My experience with Bosscoder Academy has been good overall. The strongest aspect of the program is its learning content. The curriculum is comprehensive, the mentors are knowledgeable, and the instructors explain concepts in a practical and easy-to-understand manner. The program definitely helped me improve my technical skills and interview preparation.

The only concern I have is with the placement process. While placement assistance is available, the timeline to secure a job is not always as quick as many students might expect. Some learners get placed within a few months, while others may have to wait for more than a year before making a successful switch. I also felt that the number of interview opportunities could be higher.

To be fair, placements are influenced by multiple factors, including individual preparation, consistency, market conditions, and interview performance. Bosscoder can guide and support you, but no institute can guarantee a fixed placement timeline.

If you’re joining primarily for quality learning, mentorship, and structured preparation, I would recommend it. However, I would advise future students to set realistic expectations regarding placements, continue practicing consistently, and remain patient throughout the process. Read less

Before joining Bosscoder Academy, I was working at Infosys and came from a non-IT background. I didn't have a strong understanding of most data structures and had zero knowledge of System Design. Today, I'm working at Flipkart, and this wouldn't have been possible without taking the SDE course at Bosscoder Academy. I joined the beginner batch, and the tutors were excellent. They were patient and always willing to clear even my most basic doubts. I was taught by more than five tutors, and every one of them was knowledgeable and supportive. The only challenge I initially faced was the HLD classes. HLD requires a basic understanding of systems, and coming from a non-IT background, I found it difficult at first. However, after going through the books and study materials recommended by the tutors, I was able to develop a good understanding of HLD as well.
