Dense amount of information
The live guided sessions are incredibly helpful, there is. so much to learn. The sessions are fast paced, but they are recorded for view later. I have used this feature to review the material and make sure I understand the lessons. I would like more context with the examples and have asked for a legend/glossary.

Trainer Name: Madhav MarripatiCourse Name: UI/UX Design and Design Thinking Fundamentals
Good topics, but the teaching is average. The trainer seems experienced, but that doesn’t translate into clear explanations or structured learning. You’re often left guessing why things are done a certain way.
The theory is decent, but if you’re looking for strong training on tools and a clear understanding of design logic, free resources might be more helpful. For the price, the course doesn’t deliver enough. -

I recently completed the Advanced UI/UX Course by Simplilearn, and it was a truly enriching learning experience. Our tutor, Madhav Marripati sir, was an incredible mentor throughout the journey. His guidance, motivation, and support played a big role in helping me successfully complete the course. Having previously attended the Google UI/UX course, which was more theoretical in nature, I found the Simplilearn Advanced UI/UX course far more satisfying. It offered hands-on practical sessions and engaging design hackathons, which really helped deepen my understanding and skills. -

I had an outstanding experience learning from Geethika Sethi in this AI course focused on NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI. Her skills on AI is exceptional and across these complex topics. What impressed me most was Geethika Sethi's ability to break down advanced concepts into clear, understandable lessons without losing depth. The course combined solid theoretical foundations with practical hands-on projects that deepened my understanding and skills—especially the coding exercises on building NLP models and implementing reinforcement learning algorithms.
Geethika Sethi also excelled at explaining the nuances of cutting-edge generative AI models, helping us appreciate both their power and ethical considerations. Geethika Sethi teaching style encouraged curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation, creating a supportive and motivating learning environment.
By the end of the course, I felt confident applying these AI techniques to real-world problems and inspired to explore the field further. -

Avoid Simplilearn at All Costs – Terrible Experience and Unreliable Service!
I enrolled in Simplilearn's Digital Marketing course in March 2020, but I canceled it the same month. They promised to cancel the course and stop the EMI payments, which they did. However, the outstanding balance of ₹53,000 still remains. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they have refused to resolve this issue and keep offering complimentary services instead of canceling the loan as promised.
I’ve filed complaints with several authorities:
1. RBI Complaint No.: N202526023038158
2. CPGRAMS Complaint No.: DEABD/E/2025/0021682
3. National Consumer Helpline Docket No.: 6986853
4. SACHET Complaint No.: MAH25041137
I’m now moving forward with legal action in consumer court.
Additionally, Simplilearn has now blocked my number from contacting their customer care. They seem to be intentionally avoiding accountability. I warn anyone considering Simplilearn that they will likely face the same treatment. They do not care about their customers and are more interested in forcing services on you rather than honoring their promises.
I strongly advise against joining Simplilearn. They will waste your time and money.
If anyone wants more details or proof of my communication with them, I am happy to share it. You can reach me at Catherinedass82@gmail.com.

My experience with the course has been great. One of my favorite part of the program is the instructor, Amarpal Khanuja. His depth of knowledge about Digital Marketing is outstanding. He is very patient and handles all questions effectively with a calm demeanor. I am happy to be a part of this journey. The school is not that great at helping non-India or US-based students with job leads which in my opinion is unfair. -
