The Full Stack Web Development bootcamp was created in collaboration with companies that hire developers, to ensure the course is relevant and helps you to be job ready. The curriculum covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, MVC, SQL, ORM, and more. Students will complete 3 real world projects during the bootcamp.
UX Design bootcamp students will learn experience design (XD), design thinking, Agile, and prototype creation. Students will work on and present projects.
Data Science and Machine Learning bootcamp students will learn how to source, clear, and prep data for analysis, EDA, and methods of regression, classification, and clustering. Students will learn machine learning for games and robotic planning, search algorithms, Monte Carlo simulations, and AlphaGo.
Digital Marketing bootcamp students will learn digital marketing strategy, brand strategy, marketing analytics, and content marketing. Students will learn the strategies of acquiring and engaging customers.
No prior experience or prerequisites are required for Happyer Skills UX Design, Data Science and Machine Learning, or Digital Marketing bootcamps.
Happyer students will receive career coaching, mentoring, and career workshops throughout the bootcamp. Examples of career workshops include: interview skills, CV building, LinkedIn profile improvement, and job search hacks. Happyer Skills partners with over 800 companies and can also assist students in finding career opportunities upon graduation.
Upon bootcamp completion, all Happyer students will receive a certificate that can be shared via LinkedIn or on their CV. Tuition discounts are available for students who register early or who sign up with a friend.

In these 6 weeks, it is one of the most unexpected courses that I have ever had. Design thinking theory is not difficult to understand but the tricky part is how do we apply it in real-life and how can we adjust our mindset to think from the user's point of view. Our instructors Michael , Shirley & Karen had provided a lot of support to us during the lessons and also in their leisure time to help us think and guide us to a user perspective direction. For the real case project, you will have a chance to be a consultant and speak with your client to work on their project. So it is not just a lecture. It is an "on-the-job" training and helps you to be a User Experience Designer. -

Data science involves quite a big set of skill and knowledge. While some people prefer get it from full time course, others may opt for self learning, a six-weeks part time course may be a suitable middle ground.
The Data Science and Machine Learning course of H Academy covers all the essentials, can make a complete novice grasping Python basic coding, doing data exploration and visualization with a dataframe and do some model buildings in six weeks time. The instructor, Clare Liu, is a practitioner in the trade with a keen eye of explaining difficult ideas to lay persons, offers practical tips and resources for further exploration.
While it's impossible to squeeze everything into 24 hours of classes, what the course does is providing a solid foundation for acquiring more skills. And its perks of career coaching, the connection with its sister career platform Happyer, and the idea of forming a learning community with organizing activities like hackathons, are big plusses for the ones who want to get into the trade. -

The instructors are very experienced and patient, guiding me every step of the way and made sure I was on the right track. They are very flexible with their curriculum, which they adjusted based on our learning pace. The classes sizes are small ensuring we all get adequate 1 on 1 feedback from instructors.
The bootcamp’s curriculum focuses on teaching essential, foundational and in-demand skills and doesn’t put any non-essentials and outdated things into their course curriculum. I enjoyed working on the projects at the end of each module. I learnt the most while working on projects as I was able to consolidate and practice what I had learnt in each module.
Career support is very personalized. It provided me with many opportunities to get connected with current job market, to work on real projects and how to effectively pivot my career in a new direction. -

Our instructor, Michael Tam, is the best UX instructor one could ever find. Not only he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the industry, he also has immense passion in teaching and towards people. He always willing to go for the extra mile to support and help everyone of us when needed, despite his hectic schedule. In this course, apart from being able to learn design thinking in very well-structured way, I am also starting to think of my career path and to tell my unique story based on my background and work experiences.
Another exciting part of this course is that you are able to work on a real-life project from scratch. It is a safe space for you to "learn by doing", as you can constantly loop and bring new ideas and solutions to the table, while fail quickly and cheaply, which is something you can't or can be rarely done in the real business world. The reason why I chose to enrol in a physical UX course was 1) the instructor had great experience and background, 2) I can interact and ask the instructor any questions 3) tap into the instructor's professional network 4) meet other aspiring UX designers and be in a community. The best part of the program was being able to work on a real business problem. Not only I get to be hands-on and learn all the concepts and skills right away, but I am also able to build a connection with a potential future employer. The course is practical as we could have chances to work with real life cases. We have learnt basic UX concepts as well as worked on different cases to apply the concepts learnt. It gives me the full picture of what UX design looks like. There are a lot of interactive sessions which can truly train us to think deeper. I really enjoy this course as it is not just focused on the theory part, but also with interaction and practical projects!
The instructor and TAs are amazing! They are always willing to help and inspiring. I really enjoy the time to have different reflection and discussion with them. The instructor is experienced and willing to share his experience, really like the way he designs the course for UX newbies.

I'm now 5 weeks into the H Academy Data science course and I've already begun incorporating a lot of the concepts I've learned into my work and I can honestly say i've become a more effective project manager as a result. Data science is a complex subject so I initially doubted how much I could learn within the short 6 weeks. But, while the pace of the class is fast, the instructor walks through multiple real world examples of all concepts we learn which really helps me understand the material better. She also assigns weekly homework that is perfect for practicing the programming language syntax.
Admittedly, this is not an easy course you can just cruise through. You will definitely have to spend some time outside of class to review the material in order to maximize your learning. However, the instructor is always willing to review concepts should there be any confusion and there is ample supplemental notes/documents provided to support your independent studies. It's not easy to find crash courses that are actually effective. H Academy's Data Science course in my opinion is one of the few I've taken that is. -

This is my first ever design thinking course in my life. And it is more than a design course.
It is the kind of course that teaches you to fail cheaply and quickly. Through out the course, we constantly practiced Enterprise Design Thinking in workshop sessions prepared by our instructor Michael Tam, who has more than 10 years of experience in well-known advertising agencies for more than 10 years. There might be times we were stuck in thinking human-centric-ly, but it is okay. We get our thoughts on paper with post-its, step back, and ask as many "why"s as possible. Then we ideated, reflected, and looping this process again and again.
There are always a lot of unexpected things where we don't know what to do at times. But this is also the course that helps you to truly embrace ambiguity by bettering ourselves into a constantly improving individual - from drafting a product, designing an experience, developing a new business, or in life generally. -

As there is a part-time basis course, you will need to fully utilise every single moment in the course to learn and apply the knowledge to the real-life case. Extra time is needed for the real-life case, so get prepared! If you are new to UX and need to build up your portfolio, it definitely worth spending some more time working with the client to get a taste of how the whole thing is working. Experience design is definitely a life-inspiring learning even you are not working in the design industry. I enrolled it as an interest course, didn't have much expectation, just wanted to have an interactive learning on UX design, as i had done a few online ones during covid. Yet, after 6-weeks, it was far beyond what i thought. It was fun, inspiring and very challenging as well. The key takeaway is the design thinking process, which taught me to think in a more 360 approach, to identify properly the problems, etc. I believe these are not only valuable for designs, but for your own self as well. I love the training we did every class, the real-life project with actual companies, all the discussions with different levels of people. These were where I learnt / inspired so much from. Our instructor Michael is very inspiring, always push us to think more, yet provide lots of guidance/ support when we needed.
Definitely recommend to take this course!!!!!! -

The instructor Michael Tam is a reputational UX professional in the industry and he always shared his experience with us during class. Despite his busy full-time job in IBM, he was so passionate in teaching us that he stayed behind in the classroom even after lessons just to give us guidance on our projects and problems. If you are looking for a course that will blow your mind, this is the one to go for.
Rather than solely focusing on Experience Design’s hard skills like Figma, our instructor Michael helped us develop the mindset of design thinking. When I was in doubt and hesitated, the instructor & TAs were very supportive and dive deeper with me.
I also partnered with a group of curious minds and worked with aspiring entrepreneurs. The project was intense yet fruitful, and I had a lot of takeaways from collaborating with different stakeholders. Our final playback was evaluated by a panel of experienced UX Leaders who gave valuable feedback too.
The course coordinator offered various career support from career planning, personal branding, and story-telling that are immensely helpful to land a UX job!
I am just grateful to join H Academy's Experience Design community and learn far more than I expected! -

I remember I was looking to an up-skill course about Experience Design, done all research online. Found out H Academy have a Demo Day for the Experience Design Course. On the demo day, I got a taste of what this course is about then decided to enrol in H Academy's Experience Design Course. Now, I could say it was a great decision I had made.
This Experience Design Course course is not what I was expecting to learn something like UX trick but more like “Design Thinking” course. We have learnt basic UX concepts apply to the daily pain-point, which gives us a taste of how to solve the problem. More than we would be working on a real-time project from a real client. Truly apply the learning by doing it. Now after 6 weeks, I could tell you I learned more than imagined before.
H Academy offers career help, offer 1: 1 meeting give to tips on cv, interviews. Also, a meaningful workshops by Workhap, telling you about tips cv and career planning.
Overall, I will recommend people interested in UX enrol in this course, you will not regret it. -

The whole course is well-designed to give us a taste of doing UX in the real world. Michael is not only a wonderful instructor in class, but he also actively gives us his guidance through our class’s channel and encourages us to reflect on our learning and think of the questions we have during the course. The course is also designed to let us work on a real-world project with students from different backgrounds, so it also enhances our communication skills in the process. Although it is just a 6-week course, I have gained more than I expected by working on the project.
In addition to the excellent course, H Academy also offers very useful tips for planning our next career, we have gone through amazing workshops by Workhap and even 1:1 meetings from Happyer for preparing the most eye-catching resume. It has been such a rewarding journey in this 8-week FinTech class in which I’ve got domain knowledge of the FinTech Industry, hands-on experience to build chatbots with python and machine learning and a valuable network with the industry leaders. By the end of the course, I have gained not just the knowledge but confidence I need to pivot my career and to reach anywhere I want to go.

I've been generally very happy with the course so far. The H Academy team and the mentor are great people that really want to help. The course itself is a good intro to general coding notions in Python and provides some insights and tools to start applying data science in real context (for me, at my own work). I'd say that people joining the course need to be very dedicated though, as there's quite a lot to learn, and you can't afford to not be proactive in order to get something valuable out of it. In a nutshell, if you're serious about learning, I 100% recommend it!
