I have always wanted to dive into the world of AI and data, but I didn't know where to start or which courses to take. I found Zaka, researched it, and found out that several of my university colleagues were part of the Zaka community, and so I decided to enroll in the Data Analytics certification program. The program was extremely well organized, rich and very beneficial. The videos, slides, office hours, and workshops were a treasure trove of information and knowledge to be gained, and the challenges and project were perfect for honing my skills and applying the knowledge acquired. Aside from that, the team was extremely helpful and dedicated. With Zaka, I felt like I was part of a family who really cares. Soft skills and CV workshops and seminars were also provided (not to mention the career fair). Thankfully, I am now a certified Data Analyst, with distinction, thanks to Zaka. In the future, I am seriously considering enrolling in the Machine Learning certification with Zaka. I would recommend Zaka to any aspiring individual who wants to get into the world of AI and Data. -

I am really happy to have joined and gradated from this program. It gave me all the skills I need to start my career as a Machine Learning engineer. The program is very comprehensive covering many areas from simple classification and regression algorithms, to more complicated topics like Neural Networks, Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. Even though some of the concepts were advanced and in-depth, ZAKA does a good job at explaining them in a simple way. Overall, I highly recommend this program. -

My journey into the Machine Learning Specialist Engineer Bootcamp was fueled by a desire to merge my existing knowledge in control image and signal processing with the burgeoning field of machine learning engineering. I absolutely loved this experience and will definitely do it again if I have the chance to! I decided to enroll in it in summer since I am now in my last year of high school and will graduate in a few months. I need to make my CV look good for applying to university while also benefitting from information they were completely able to provide me with. The topic I liked most was NLP. There were so many new topics I was able to learn about that I've never heard of before in such a short amount of time such as computer vision and linear regression models. This has given me a very strong base of information to stand on. It really improved my coding skills and I now feel like I've mastered deep learning. I am hoping to continue using this information to work on projects to fill up my porfolio with. -

I discovered this bootcamp through Zaka's LinkedIn page. Being a computer science student, I was eager to expand my understanding of the AI field, exploring it more deeply and considering potential specialization. In the beginning, I got an email from the university about this opportunity so I was excited to join this bootcamp since I am interested in such topics. The topic about computer vision was really interesting to me which resulted to me doing the project for this bootcamp on handwritten letters classification! For me, everything was new. I felt overwhelmed and confused a lot but the unique experience and the great material attracted me to continue! For my project, I decided to work with my teammate on handwritten letters classification since we both were interested in week #2 material (computer vision), it was hard but really educating and fun. I think that this bootcamp helped me a lot to delve into the realm of AI, this will for sure helps me in my future when I look back and remember the foundations I built in such topics during this bootcamp. Lastly, I decided to take a data science minor in my university (I am a computer science major student) and I will take "Machine Learning" course next semester and work on more projects! -

Zaka Bootcamp gives you most of the introductory tools and concepts to start your AI/ML journey. IT is condensed and fast, but if you work hard you will get good overall knowledge to start your journey. It contains some of everything, Computer vision, NLP time series, and EDA. -

I first decided to join this bootcamp to gain a more solid understanding of the different fields of AI. I really enjoyed deep learning and computer vision the most even though I have previous experience with both, and I think these two topics would help me as a mechatronics engineer. On the other hand, time series analysis and forecasting was a new topic to me and I discovered how beneficial it is to my major.
The project was the most exciting part of the bootcamp because we got to choose our own problem and apply what we learned to solve it with AI. I believe the project was a crucial step for us to understand the problems that can occur in practice.
As for my future plans, I plan on utilizing time series analysis within my major especially when I have sensor readings. Moreover, I plan on expanding my knowledge in the field of computer vision. -

I joined the certification program after I realized I needed a professional educational institution to help set me on my data science journey. I heard about this program from friends and alumni who were all graduates of Zaka and spoke at length about how Zaka helped their careers tremendously. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and detailed this program was. It is astonishing to consider the amount of knowledge and market-ready skills I gained from joining the Data Science Certification.
Throughout the program, I and others who had joined the data science certification would be introduced to new topics each week from Time Series Analysis, Natural Language Processing, Image Data Processing, Visualization with Tableau, SQL, and much more. All the while, instructors would be assisting us on hand and were always available for feedback and assistance. Many of the topics learned were new or improved the understanding of core concepts with deeper and more advanced knowledge. There were also many workshops with working professionals who taught us many hands-on and practical concepts and skills.
At the end of the program, We had to split into teams and complete a capstone project that utilizes the concepts learned throughout our time in the program to develop an AI solution. We also had the opportunity to have a career fair where we met many companies who were looking to hire graduates from Zaka directly. Many of these companies were high-tier professionals and would discuss at length with us graduates the AI and data concepts we would be working on with them.
All in all, I recommend the Data Science Certification Program for anyone looking to get into the Data Science field or even wanting to upskill and improve their knowledge. The program has taught me so many things and I can't wait to take advantage of all the opportunities this program has offered me. -

It’s only been a few days since graduation and I already miss Zaka | زكا, and how not? When it’s one of the best, if not the best certification program I’ve enrolled in so far.
The Artificial Intelligence Certification program provided by Zaka | زكا is a 16-week intensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge, tools, and know-how for market-ready skills.
The program is rich with educational and practical content, weekly office hours, hands-on sessions, and challenges that cover everything from ML and DS fundamentals to Deep Learning and MLOps.This was my favorite part as it provided a way for me to practice and implement all the knowledge acquired each week.
The last 3 weeks of the program were the most challenging, each person had to form a team of 2-3, pick a capstone project to work on, and successfully deploy during those weeks. My teammates were Hussein Bashir and Habib Mrad, and our project is called RooFinder. The project aims to develop one or multiple combined Machine Learning models that can automatically identify rooftops and detect rooftop features like obstacles, material, slopes, and area from high-resolution satellite imagery using ML and DeepLearning Techniques Like Instance segmentation, Image classification, and Image Processing.
I’d like to thank the Zaka | زكا team and especially Christophe Zoghbi and Reem Mahmoud who provided us with the weekly AI content, Fouad A. TRAD and Amanda Hachem who were always supporting us through the weekly office hours and Hands-on live sessions, Mrad Sleiman who was my team’s instructor during the capstone project, Dr. Elizabeth Kassab Sfeir who provided us with the right soft skills needed in our work environment, Laurene Abdallah our guarding angel who always makes sure we’re on track during the week through her daily reminders, and last but not least, Larissa Abi Nakhle the very first person I met from Zaka and the one who’s always cheerful and energetic.
I’m honored to be guided and supported by such great hearts and minds, and I’m happy to announce that I’ve #graduated from this program with recognition of distinction and I’m officially a market-ready Machine Learning Engineer.
I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in Machine Learning and Data Science regardless of the level of experience or background he/she has.
Needless to say, this is not the end of my journey in the AI world, It’s only the beginning as I’m well aware of the rapid growth in this field, but at least I can now say that I’ve successfully stepped foot in this wondrous world...

I am a physicist, and I like the application of physics in economics, so my senior project was about econophysics and my code was my first application in AI.
Then, I decided to learn more about the field of AI so I began my journey with the amazing startup and team at ZAKA.
I chose Data Science, and this decision was the most beneficial decision in my life, I realized that what I really wanted is to Solve Problems using AI, and all the techniques that we learned in the program. We learn a lot about data science, we applied our knowledge in weekly challenges, and finally, we presented our capstone project.
We had a lot of errors and challenges, but we grow our mindset and technical and soft skills with ZAKA.
I plan to apply my AI knowledge in my online physics academy DETA XI. Thanks, ZAKA!! -

This program is well-designed for anyone who's basically interested in Artificial Intelligence. The program is 16-weeks that's full of educational, entertaining and beneficial sessions given by the best instructors who are capable of making hard concept easy to understand. There's also weekly challenges that will always get you involved with the main concepts of the material whether it's Machine Learning or Data Science, the challenge is there to build your confidence and general knowledge of the AI field. There are also soft skills sessions that will enlighten you to the work environment in a company, how to build a successful CV and how to improve your LinkedIn page!
The program also consists of many office hours where you get to interact with welcoming, kind and amazing instructors who are professional in the field of AI and as mentioned before they're capable of making any complicated AI concept look easy. If you ever have questions you can always ask them during the weekly office hours or on Slack, which is the platform you'll use to communicate between your colleagues and instructors.
Near the end of the program you'll be asked to make your own Capstone project based off the skills you gained in this program, don't worry you won't be alone! You'll have a mentoring session each week from a professional who is capable of making your capstone journey simpler and more fun while also giving you the necessary feedback to improve.
In my journey with this program I didn't know much about NLP and Time Series, but thanks to the program I was able to understand terms like 'Bag of Words', 'AR', 'ARIMA', etc.
At the end of the journey I assure you that you'll be market ready, but don't lay back just yet as I want to remind you that the AI field is always growing, and to always be available in the market you have to always be replenishing your new learnt skills and the old basic skills like statistics.

The training plan was for me to start in the field of artificial intelligence, specifically data science.
During this workshop, we learned the most important packages for analyzing data and dealing with it professionally. We also learned how to evaluate and improve the model. I also learned about machine learning and deep neural networks

Also one of the best things I learned that was fun and useful is dealing with computer vision, web scraping, and NLP.

I finished my first year at university and decided to search for an internship or bootcamp that would excel my programming skills and help me discover my future job opportunities. I came across Zaka's AI bootcamp through a university whatsapp group and I was instantly interested as, we all know , AI is the future. The bootcamp topic that I liked the most was building a data science model that predicts results with a certain accuracy. It opened my eyes on the data analysis world and I am sure that I will work within this field one day.Moreover, building a artificial neural network was new to me and the fact that the idea behind it is based on the human brain is honestly mind-blowing. I have started by taking their 3 weeks boot camp and which was an eye opener for me into the world of AI. then I found that it is important for me to join the 16 weeks MLC program which takes you right from the start like the 3 weeks boot camp and then digs way deeper than any course I have taken for the last 3 years. the MLC's strength lays on the following :
- the very detailed videos that explains every single detail needed by the newbie
- the live weekly office hours with the mentors and peers
- the weekly workshops that contains even non AI related topics that are important for the graduates
- the weekly challenges
- the Community
the experience itself is like if it mimics a masters degree in through the work, time management and even the last project which in my case was to solve a problem for a real AI company . never forget to mention how the Zaka Management puts their graduate on the track of finding a real job in AI. they held a live virtual expo where students can interact with AI companies who are building current AI solutions for big names like BMW. also it's a chance for students to show up and show their projects and CVs for them. the companies already (most of them) want to hire fresh new blood into their crew with a good knowledge of AI. this knowledge is accessed by zaka's MLC program.
if Zaka comes with another higher program in AI, i'll definitely sign up without a thought ,because understanding the importance of learning AI is crucial and essential to "EXIST" in future markets ... and the future is already NOW

A beginner can find the world of AI to be overwhelming and intimidating. However, with the AI Bootcamp provided by Zaka, they are guaranteed a simple, thorought, and clear step by step introduction that will leave the participant able to stand on their feet and begin their AI journey.
I would definitely recommend this Bootcamp to any person remotely interested in AI or wants to know more, but is having difficulty starting somewhere! -

Powerful AI Bootcamp
I just finished the AI bootcamp with zaka. In short, I had previous knowledge in machine learning and worked a few projects in it, but this bootcamp filled the gaps I had in the concepts of ML and applying it in real scenarios. Also it covered all the basic usages of ML with hands-on examples. Dense curriculum, but worthy of the effort.
