As an individual with a non-IT background, I have to say it was an amazing experience. The instructors and the curriculum were so well-designed that I was able to grasp the concepts easily and successfully transform me into a software engineer. Even at work now, I don't find it difficult to adjust to the professional working environment. Because I didn't only learn the fundamentals, I found most helpful was the emphasis on practical application.

Walaupun bukan belajar dari nol alias memang background saya di IT, tetapi di Alterra tetap membimbing Mentee nya dari nol mulai dari materi yang diajarkan sampai Mentor yang juga membantu kita sampai paham banget tentang materi / tech yang diajarkan. Banyak teman yang saling support juga menambah semangat kita untuk belajar di Alterra sehingga kita semua bisa lulus dan mendapatkan Karir di bidang IT ini. Selain belajar Tech Skill, kita juga belajar tentang Soft Skill dari Mentor yang membimbing kita dan tempat kita untuk mencurahkan isi hati kita. Tech Skill dan Soft Skill kita dapatkan, kemudian kita juga dibimbing dalam mempersiapkan kita untuk ke dunia kerja seperti membuat CV, seputar interview sampai kita keterima kerja nantinya.
