I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to build a career in data science and be genuinely prepared to enter the workforce with practical, industry-relevant skills. If you're willing to put in the effort and make use of all the resources available, the value you get from this course is incredible. Everything included in the course serves a purpose—there isn't unnecessary content added for the sake of it, which I really appreciated. One of the things that impressed me the most was the level of student support. Whenever I had questions about the course material, my submissions, or anything else I needed clarification on, I could email the support team and always received a prompt response. The responsiveness and willingness to help were far beyond anything I had experienced from a learning institution. Compared to my previous experiences with universities, where individual support can be limited, HyperionDev consistently made me feel supported throughout the course.Another resource I found incredibly valuable was the one-on-one tutor sessions. I was allocated eight tutor calls per month, each lasting 45 minutes, and I made use of almost all of them. On many occasions, the tutors even extended the sessions to ensure my questions were fully answered. The feedback on graded submissions was another aspect that exceeded my expectations. Every submission was reviewed in remarkable detail. The reviewers pointed out specific mistakes, often line by line, explained why something needed to be changed, and suggested how I could improve both my code and my coding style to meet professional industry standards. They also introduced more advanced and efficient approaches that went beyond the course requirements, encouraging me to continue developing my skills. Despite being thorough, the feedback was always constructive and encouraging, which made it motivating to keep improving.
I also appreciated how well the course itself is structured. Rather than simply working through endless theory, each section is followed by practical submissions that reinforce what you've learned. This approach helped me stay engaged and ensured I truly understood each topic before moving on. If a submission didn't meet the required standard, I was asked to revise and resubmit it, which reinforced the learning process instead of allowing gaps in my understanding.
The progression of the course is also extremely well designed. It starts with a strong foundation in Python programming before moving into data analysis, data exploration, and finally machine learning. This provides a broad understanding of the different areas within data science and prepares students for a variety of career paths in the field.I also appreciated the emphasis on employability. By doing the course, you are building a developer portfolio using your projects, which gives you tangible evidence of your skills that prospective employers can review.
Overall, I can honestly say that this course exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding student support, detailed and constructive feedback, well-structured course content, and a genuine focus on preparing students for employment made this one of the best learning experiences I've had. I would confidently recommend HyperionDev to anyone who is serious about building a career in data science. -

As a matric student, finding the time to develop new skills alongside school responsibilities can be incredibly challenging. Between preparing for exams, completing assignments, and balancing extracurricular activities, I was initially worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with a cybersecurity course. However, HyperionDev made the experience far more manageable than I expected.
One of the things I appreciated most was the flexibility of the programme. I was able to learn at my own pace and fit my studies around my busy school schedule. Whenever I encountered difficulties or needed extra guidance, the support team was understanding, patient, and willing to help. They recognised that students have different circumstances and worked with me to find solutions instead of simply closing the door when challenges arose.
The course has equipped me with a valuable skill in cybersecurity, an industry that is becoming increasingly important in today’s digital world. I now have a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles and practical experience through hands-on projects. Learning these skills while still in matric has given me confidence and opened up opportunities that I never imagined I’d have before finishing school.
What has stood out the most to me is the level of understanding and support the company has shown throughout my learning journey. As someone balancing the demands of matric, I truly appreciated the encouragement and flexibility that allowed me to continue working towards my goals.

The course structure was excellent and took me from my very basic level of Excel programming to being confident in working with Python and HTML. The course then progressed to Linux and databasing, before covering cyber security topics such as penetration testing, ciphers and code injection.I found the programme to be really well designed, with clear modules that introduce each topic followed by practical 'Capstone' projects which pulled everything together and really tested your understanding. This hands-on approach made a huge difference to my confidence and ability to apply what I learned.The mentorship support was another standout feature. I took an online course at HyperionDev since they didn't have a campus near me😅. As a person who is used to traditional based educational environment, it's kind of a tricky transition if you haven't done self pace education. Which Hyperion helped a lot on my on boarding for the bootcamp from their student support team. I took a Software Engineering course, one thing I did preference on their feedback query is to implement more visual (video base) explaining on each topic, and they accommodated me with it (they should add more dept if I'm honest😅). The mentors are soo understanding and explain parts you don't understand to a tea and their student support is spot on😭 I can't tell you how much I'm grateful for how they were so accommodating ang helpful on my journey. They also do weekly live tech talks to inspire upcoming tech savy people and tech on what's the latest tech trends and how to break into the industry. So If you're okay with the self pace work and interested on Coding I highly recommend HyperionDev -
