Workshop is great! A lot of information in a very short time. No water, no pauses, no wasting time. Just studying, working and enjoying))) I like format of short videos, I can watch them any time. Long lessons make me boring. Almost after each video you need to do exercise, which is great practice to try and remember new information. English language is very easy and understandable for foreigners. So I really enjoy this format of education.
Another good thing - SheCodes Foundation, that helps refugees from all over the world receive free and perspective education. My big respect to SheCodes Team for that! -

Before SheCodes, I had couple of attempts for learning programming but nothing really worked for me as I found it really boring and not that easy. But SheCodes changed my mind. The way Matt teaches programming is absolutely amazing in a way that not only learning becomes easy, but also the challenges become fun and exciting. SheCodes team also did an outstanding job having our back any time I had a question about something. Their replies were all quick and clear. I just can't wait to continue learning coding and programming with SheCodes! ❤️

I tried coding a long time ago when I first got in college and I quite after a week because I was frustrated and the class was confusing. When I decided to get out of teaching and change careers I was unsure of what I wanted to do I came across shecodes on Instagram and thought " I will try the basic course and go from there". I have never had so much fun learning something new the curriculum was broken down into easily understandable chunks and you challenge at the end of each video to make sure you understood what was taught. The mini assignments before the homework made the homework less overwhelming. I was worried when I learned the instructor was French because I did not know how strong his accent would be but, even though he has an accent I can make out everything he is saying perfectly. I have never had so much fun learning something new. I can't wait to make it to front end developer. -

This course the best experience from all the online courses I tried. The instructor (Matt) was very good! I used to have some experience with HTML and CSS. I did the course to refresh my memory and it really helped! -

This workshop introduced me to HTML, CSS, and javascript. It made me use my time appropriately to learn something fun, practical, and useful. Creating a webpage from scratch was lovely. If you are interested in coding or not sure about it, try this workshop. I bet you're going to love coding because of matt. His teaching methods are flawless. Looking forward to my next workshop. -

Going from Zero to Hero
I took the SheCodes basics course and it was a quick refresher for me as a frontend engineer with about 3 years of experience. I only wish SheCodes was there when I wanted to start coding! The instructions are really smooth and I highly recommend beginners to start their coding journey on SheCodes platform. I will definitely continue learning through SheCodes workshops. -

This course is fantastic. It is user friendly with lots of resources and a great community. I started this course as a complete beginner, although i knew about coding languages through research. I have since graduated from She Codes Basic and started Plus. I feel happy when I am learning and this course has given me the opportunity to turn that into a career one day! I work full time so I had to learn the best way to manage my time. Thankfully, I love doing this so that wasn't too hard to do. The weekly challenges/ homework are quite hard but they help you learn a lot 😊❤️ -

I highly recommend this workshop, it takes you through all the basics of HTML, CSS and JS. Matt is an excellent teacher who breaks down information so that it is easy to understand and follow along. The challenges after almost each lesson is a great way to practice what you have just learnt. I really enjoyed this course and would recommend this workshop to anyone wanting to get into coding. I am starting SheCodes plus next week and I’m very excited to get going with it! -

Before starting with SheCodes I thought that learning to code seemed impossible, I had zero guidance on where or how to start. I was afraid I would push it aside and not start my journey into Tech. For many years I admired those who could create with code and even felt that it wasn't for me. After completing this course I actually feel like I'm meant to be doing this and it's definitely the future I want. I highly recommend studying with Shecode. I have just finished their basic course in 3 days (which was scheduled to be done in 3 weeks) that's how much I got drawn to matt's teaching and the amazing job of his team. I finished the SheCodes Basic workshop. And it was amazing experience. My main profession is not relayed to IT at all. I thought I wouldn't be able to understand coding ever in my life. But Matt explaines everything so simply and easily so it motivates you to begin and move on. That's how step by step, being leaded by the courator, team and other students I've finished my first project! From the scratch, for only three weeks. It's so interesting and exciting and challenging at the same time. With SheCodes you'll never get stuck, because all team is so helpfull. And definitely you'll never get bored. Now I’m moving on the next workshop SheCodes Plus. And this is something unbelievable, so interesting and very informative. And at the end I’ll build my own project, can’t wait! -

I'm so glad I did this
I had forgotten so much HTML. Learned a lot about CSS and excited to learn more about JavaScript in my upcoming SheCodes Plus module. I'm not sure about transitioning into a developer role as yet, but it's always good to keep an open mind. I'm hoping this course will make writing developer documentation easier. -

This introductory workshop really helps understand the basis of html, css and javascript. You learn at your own pace (love that you can speed up training video and pause when needed). I felt engaged owing to the online slack support as well as challenges and homeworks. Also, challenges and homework are great, practice is key in coding to understand how all these languages work together and is needed to actually retain the info (at least for me^^) I loved the format, not too easy not too hard, just challenging enough to want to dig into it more :)! -

I've finished SheCodes Basic last week and hurried up to take my SheCodes Plus and started it this week already. Because I can't stop learning and coding from the first lessons with SheCodes.
