Hyrise Academy is a recruiting and training program that offers a free, online tech sales program with a job guarantee. Selected candidates of Hyrise Academy’s program are given the opportunity to launch a rewarding tech sales career by placing them at top tech companies.
No previous experience is necessary to apply to Hyrise Academy. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, motivated and committed to finding a job, and speak fluent German (at least C1 level). Potential candidates go through an application and profile completion process, screening call and online assessment designed to evaluate core skills required for success in a tech sales career.
Once approved to the program, candidates will get the opportunity to interview at 100+ top tech companies. Candidates should be prepared to dedicate three hours a week to their job hunt. Hyrise Academy’s talent success team accompanies candidates along the journey until they are hired. Once hired, candidates receive 3 months of complimentary training and enablement to ensure a successful ramp up.
