My experience with Data Science for All was overall very positive. Professor Natesh alone is a good reason to join the program because he always brings a unique blend of thoughtful, lively, and informative lectures.  The homework could be pretty challenging, but the TAs were always helpful. The group project was a fun and practical way to use the skills we learned from the lectures and the homework. I won't sugar coat how challenging it is to learn data science and python while working a full-time job, but what's nice is that DS4A understands this and is accommodating as long as you communicate with your TAs. The program was genuinely outstanding and incredibly valuable in building real defensive cybersecurity skills. What impressed me most was the balance between solid theory and practical application. This wasn’t just abstract concepts, we were constantly working through hands-on labs using tools like MITRE ATT&CK, Wireshark, Nmap, RITA, to mention a few. It made the learning experience both challenging and empowering.

As someone who’s neurodivergent, I also deeply appreciated how accessible the Correlation One learning portal is. It’s genuinely friendly to different learning needs and works smoothly with the assistive technologies I rely on. That made a huge difference in my ability to stay engaged and succeed.

The entire team was exceptional—from logistics and operations to support, instructors, and teaching assistants. They were consistently responsive, patient, and thorough. The help I received while preparing for my CompTIA Security+ exam was especially meaningful; every question I had was addressed promptly and clearly.

From beginning to end, my experience was top notch! The courses are expertly led and the TA's are beyond outstanding. I never felt abandoned or lost with no where to turn. The support you receive as a student is beyond anything I've ever experience academically. I can't fine one thing to criticize. Everyone was personable and I was always made to feel like I was the only one and not one of over a thousand. Staff knew me by name and the response time to any inquiry is unmatched! This is overall a scam. You're not going to learn these skills well enough to be employed in 4 months. The best you can do is build a decent resume and probably get a few interviews but you will not get hired. They teach good foundational skills but you should go to an accredited college over this if you really want to learn this field. Read less

Throughout the course, I learned about the importance of data literacy and its practical applications in various scenarios. Particular topics that stood out for me were Excel data analysis using V-LOOK UP, INDEX/MATCH, and PIVOT Tables. The task was to apply data literacy skills to real-world scenarios and comprehensively understand different data-related challenges and solutions. I actively engaged in hands-on exercises and mini-projects related to data literacy skills, such as calculating order prices in a convenience store, quantifying business problems, interpreting charts and tables, and creating data visualizations.
