Elbrus Coding Bootcamp offers full-time programs in Full Stack JavaScript and Data Science, and offered online (15 weeks) and in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Russia (12 weeks). The training program consists of three phases with passing intermediate exams, real world portfolio projects, and a career week with a coach. The training format consists of 20% theory through interactive lectures and 80% programming practice with code reviews from mentors. An average cohort at Elbrus Coding Bootcamp consists of 20-30 people.
Full Stack JavaScript students learn JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node, React, Express. Data Science students learn Python, Spark, NumPy, PyTorch, TensoFflow, Keras, Sklearn, Docker.
The bootcamp does not require a technical background or any coding experience to apply. Before the start of class, applicants can visit the campus in an Open Day, take free master classes, or complete a 2-week preparatory course. Applicants will need to pass an online technical interview that covers the basic syntax of programming. Preparation for this assessment takes 30-40 hours, or approx. 2 weeks based on Elbrus Bootcamp materials.
The Elbrus HR team teaches students how to properly write a resume and pass interviews. Career coaches accompany each student until they receive job offers. Of the more than 700 Elbrus Bootcamp graduates, 98% of graduates found a job and 83% of those graduates found a job within two months. Graduates work in such large companies as Ozon, Finam, X5, EPAM, Yandex, and Qiwi.
