Honestly, mostly AI generated slop. I wouldn't recommend these bootcamps through this organization, for it does not help you, save for the other students in the class that try to help each other. I signed up to do the 4Geeks Academy cybersecurity bootcamp that was supposed to begin mid-January. 3 days before the course was due to start they shifted the entire start and end date by 2 weeks to "give people more time to do the pre-work".
