done in actual companies. No outdated theory, no fluff. The best part is the hands-on assignments. Every module comes with practical tasks that force you to actually build, break, and fix things the way you'd do in a real job. From containerization to CI/CD to cloud deployments, you’re not just watching videos—you’re doing the work. And that builds confidence fast. -

I completed my Scaler Academy course in 2024, and it was one of the best learning experiences I’ve had. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable and always approachable. They cleared every single doubt I had with patience and made sure I truly understood each concept.
The mock interviews, especially the AI-based ones, were a great addition. they helped me gain confidence and improve my communication for real interviews. My mentors were always there whenever I needed guidance, whether it was about concepts, career direction, or placements.
The placement portal is also very well-organized. There are new opportunities listed almost every day, and applying through the portal is quick and smooth. Scaler’s team also keeps you updated about your application status and even shares useful details like company information and salary range.
Overall, Scaler played a big role in shaping my professional journey, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone serious about growing in software development. -

They have planned for easier module for first 30 days so that you won't ask for refund and you continue your course but later the modules are good only but once you finish a stage of learning then the authors are not good.
With regard to placement it is the worst!! They have very limited companies that too they won't hire freshers, maximum is internship and after that you are another unemployed in the market. -

Scaler DSML review
This review is based on 2 things, one is from learning point of view and another one from job perspective. Scaler teaching and curriculum is really good but their placement what they promises at the time of admission they all are big lies. -

- Mock interviews and reviews that gave me real interview-like practice.

I recently completed a Computer Science DSA and System Design course at Scaler, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The curriculum was comprehensive and industry-focused, covering data structures, algorithms, and system design in depth.
What truly stood out were the amazing teachers—their expertise, teaching style, and dedication made even complex concepts easy to grasp. The placement support was equally impressive, providing personalized guidance, mock interviews, and connections with top companies, which gave me the confidence to excel in my career journey.
I highly recommend Scaler to anyone looking to strengthen their technical skills and take their career to the next level! -

Am a computer science engineer and thanks to Scaler, I got a big hike in my salary and improved my problem-solving skills a lot!
I used to struggle with DSA, LLD, and HLD, but the lectures at Scaler changed everything for me. Especially the DSA lectures!
It was tough balancing work and academy classes, but I managed it by studying on weekends too.
Now, I'm proud to say I work at Joveo, and I owe a big thanks to my mentors, Harsh and Abhimanyu, for their support. They taught me patience, hard work, and resilience!

Ever since I started engineering, I've been eager to improve myself every day. During my bachelor's, I discovered scaler through Interviewbit. I had perseverance and a desire for better results. Enrolled in Scaler to fill career gaps. Easily understood coding and DS-Algo concepts, plus interview hacks. Problem-solving used to be tough, but now it's hassle-free. Gained fluency and self-assurance, which made it all the more better. Grateful to Scaler team, especially mentor Rahul Singh, for support and guidance. would recommend this one to any tech professional on the path of building skills. -

With 14 years as coder, always learning and improving. In 2007, tech exposure was limited... but now there are many platforms for learning. Last year, I found scaler, helped with coding concepts... I was scared about the price and time needed for the course... But classes were very nice with format, community, and mentorship was outstanding... Joined to study while working full-time so it was little difficult. But helping mentors were great... Scaler is always interesting, and offers new experiences daily..! Thanks Scaler team for boosting my confidence and knowledge. -

I improved my technical and problem-solving skills a lot. The curriculum, split into basic to advanced levels, helped me progress step by step. I liked the simple but detailed teaching approach. I gained confidence, consistency and practical knowledge of how the industry works. Throughout my journey, my instructors Ayush, Kshitij, Utkarsh, and mentor Nitin Nahtta were my guiding lights. Thank you all

When my friend recommended joining Scaler to boost my coding skills, I jumped at the opportunity. The classes were pretty helpful for enhancing my DSA skills, which was my main focus. Needless to say, I am glad for having enrolled as my upskilling journey surpassed my expectations. I'm also grateful for the guidance and support from the instructors and mentors Abhimanyu and Anshuman. Following my instincts and with the amazing team at Scaler by my side, I landed a position at LendingKart and like I said, the journey has been completely worth it!!! -

When I think back to my first interview after joining Scaler, which was focused on low level design…I can still feel the rush of excitement I had as I effortlessly answered each question thrown my way and eventually made it into the final round. If you're on the lookout for a platform to level up or just refresh your concepts again after a break, feel free to give it a shot. I am a good example that it works…I joined the program after a 2 year gap on my resume. Ended up getting some decent interviews after the course ended.

Was doing great in job but stress made me leave... I was very anxious. Health suffered, so I took break to focus on myself but my friend suggested me Scaler, which turned out very amazing. So far so good
Very user friendly interface…helped me maintain my coding streak for over 60 days straight (and on going). Learning has been a pretty smooth process so far, with a few issues here and there with instructor replacement and some class cancellations… but overall, I am five months into the course and its worth the investment so far. -

Transitioning to a new job can be hard, and even more difficult when the field is new and you’re from a non IT background… but Scaler gave me the much needed push for taking that leap… The platform gave my days a structure and discipline that helped me remain consistent onwards my goal. Big thanks to my mentor for his support without whose help and motivation I would have dropped out of the course probably in the first two months. -

Transitioning from electronics to computer science was big step for me professionally. Coming from non-tech background, technical part was hard... When I found Interview Bit, now Scaler, I enrolled to learn programming better even though price was high... But it improved my interview skills and with mentor's help, got job @ My Glamm!
Grateful to mentors Dabloo Yadav and Naman Bhalla for LLD lessons, boosting my growth... Feeling confident now, thanks to their guidance.
Still a long way to go, but I believe in helping others for mutual growth. From non-tech to expert programmer, what a long journey! -

Though I come from a CS background, I lacked in data structures, algorithms, and machine learning. Stuck in a service-based job, I aimed to switch to product-based work but lacked the skills. Scaler was suggested by a friend for advice. I did their course and learnt eevryday and now I'm more confident, better at problem-solving, and consistent. With Scaler's help, I landed a job at Spenmo, a product-based firm, meeting my goal. Thanks to mentor Birendra Yadav for constant support.

The pressure to constantly upskill can feel overwhelming. Scaler boarded the upskilling trend too like many other Ed Techs but as far as curriculum goes, I found it to be a pleasant surprise.
I am somewhat of a sceptic, but I have to hand it to my supportive mentor and instructors. They helped me on a personal level throughout and showed me a great deal of dedication. Some things could have been better like a more responsive customer support and more flexible fees structure, but overall not a bad experience. -

The course is NOT for beginners.
And no I don’t mean it about the fundamentals…i am talking about your will to learn.
For 9 months, you have to learn how to manage your time and commitments in the best way possible or you will fall behind very easily
You have to dedicate at least 2-3 hours to self study apart from classes to keep up
Never skip or miss your sessions with your mentor…that’s where the most learning happens
Try to maintain a coding streak…aim for at least a 100 days total. It will help you develop coding intuition
Lastly just dont keep to yourself but try to network and build connections with the community. More often than not your peers are the one’s who get you a job referral

Started my journey after completing engineering in 2013. Felt stuck with my skills and wanted to grow further and that's why Joined Scaler to learn and improve. Before, i only studied algorithms, now applying them at work also which is good. Scaler changed my mindset and approach to work. Now, happily employed at FISGlobal. I would say thanks to the guidance from Anshuman and mentoring from Suchit. my expereince was nice and smooth

So I joined Scaler to improve in string manipulation and dynamic programming... but I was pleasantly surprised to learn so much more than expected. I got better in other areas like DSA and algorithms…which really helped me grow as a programmer.
What I liked:
The lessons were easy to understand and mentors like Anshuman and Abhimanyu Sir were so supportive and down to earth..they personally took time to help me.
I took up problem solving daily and my longest coding streak has been 300+ days continuously. Big thanks to my mentor for motivating me.
The career team goes above and beyond to help learners…I sat for more interviews in the last few months alone than i have for years.
Overall a mostly positive experience. Just one complaint…customer support can be faster in resolving issues…

Some background about me...I come from humble beginnings.. raised by my hardworking farmer father and a loving mother who sadly is no longer with us. Money was always a problem and i have seen nothing but financial struggles since i was small.
For someone who has to save for years to even afford college… scaler was a big risk. A lot of people advised me to not join..to save money and think of my future. But i took the leap anyway and it turned out to be so worth the trouble i faced at the start. In the early days i used to not even sleep thinking i had made a big mistake but the team at scaler helped me overcome my worst struggles and gave me a new start in life.
Today i am a farmer’s son turned software engineer, thanks to scaler… and couldn’t be prouder of how far i have come. Forever in debt of my wonderful teachers and mentor. -

So here goes my scaler review after doing their course.
See my focus was simple- building my knowledge and for that purpose, it did the job as there were detailed classes and assignments about DSA and stuff. But if you’re someone who’s also working while learning like I was, it can be problematic as you have to constantly juggle the two. The only way i could manage to do it was by watching the recorded lectures and spending time on the weekends. But it was in a way worth it also as expanding my knowledge led to more project opportunities.
Still big thanks toAnshuman Jayesh Patel and Kshitij Mishra for their support throughout the course.

Scaler helped me follow my dream of working within the data science domain. Coming from a city not known for tech, I wasn't sure how to enter the world of Data Science. Scaler not only showed me the way but also provided practical sessions and mentorship that kept me motivated and focused. In fact, Anshuman's session on dreaming big was particularly inspiring and gave me the push I needed. As a result of consistently building my skills, I've been able to excel in my role as a Data Scientist at AB InBev, a Fortune 500 company. At the same time, I'd still say that your efforts decide just how far you'd go even with support from platforms like Scaler. -

Scaler alum here - Thought I'd share my honest review on the whole experience:
Pros:
- Signing up was easy: Scaler Academy's platform made joining super easy and hassle-free, very user-friendly interface.
- Skill boost: The program seriously levelled up my skills, especially for shifting into a product-based company.
- Supportive vibe: Scaler had a great community vibe going on, which made learning feel like a team effort.
- Kept me motivated: They really emphasized continuous improvement, like with daily coding streaks, which pushed me to do better.
- Mentorship: Those 1:1 sessions with my mentor was very helpful.
Cons:
- No guarantees: While Scaler was helpful, it doesn't promise you'll land a job right away.
- Time-consuming: Be ready to invest a lot of time, especially if you're juggling other stuff.
- Expensive: The cost might be a bit steep for some folks.
Overall… Scaler Academy was a game-changer for my career growth. Just keep in mind the ups and downs before diving in.

Scaler Academy was like a boot camp for coders..I'm saying this as a person with a non-coding background who started with zero technical knowledge when I first joined.
Their curriculum starts easy, then gets tough real quick. You have to solve problems and maintain consistency every day or the risk of falling behind is there.. The course is no magic fix nor will it make you a pro coder overnight..you just have to be patient and stick with it day by day to see the results. For whatever is available in the market right now at this range, they do offer a lot of benefits though like personal mentorship, placement assistance, community assistance, offline meetups etc.
