GreenFig offers 10-week, live online digital skills bootcamps, including Digital Marketing and Sales Operations. GreenFig’s mission is to fill in the gap between universities and businesses to equip students with job-ready skills and technical training that do not require coding. All GreenFig bootcamps are designed to help students meet four learning outcomes: students will be able to think like a strategist and apply a customer focused approach to every business challenge; successfully craft and deploy modern data-driven business strategies and techniques; master in-demand technologies that underpin business science; and analyze outcomes and deliver insight-driven recommendations to modern business challenges. Bootcamp students should expect to spend 4-8 hours per week on course materials. 

The Digital Marketing bootcamp curriculum covers web analytics, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, online reputation management, and digital marketing strategy. Students will learn competitor research, customer personas, A/B testing, full funnel engagement, marketing automation, and the Martech Stack. Students will work towards creating a Strategic Digital Marketing Playbook for a real-world company. Digital Marketing students will receive multiple industry-recognized certifications and qualifications, including Google Ads Search Certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and HubSpot Email Marketing Certification. Students will also learn about other digital marketing certifications offered from Marketo, The Trade Desk, and Facebook. Students earn a university-issued certificate of completion that verifies knowledge and hands-on experience relevant to the roles of Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Strategist, and Marketing Associate. 

The Sales Operations bootcamp curriculum covers Salesforce Sales Cloud and students work towards creating a Sales Operation Playbook for a real-world company. The Sales Operation Playbook will include reporting and data integrity, sales strategy and metrics, and Salesforce automation. Students will learn sales dashboards, a sales tech stack, data quality, quota and territory management, products and pricing, and how to work with marketing. Upon bootcamp completion, Sales Operations students will receive 14 SalesForce Trailhead badges, including Sales Performance Analysis, Sales Team Enablement, Territory Management, Formulas and Validations, Reports and Dashboards, and Data Management. Students also earn a university-issued certificate of completion that verifies knowledge and hands-on experience relevant to the role of Sales Operation Specialist, Business Development Representative, CRM Specialist, Business Operations Analyst, and other related roles.  

Students are not required to have prior digital marketing or sales operations experience to apply. Students are required to have a laptop or desktop computer, a webcam (built-in or USB), and an internet connection. Students who feel the material is advanced for their knowledge can work with mentors to fill in the gaps in their knowledge. These bootcamps are ideal for recent graduates seeking a career in digital marketing or sales, professionals looking to upskill, professionals looking to re-enter the workforce, or working professionals looking to shift or expand their careers.
