Fantastic workshop!!

It has been really helpful everything I learned at George´s class. He is an amazing teacher, very patient and has tons of knowledge. I absolutely recommend this workshop, it has opened a new road for me in my graphic design skills and I will be forever thankful for everything learnt here.

I did the weekend course last week and was really glad I did it. For me the last part of the course (a test of our skills) was really usefull.

I would suggest to do something also the first day. So that what is explained can be applied and tested the same day. In our case we only did it the last day, I would suggest doing it the first day as well.

At first I was nervous to learn Javascript in a new country, but those nerves quickly went away after meeting with the BCS team. It did not take me long to feel comfortable at the school, as they are all so kind and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions about the program to make sure I was comfortable. Aside from the kind staff, the office space is wonderful. It is modern and welcoming, with a wide open floor plan that makes it easy to learn with an open mind. Not only is the inside beautiful, but there is a terrace that looks perfect for taking a break or having a snack. BCS also has an ideal Barcelona location, as it is the heart of the city yet away from tourists. When I left the office, I also noticed many delicious lunch spots that would be great to try out after class. After such a nice tour, I think that Barcelona Code School will be the one for me!

This summer I had the opportunity to tour BCS  and was very satisfied! I was lucky enough to come in when one of the classes was in progress and the students were so focused, I was very  impressed. The class size was quite small, which I thought was a nice learning environment. I was also shocked at how low their price was compared to the other schools I had researched prior to my visit. BCS seems like the best option, at least for me!

Several years ago I decided to make a website using Wordpress. It wasn’t easy but I succeeded. Then my friends started to ask me to make websites, too. So I started to earn money this way. But the more I understood Wordpress, the less confident I felt about myself as a coder. It was obvious that I needed to learn how to write the real code to get capable of doing exactly what I and my clients want, instead of using the existing themes.    I was looking for the coding bootcamps around Europe. Of course it seemed to me more attractive to study in Barcelona, rather than in some cold northern cities.    I’ve chosen Barcelona Code School because of what they teach. Their program is perfect for the coder’s needs. I like the location, because one can discover the real BCN without crowds of tourists.    I’ve learned a lot. Now I simply don’t understand how could I live without JavaScript for so long. Now I have no fear to do bold and innovative projects.    Even though I’ve been so exhausted during those two months, now I’m totally grateful for what they taught me. Thanks, guys! Read less

I was learning unity by myself for a while and made couple of simple games but this course took me to another level! What I've learned from Rustam now let's me build much much more interesting games and i understand game logic and design on another level. I finished the coding bootcamp teaching javascript, react, express and react native. The teachers were really good, really cared about helping us learn. They were always willing to answer our questions and give us guidance, and they were very understanding when we struggled. I learned enough to land a job and now I am focusing on going deeper into the frontend development. The curriculum covering everything we need to know to start as juniors, and after that only sky is the limit :) 

In addition to teaching us how to code, the bootcamp also helped us with things like building our resumes and finding jobs. This was really helpful because it gave us the skills and confidence we needed to succeed in the real world. Overall I would definitely recommend this bootcamp to anyone who wants to learn how to build websites. The teachers were great and the program was really helpful. Read less

I was looking for a coding bootcamp to learn how to build my app which I've had an idea for for a long time. These guys are awesome! You can implement your idea if you have one and they will follow you and give all the support even though my project was a bit out of the scope of the curriculum. They are always there for you, tracking your progress, sending feedback and guiding through. The personal sessions with the mentors were invaluable. Thanks a lot!  Read less

Oh, phew, no doubt two toughest months in my life :)) but I did it! This is incredible how far I've gone from being a complete noob to making my full web app. I was living, breathing and dreaming javascript and am super proud of what I have achieved. Of course I wouldn't be here without my mentors, their patience, guidance and constant availability helped a lot. What I also liked that there a videos for all the lectures and they are very helpful, because there is so much information that sometimes I needed to go back and refresh something from the previous section of the curriculum and it helped a lot, they are very step by step and explanatory. 

To those who are thinking of taking the bootcamp I should say go for it and be prepared to learn much more than you'd expect. Yay! Read less

If you want to learn full-stack web development this is the place! Really happy with the outcome from the 9-week online Javascript course.

The online course gives you the flexibility to work around other responsibilities. You have access to help at all times, the instructors are super friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help with any issues you may have.

I will say though that the 9-week option is pretty intense, so if you don't have any coding experience or have to miss a few days of class I would recommend to choose the 13-week option. Read less

 This bootcamp changed my entire life! i was excited to go into this coding bootcamp located in one of the most beautiful and historic cities int he entire world but i wasn't ready for what happened next. a teaching program that was so good and so comforting that i absorbed knowledge like a dry sponge, the teaching methods were extremely effective and set me up for a career in coding. We had 3 courses of AdWords training, 2 hours each, with the instructor Carmen. She was incredibly kind, a great teacher, and very inspiring. She helped us learn the basics of AdWords, as well as orientate our office a bit in regards to our USPs and general points for our sales.

Absolutely worth it if you are looking to experience and learn the basics of UI/UX design. 

Instead of spending too much time on theory we jumped right on getting practical

Marina Tudela is friendly and explains everything very clear. She teaches you how to really “get inside the head” of the user/customer. Muchissimas gracias Marina!
