DataCamp

I don´t know exactly how i got to DataCamp, but seriously, it is one of the best experience i ever made! 

I did some other courses before on pages like Coursera and Udemy, but they are not comparable to DataCamp for 2 reasons:

- DataCamp has the absolut best Price/Value ratio ever. You only pay about 29$ bucks and you can do so much courses as you want for a whole month.

- The courses are build like this: Every course is seperated into 5 moduls - which are seperated into 3 chunks. Each chunk looks like this: You listen to a 2-3 minute video of an instructor who explains some concepts. Then, you have to do 3-4 Code-Challanges were you can put the concepts into praxis - immediately! This is in my opionen way more efficent than just looking hour-long videos on other sides.

By the way: When you are a really activ user, you will get invited to privat groups by DataCamp (together with other Highflyer) to Beta-Test new Courses. But for this, you should get at least 40.000 XP in ~ 30 days.

I am a medical doctor and all my life i’ve tried to run from statistics, mathematics and consequently from coding and data science as well. I’ve always found all these subjects too dry and pestering. By chance, I received a DataCamp scholarship and decided to give data science a go. I started to learn R from DataCamp with zero previous knowledge about coding or programming. I was amazed and fascinated by the way DataCamp is able to simply it to the level of an absolute beginner and then provide a learning curve which I was able to grasp. The courses were fun and extremely well balanced. Every day I learnt something new and practiced it the next day with their practice sessions which are included in the subscription. This reinforced my knowledge and accelerated my learning speed. Before I knew it, I was reading code like I was reading a language like english or spanish. I was surprised by myself when I realised I had actually starting getting a hang of it. Kind of got addicted to learning more and more and now I’m fully hooked. Their career track on Data Analyst in R helped me tremendously in accelerating my medical research career and now i’m fully on track to become a certified data analyst. Read less

The company only closed because of our course; they had no certificate, didn't reply to our emails, and were a whole scam. 
 
Initially, we applied and paid for three courses, each of which would last three months. 
 
Our second two courses were cancelled over the first three months. 
 
Upon the completion of the first course, which was baiscs for Python 
 
Microsot Power Bi Course includes the certificate "test voucher" to apply for the exam in lieu of the other two courses they provide us. 
 
Egypt will shut down after this course is over. 
 
We emailed, but received no response, requesting the login credentials to take the test. 
 
Even after completing our power bi training, we were not given the certificate.  Read less

I love datacamp's style because it is interactive and reinforces your learning by practicing. I am using several sources / platforms for learning but Datacamp is my primary choice for learning technical skills. Video lessons and practices are neat even on mobile. Datacamp has helped me a lot in not only gaining skills but also having the confidence to really take on actual jobs thru certifications.  Read less

I am an Epidemiologist and Biostatistician with a PhD. The course about phyton and data analytics using methods more specific for data scientists was an exciting experience, and the prestige of MIT is significant for my career and working area. I am delighted. Also, using data related to areas different from health data was exciting and funny.

I was asked in a job interview if I had xp with Databricks - I didn't. Too bad, I really wanted the job. I opened Datacamp and did the first course: it opened Databricks UI, it really connected me to the platform. I ended the course and send the interviewer the certificate on Linkedin saying - and feeling - that NOW I know Databricks. Trully knew, in an objective and precise way! I recommend. The curriculum is great and considerable number of practices right after each lesson forces me to have hands-on coding experience. At first, I thought it was just a generic website trying to attract people with a pretty interface, but my opinion completely changed after seeing the content, how easy it is to learn, the vast variety of topics available, and the way they connect. They always focus on having individuals practice instead of just copying and pasting the code provided by the instructor. I believe it was the best discovery of my career, and I will definitely continue to progress and learn with Datacamp. Read less

Data science is a very young, highly interdisciplinary field.  The Web is flooded with online learning offerings many of which are not suited for beginners and often only scratch the surface of the science in data science. Aku mau bagiin pengalaman seru aku selama belajar di Bitlabs Academy selama kurang lebih 4 bulan ini.
Aku suka dengan konsep Bitlabs yang membagi pembelajaran dalam 3 phase. Phase yang paling aku suka adalah sesi weekly consultation di phase pertama dan project based learning di phase ke-3. 
Mentor yang berpengalaman, Student Success yang menyenangkan dan Tools yang memadai memberikan boost tersendiri buat aku sehingga merasa setiap pembelajaran adalah hal yang menyenangkan. 
Di awal pembelajaran aku merasa punya beban karena harus melewati 20 pertemuan showcase dimana kita harus melakukan presentasi tugas setiap pertemuannya, tapi sekarang aku kangen masa masa itu wkwk.  Tugasnya juga wiih luar biasa wkwk.

Datacamp has simply been a great experience and I can only say positive things about this.
I recently got a contract for a Data Collector/Analyst role, and the skills I apply were all gotten from DataCamp.
One thing I really love is the user experience. To me, it's really helpful for beginners, as well as intermediate learners. The guidance provided is just enough to help you understand the fundamentals.

learing with DataCamp is very enjoyable and interesting.  The most important feature of learning with DataCamp that I can learn perfectly a lot of concepts and skills in short time. The traing with coding is perfect and very efficient. But I think some subjects especially like Deep Learing need to given in more details. In addition, I think it is better to add flash cards ot all courses.  Read less
