SQL is a new thing for me the whole curriculum was new, but I could relate to the logic behind database management using SQL. As I am working as a Risk Professional knowledge of SQL will help me in dealing with huge data set & linkages for better Analytics. The trainer deals with queries very patiently as these are basic in nature. Simplilearn Help desk support is good in resolving any issues that comes up with the platform or module certification. -

Nice journey with Simplilearn with Cyber Security Course
A good option for beginners to gain a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, with positive feedback on their structured curriculum, expert instructors, and flexible learning format, but some might find the hands-on practical experience to be somewhat limited compared to other platforms focused on technical exercises. -

Poor Decision with $600 Tuition Refund
Read more Read less of Anonymous's review
I wOuld love to complete my Project Management certification organized by simplilearn and UMASS and I actually got a good deal for the course fee. Unfortunately for me before the class started I had made a payment of $600 towards the class that was meant to start at a particular date, However fast forward to the period the class was to start I had an impromptu emergency that require funds and will not allow me continue the course and reached out to the finance/operations department and here was the response I got from them; Paymentoperations, Vishnu, Syed Hi Oluwafolajimi, Greetings of the day As per the update from the team, we regret to inform you that unfortunately your case does not qualify under our refund policy. As it is out of policy, the first installment payment of $600 cannot be refunded. However, If you do not wish to continue with us, you do not have to pay the remaining installments. Course access will be removed by the system. Regards K.K. Shrut Sr. Operations Officer I Simplilearn. I dont want to believe this email. However after reading the review and also my personal experience I will like Simplilearn Management to re-address their approach to this situation and try to avert whatever their un-reasonable action or decision to the situation at hand. I actually will appreciate a refund. Thank You

A slew of cancelled classes right in the beginning
Read more Read less of Anonymous's review
The program has just begun a couple of weeks ago. I have opted for the weekend classes as I am a working professional and don't have the weekdays free. Due to being weekend only, the program is anyway long. However, right in the beginning two consecutive classes have gotten cancelled. This is a very bad sign given that Simplilearn is a large organisation - as they themselves claim. This is unprofessional and shows a lack of care in organising the program and making sure that the schedule is stuck to by all parties involved.
From the very beginning, I was very excited to attend every class and participate vigorously and learn all that was possible. However, this sort of service from simplilearn was quite unexpected. Obviously, emergencies strike all sorts of organisations - its nothing new. However, for every small setback if the final product, the classes, themselves are cancelled then that says a lot about the organisation. -

Its been a good experience overall, new subjects, new topics but still everything is made easier to understand and the faculty is ready to help at every step.
The study material, practical homeworks help us to revise and practice what has been covered, also we get ample of examples that can we can use in different scenarios.
Also the recording are very helpful, which help us go through the lectures and catch up with what has been missed. -

Good knowledge
Course is good but can be alot more interactive for academic purposes and to implement the theories and concepts taught in class. Also sometimes self taught courses are not aligned with concepts taught during class -

Overall, the classes were great, but would have loved if there were more sessions and moreover some more technical things to learn. But keeping in mind as this was a basic starting session it was great. Would have loved to learn more things. Moreover, would have loved a way to ask the teacher some off topic questions that arise that he can't answer as it is out the scope of that class and the pace of the class may get interrupted or he can't answer it at that time. -

Review for Programming Refresher course by simplilearn
Read more Read less of Anonymous's review
The course content is similar in self-learning part and live classes, there should be some more additional and descriptive content should be available in self learning part. Also very limited and basic content is covered in terms of python programming. The timeline for project submission is also very restricted so if it can be a bit flexible as per the level of projects we've been assigned then it would have been great. As someone with 0 programming knowledge will find it very difficult to complete within the stipulated timeline.
